Mineral oil is the most frequent insulating liquid used in oil-immersed transformers for electrical insulation and heat ***,oil-based nanofluids are becoming more popular in scientific research as they have proved to have better dielectric and thermal *** applying these nanofluids into actual transformers,they would be exposed to thermal and electrical ***,The aim of the authors is to investigate the generation pattern of dissolved gases in nanofluids under thermal and electrical faults and to assess the applicability of traditional Dissolved Gas Analysis(DGA)techniques if oil-based nanofluids are used in ***-based nanofluid samples were prepared using a magnetic stirrer and an ultrasonic homogeniser and then subjected to simulated thermal and electrical faults in the laboratory using properly sealed test *** types of metal oxides,Silicon dioxide,Titanium dioxide,and Aluminium oxide nanoparticles,have been used to prepare nanofluids with 0.02 g/L and 0.04 g/L *** gases released and dissolved into oil due to the simulated faults were analysed and compared to traditional mineral oil as a *** dielectric dissipation factor was obtained and analysed for all *** to the findings,the presence and concentration of nanoparticles were shown to influence the amount of gases *** a result,this research is crucial in guaranteeing that traditional DGA techniques can be employed in transformers that use oil-based nanofluids.

Phosphogypsum(PG), the main by-product of phosphoric acid production industries, is considered one of the most important secondary sources of rare earth elements(REEs). The current study focuses on the recovery of REEs content and the residual phosphate content existing in the PG with preserving on the CaSO_(4)skeleton to be used in other various applications. These attainments are carried out using citric acid leaching process via soaking technique. Several dissolution parameters for REEs using citric acid were studied, including soaking time, soaking temperature, citric acid concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, and recycling of the citrate leaching solutions in the further REEs dissolution experiments. The best-operating conditions were 14 d of soaking time, 7.5% citric acid concentration, and the solid-toliquid ratio of 1/5 at ambient temperature. About 79.57% dissolution efficiency of REEs was achieved using the optimal conditions. Applying four soaking stages by mixing different fresh PG samples with the same citrate solution sequentially, cumulative dissolution efficiency for REEs was found to be 64.7% under optimal soaking conditions. REEs were recovered using Dowex 50X8 resin from citrate solutions with 96% extraction efficiency. Dissolution kinetics proved the pseudo-first-order nature, reversible reactions, and two activation energies for all REEs.

Understanding plant resistance to pathogenic microbes requires detailed information on the molecular mechanisms controlling the execution of plant innate immune responses. A growing body of evidence places phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C （PI-PLC） en- zymes immediately downstream of activated immune receptors, well upstream of the initiation of early defense responses. An increase of the cytoplasmic levels of free Ca2＋, lowering of the intercellular pH and the oxidative burst are a few examples of such responses and these areregulated by PI-PLCs. Consequently, PI-PLC activation represents an early primary signaling switch between elicitation and response involving the controlled hydrolysis of essential signaling phospholipids, thereby simulta- neously generating lipid and non-lipid second messenger molecules required for a swift cellular defense response. Here, we elaborate on the signals generated by PI-PLCs and their respective downstream effects, while providing an inventory of different types of evidence describing the involvement of PI-PLCs in various aspects of plant immunity. We project the discussed information into a model describing the cellular events occurring after the activation of plant immune receptors. With this review we aim to provide new insights supporting future research on plant PI-PLCs and the development of plants with improved resistance.

A field experiment was conducted at the experiment Farm of Kafr-el-Hamam Research Station,Zagazig,Sharkia Governorate,Agricultural Research Center,Egypt during the two successive summer seasons of 2015 and 2016 to achieve the highest yield and good oil quality of three tested sunflower *** both seasons,the experiment was conducted using the split split plot design in randomized complete block design with three replicates arrangement keeping plant spaces(15,20 and 25 cm apart between hills)in main plots,nitrogen fertilization levels(15,30 and 45 N fad.^-1)in sub plots and sunflower genotypes(Giza 102,Sakha 53 and promising line of L120)in sub sub *** and quality traits were significantly influenced by plant spaces,nitrogen fertilization levels and genotypes as well as interactions in both seasons and their combined *** wider plant spacing of 25 cm seems to be a good compromise between the highest seed yield fad.^-1 and good acid composition of *** increasing of nitrogen fertilization level had a positive reflected on yield and desirable acid composition of *** 53 was ranked in the first order in stem diameter,head diameter,100-seed weight,seed weight plant^-1,flowered late and hence seed yield fad.^-1 as well as seed oil content whereas,Giza 102 characterized with its contained the highest proportion of oleic and linoleic unsaturated fatty *** highest values of head diameter,100-seed weight,seed weight plant^-1 and hence seed yield fad.^-1 as well as the highest proportion of oleic and linoleic unsaturated fatty acids composition were obtained by grown sunflower *** 53 at wider spacing of 25 cm with application of nitrogen fertilization levels of 45 N fad.^-*** and path analyses revealed that 100-seed weight and head diameter had the highest direct and indirect influence on seed weight plant1,at the same time also,oleic acid content and linoleic acid content had the highest direct and indirect effect inf

