The integration of electronics and biology has spawned bioelectronics and opened exciting opportunities to fulfill the unmet needs of therapeutic *** developments in nanoelectronics and soft and biocompatible materials have shown potential applicability to clinical practices,including physiological sensing,drug delivery,cardiovascular monitoring,and brain *** date,most bioelectronic devices require wired connections for electrical control,making their implantation complicated and inconvenient for *** an alternative,wireless technology is proliferating to create bioelectronics that offer noninvasive control,biotelemetry,and wireless power transfer(WPT).This review paper provides a comprehensive overview of wireless bioelectronics and ongoing developments in their applications for organ-specific treatments,including disorders and *** main emphasis is on delineating the key features of antennas,namely their radiation characteristics,materials,integration with rest of the electronics,and experimental *** the recent progress in wireless mediated bioelectronics is expected to enhance the control of its functionalities,there are still numerous challenges that need to be addressed for commercialization,as well as to address everexpanding and evolving future therapeutic targets.

The outcrop investigations provide a better comprehension to interrelate facies-diagenesis and fracture networks for the evaluation of reservoir potential of the carbonate *** this paper,we targeted Kahi-Section(Nizampur Basin)and Peeran Tangai-Section(Kalachitta Range)to analyze structural-kinematics,Discrete Fracture Network Modelling,microfacies identification and diagenesis to interpret their impact on reservoir potential of Lockhart Limestone(Paleocene).The structural grain within the study area mostly represents the typical east-west trending tight to overturned folds and north-dipping thrust faults that mimic the north-south Indo-Eurasian ***,a second phase of deformation related to east-west compressions also identified which rotated the axes of preexisting *** analysis revealed that extensional fractures are oriented at high angle to bedding and are differentiated into three orthogonal sets trending northeast-southwest,northwest-southeast and east-west,whereas,the shear fractures formed two conjugate sets trending *** Lockhart Limestone was deposited in the inner ramp setting and microfacies types are packstone,wackestone and wacke-packstone with seven sub-microfacies *** has been identified that the Lockhart Limestone has the heterogeneous distribution of diagenetic and tectonic features throughout its *** observed diagenetic sequence is micritization,calcite cementation,dissolution,neomorphism,pyritization and *** results highlight that open and partially filled fractures may provide an interconnected network to promote fluid mobility,leading to higher values of fracture *** porosity values of the pore matrix were greater than fracture,resulting a significant impact on reservoir storage *** contrast,a negative impact on reservoir potential has been shown by stylolites,veins and dissolution ***,based on the overall studies,the Lockhart Limestone reve

In this paper,a comparative study for kernel-PCA based linear parameter varying(LPV)model approximation of sufficiently nonlinear and reasonably practical systems is carried *** matrix inequalities(LMIs)to be solved in LPV controller design process increase exponentially with the increase in a number of scheduling *** kernel functions are used to obtain the approximate LPV model of highly coupled nonlinear *** error to norm ratio of original and approximate LPV models is introduced as a measure of accuracy of the approximate LPV *** examples conclude the effectiveness of kernel-PCA for LPV model approximation as with the identification of accurate approximate LPV model,computation complexity involved in LPV controller design is decreased exponentially.

Pb(Ⅱ)是有毒重金属,被世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构列为一类致癌物,如何从土壤中去除Pb是土壤污染修复中的重要课题。该文采用水热合成法制备磁性陶粒负载微碳球并经聚乙二醇改性功能材料MCCSPG用于土壤Pb污染修复。结果表明,MCCSPG对土壤Pb具有很好的吸附去除效果,总Pb平均去除率为94.11%,有效态Pb去除率达95%以上。在影响土壤Pb去除率的因素中,材料投加量、作用时间和土壤Pb初始含量在吸附平衡之前与去除率均为正比关系,而pH为弱酸性时去除率大,pH为4.9时吸附量最大,材料的最大吸附容量可达48 mg/g。MCCSPG对土壤中Pb不仅存在化学吸附,还有相当数量的物理吸附,吸附过程符合Freundlich等温吸附和准一级动力学模型。吸附上升阶段持续时间长、吸附量起点低,材料投入土壤吸附Pb需要12 d以上达最大吸附量。

Hurricane or Cyclone is an extreme environment and climate event that has both long-term and short-term impact,and produces environmental emergency *** study has focused on two devastating cyclone disaster events in the 21st century:Hurricane Katrina in 2005 in the USA and Cyclone Sidr in 2007 in *** using secondary-based research and comparative case study technique,this study focuses on different considerations of governmental policy approaches and responses such as encouraging displacement through resettlement or relocation planning,providing resilience-oriented practices or in-situ adaptation practices;discouraging migration by providing soft policies such as rapid response and distribution plan,insurance,tax policies,incentives *** Hurricane Katrina and Cyclone *** highlighting the above considerations,this study found that developing policy at national level as well as strategic and operational measures at state/local level,integrating rights,resilience and relocation issues with existing relevant policies and programs and active community-based preparedness programs can reduce human displacement from hurricane or cyclone disaster.

Background:Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing technology addresses current limitations for DNA methylation detection that are inherent in short-read bisulfite sequencing or methylation microarrays.A number of analytical tools,such as Nanopolish,Guppy/Tombo and DeepMod,have been developed to detect DNA methylation on Nanopore ***,additional improvements can be made in computational efficiency,prediction accuracy,and contextual interpretation on complex genomics regions(such as repetitive regions,low GC density regions).Method:In the current study,we apply Transformer architecture to detect DNA methylation on ionic signals from Oxford Nanopore sequencing *** is an algorithm that adopts self-attention architecture in the neural networks and has been widely used in natural language ***:Compared to traditional deep-learning method such as convolutional neural network(CNN)and recurrent neural network(RNN),Transformer may have specific advantages in DNA methylation detection,because the self-attention mechanism can assist the relationship detection between bases that are far from each other and pay more attention to important bases that carry characteristic methylation-specific signals within a specific sequence ***:We demonstrated the ability of Transformers to detect methylation on ionic signal data.
