alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodevelopmental impairment that results in a person’s behavior,thinking,and memory *** common symptoms ofADare losingmemory and early *** addition to these,there are several serious impacts ***,the impact ofADcanbemitigatedby early-stagedetection though it cannot be cured ***-stage detection is the most challenging task for controlling and mitigating the impact of *** study proposes a predictive model to detect AD in the initial phase based on machine learning and a deep learning approach to address the *** build a predictive model,open-source data was collected where five stages of images of AD were available as Cognitive Normal(CN),Early mild Cognitive Impairment(EmCI),mild Cognitive Impairment(mCI),Late mild Cognitive Impairment(LmCI),and *** stage of AD is considered as a class,and then the dataset was divided into three parts binary class,three class,and five *** this research,we applied different preprocessing steps with augmentation techniques to efficiently *** integrates a random oversampling technique to handle the im.alance problem from target classes,mitigating the model overfitting and *** three machine learning classifiers,such as random forest(RF),K-Nearest neighbor(KNN),and support vector machine(SVm),and two deep learning methods,such as convolutional neuronal network(CNN)and artificial neural network(ANN)were applied on these *** analyzing the performance of the used models and the datasets,it is found that CNN with binary class outperformed 88.20%*** result of the study indicates that the model is highly potential to detect AD in the initial phase.

A novel maximum power-point tracking approach is proposed based on studies investigating the output characteristics of photovoltaic(PV)systems under partial shading *** existence of partially shaded conditions leads to the presence of several peaks on PV curves,which decrease the efficiency of conventional ***,the proposed algorithm,which is based on the modified particle-swarm optimization(mPSO)technique,increases the output power of PV systems under such abnormal conditions and has a better performance compared to other *** proposed method is examined under several scenarios for partial shading condition and non-uniform irradiation levels using matlab,and to investigate its effectiveness adequately,the results of the proposed method are compared with those of the neural network *** experimental results show that the proposed method can decrease the interference of the local maximum power-point to cause the PV system to operate at a global maximum *** efficiency of the mPSO is achieved with the least number of steady-state oscillations under partial shading conditions compared with the neural network method.

Petrogenesis and Tectonic Implications of Peralkaline A-Type Granites and Syenites from the Suizhou-Zaoyang Region,Central China

In this study, we present systematic petrological, geochemical, LA-ICP-mS zircon U-Pb ages and Nd isotopic data for the A-type granites and syenites from Suizhou-Zaoyang region. The results show that the peralkaline A-type granites and syenites were episodically emplaced in Suizhou-Zaoyang region between 450±3 and 441±7 ma which corresponds to Late Ordovician and Early Silurian periods, respectively. Petrologically, the syenite-peralkaline granite association comprises of nephefine normative-syenite and alkaline granite in Guanzishan and quartz normative syenite and alkafine granite in Huangyangshan. The syenite-granite associations are ferroan to alkali in composition. They depict characteristics of typical OIB （oceanic island basalts） derived A-type granites in multi-elements primitive normalized diagram and Ybffa vs. Y/Nb as well as Ce/Nb vs. Y/Nb binary plots. Significant depletion in Ba, Sr, P, Ti and Eu indicates fractionation of feldspars, biotite, amphiboles and Ti-rich augite. The values of eNd（t） in Guanzishan nepheline syenite and alkaline granite are ＋1.81 and ＋2.26, respectively and the calculated two-stage model age for these rocks are 1 040 and 1 003 ma, respectively. On the other hand, the Huangyangshan alkaline granite has eNd（t） values ranging from ＋2.61 to ＋3.46 and a relatively younger two-stage Nd model age values ranging from 906 to 975 ma, respectively. Based on these data, we inferred that the Guanzishan nepheline syenites and granites were formed from fractional crystallization of OIB-like basic magmas derived from upweliing of metasomatized lithospheric mantle. The Huangyangshan quartz syenite and granite on the other hand, were formed from similar magmas through fractional crystallization with low input from the ancient crustal rocks. Typically, the rocks exhibit al-type granite affinity and classified as within plate granites associated with the Ordovician crustal extension and the Silurian rifting.

This editorial introduces the potential of targeting macrophage function for diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCm)treatment by dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4)*** et al studied teneligliptin,a DPP-4 inhibitor used for diabetes management,and its potential cardioprotective effects in a diabetic mouse *** suggested teneligliptin administration may reverse established markers of DCm,including cardiac hypertrophy and compromised *** also inhibited the NLRP3 inflammasome and reduced inflammatory cytokine production in diabetic *** play crucial roles in DCm *** hyperglycemia disturbs the balance between pro-inflammatory(m1)and antiinflammatory(m2)macrophages,favoring a pro-inflammatory state contributing to heart ***,we highlight the potential of DPP-4 inhibitors to modulate macrophage function and promote an anti-inflammatory *** compounds may achieve this by elevating glucagon-like peptide-1 levels and potentially inhibiting the NLRP3 *** studies on teneligliptin in combination with other therapies targeting different aspects of DCm could be suggested for developing more effective treatment strategies to improve cardiovascular health in diabetic patients.