用一釜水热合成法制备了硫化铜/还原氧化石墨烯纳米复合材料,改变前驱体中石墨烯含量,得到具有不同石墨烯含量的纳米复合材料。所制备的纳米复合材料首先和聚偏氟乙烯粘结剂混合,再涂覆在SnO2 _(x-)Fx基体上,得到以CdS敏化TiO2为负极的量子点太阳能电池的对电极,并与传统的Cu2 S/Cu对电极进行比较。用场发射扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射、拉曼光谱、循环伏安和阻抗谱技术表征了纳米复合材料对电极的微观结构和性能。结果表明:硫化铜/还原氧化石墨烯纳米复合材料优于Cu2 S/Cu对电极。前驱体中石墨烯的含量显著影响了硫化铜纳米晶的化学计量比和形貌。当前驱体石墨烯含量在中等水平下,获得了具有更多供S2_(-x)离子还原的活性位的优化的硫化铜/还原氧化石墨烯纳米复合材料。以此优化的纳米复合材料为对电极制备的量子点太阳能电池在100 mW/cm2的光照强度下具有高的、稳定的和可重复的_(2.)36%的能量转化效率,高于用Cu2 S/Cu为对电极的能量转化效率。此性能的提升归因于硫化铜纳米晶和导电的还原氧化石墨烯之间的协同作用,还原氧化石墨烯充当共催化剂和导电促进剂,降低对电极的内阻并加快多硫化物的还原。

A recent study by Zoufaly et *** in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine describes encouraging data from the first severe COVID-19 patient successfully treated with human recombinant soluble angiotensin-converting enzyme-2(hrsACE2).1 The published data document upon treatment of an adaptive immune response,the disappearance of the virus swiftly from the serum,the nasal cavity and lungs,and a reduction of inflammatory cytokine levels that are critical for COVID-19 ***,the use of hrsACE2 did not impede the generation of neutralizing antibodies,leading to a significant clinical improvement of the treated patient.

Background:The impact of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) on bone mineral density (BMD) has been well studied in adults with a relative paucity of data in children,especially concerning effect of treatment with pegylated interferon (PEG-IFN) plus ribavirin (RV).In the current work,we assessed prospectively changes in BMD in children with CHC before,during,and after ***:Forty-six consecutive children with noncirrhotic genotype 4 CHC were subjected to dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry at baseline,24 weeks,48 weeks of therapy and 24 weeks after ***,bone mineral content (BMC),and Z score of lumbar spine (L2-L4) were *** pubertal stage,viral load,liver function tests,serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone,and liver histopathology were assessed in all included ***:Thirty (65.2%) patients had normal BMD,10 (21.7%) were at risk for low BMD,and 6 (13.1%) had low BMD for chronological *** with low BMD were significantly older (P=0.001),with higher frequency of delayed puberty than other groups (P=0.002).Baseline densitometric parameters (BMD & BMC) were significantly positively correlated with patients' age,weight,height,body mass index and hemoglobin level;while they were insignificantly correlated with basal viral load,histopathology activity index and fibrosis *** parameters improved significantly on PEG-IFN plus RV treatment,this improvement was found to be sustainable 24 weeks after ***:Low BMD is detectable in a proportion of CHC *** therapy leads to a sustainable increase in BMD.

Adult size, longevity, egg load dynamics and oviposition ofMicroplitis rufiventris Kok. which began their development in the first, second, third （preferred hosts） or fourth （non-preferred hosts） instar larvae of Spodoptera littoralis （Boisd.） were studied. The parasitoid size was largely determined by the initial host size at parasitism. Non-ovipositing females derived from older hosts lived for longer periods than those derived from younger ones. However, the ovipositing females, irrespective of their size, lived for almost the same periods. At emergence, the oviducts of adult females contain a significant amount of mature eggs available for oviposition for a few hours on eclosion day. Egg load increases during the early phase of adult life. The amount of additional mature eggs and rate of egg maturation per hour was greater for wasps derived from preferred hosts compared with those in females derived from non-preferred hosts. The pattern of egg production in M. rufiventris females depended on the availability of hosts for parasitization. Host-deprived females depleted the egg complement with aging; the longer the host deprivation, the lower the oviduct egg load. Marked reduction in both realized or potential fecundity of host-deprived females was observed following host availability. Host privation for more than 3 days induced a marked deficit fecundity pattern through the female＇ s life. The realized fecundity was determined by the interaction among host availability, the number of eggs that are matured over the female＇ s life span, oviposition rate and host size from which the female was derived. These results suggest that：（i） M. rufiventris wasp is a weak synovigenic species; （ii） the maturation of additional eggs is inhibited once the maximum oviduct egg load is reached; （iii） the egg load of the newly emerged female is significantly less than the realized fecundity; and （iv） because M. rufiventris females oviposit fewer eggs when they begin depleting their

Facies Analysis and Biostratigraphy of the Miocene Sequence,Cairo-Suez District,Egypt

Miocene siliciclastic-carbonate deposits are widely exposed in Cairo-Suez District, Egypt. These deposits are underlain and overlain by continental sediments of Oligocene and post Miocene, respectively. Three stratigraphic sections were investigated at Gabals Geneife, Homeira and Gharra. Lithostrtigraphically, the Miocene sequence could be differentiated into two main rock units representing shallow deposits with relatively intermittent deep marine incursions. These are from base to top, Gharra Formation and Genefe Formation. Detailed macrofossils investigations led to the recognition of four macrofossil zones, namely Alectryonella plicatula-Crassostrea frondosa Range Zone, Echinolampas amplus-Scutella ammonis Range Zone, Chlamys（Macrochlamys） sardoa-Chlamys（Argopecten） submalvinae Range Zone, and Chlamys gentoni-Pecten（Oppenheimopecten） benedictus-Pecten（P.） ziziniae Assemblage Zone. Microfacies analysis and identified taxa indicated that the Miocene sequence was deposited in transgressive-regressive cycles ranged from near shore, warm shallow inner to middle shelf marine environments with storm influence during the accumulation of the oyster banks.