With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,the spectrum resources are increasingly strained which needs optimal *** radio(CR)is one of the key technologies to solve this *** sensing not only includes the precise detection of the communication signal of the primary user(PU),but also the precise identification of its modulation type,which can then determine the a priori information such as the PU’service category,so as to use this information to make the cognitive user(CU)aware to discover and use the idle spectrum more effectively,and improve the spectrum *** sensing is the primary feature and core part of *** sensing algorithms includes energy detection,cyclostationary feature detection,matched filter detection,and so *** energy detection algorithm has a simple structure and does not require prior knowledge of the PU transmitter signal,but it is easily affected by noise and the threshold is not easy to *** combination of multiple-input multiple-output(mImO)with CR improves the spectral efficiency and multipath fading *** best utilize the PU spectrum while minimizing the overall transmit power,an iterative technique based on semidefinite programming(SDP)and minimum mean squared error(mmSE)is ***,this article proposed a new method for max-min fairness *** compared to existing algorithms,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithms perform better in terms of total transmitted power and signal-tointerference plus noise ratio(SINR).Furthermore,the proposed algorithm effectively improved the system performance in terms of number of iterations,interference temperature threshold and balance SINR level which makes it superior over the conventional schemes.

We have studied the genotoxic and apoptotic potential of ferric oxide nanoparticles（Fe_2O_3-NPs） in Raphanus sativus（radish）.Fe_2O_3-NPs retarded the root length and seed germination in *** sections of treated roots showed subcellular localization of Fe_2O_3-NPs,along with the appearance of damaged mitochondria and excessive *** cytometric analysis of Fe_2O_3-NPs（1.0 mg/m L） treated groups exhibited 219.5%,161%,120.4% and 161.4% increase in intracellular reactive oxygen species（ROS）,mitochondrial membrane potential（ΔΨm）,nitric oxide（NO） and Ca2＋influx in radish protoplasts.A concentration dependent increase in the antioxidative enzymes glutathione（GSH）,catalase（CAT）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and lipid peroxidation（LPO） has been *** assay showed a concentration dependent increase in deoxyribonucleic acid（DNA） strand breaks in Fe_2O_3-NPs treated *** cycle analysis revealed 88.4% of cells in sub-G1 apoptotic phase,suggesting cell death in Fe_2O_3-NPs（2.0 mg/m L） treated *** together,the genotoxicity induced by Fe_2O_3-NPs highlights the importance of environmental risk associated with improper disposal of nanoparticles（NPs） and radish can serve as a good indicator for measuring the phytotoxicity of NPs grown in NP-polluted environment.

Appropriate knowledge of the parental cultivars is a pre-requisite for a successful breeding *** study characterized fruit yield,quality attributes,and molecular variations of ten tomato cultivars during three consecutive generations under greenhouse *** 86,Castle Rock,and Red Star cultivars showed the highest fruit yield(kg/plant),total phenolic compounds(TPC),and sap *** component analysis categorized the evaluated fruit yield into three groups based on their quality attributes.A robust positive correlation appeared among traits inside each group.A positive correlation was likewise noticed between the first and the second ***,a negative correlation was detected between the first,the second and the third *** profiling,using seven inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)primers,produced 60 loci,including 49 polymorphic *** molecular analysis also pinpointed the highest genetic similarity(0.92)between P73 and moneymaker,while the lowest genetic similarity(0.46)was observed between Castle Rock and *** cultivars P73 and moneymaker showed the lowest genetic distance(2.24),while the highest genetic distance(5.92)was observed between Super marmand and Peto86,on the one hand,and between Castle Rock and moneymaker,on the other *** chemical analysis of fruit sap indicated the highest levels of TPC,total flavonoids,anthocyanin,ascorbic acid and total soluble solids in Peto 86 and Castle Rock *** analysis of tomato cultivars based on morphological and molecular attributes indicated four distinct *** 86,Castle Rock,and Red star cultivars can be recommended for the tomato hybridization breeding programs in the future,with other tomato cultivars as potentially high-yielding parents.

Latest advancements made in the processing abilities of smartdevices have resulted in the designing of Intelligent Internet of Things (IoT)environment. This advanced environment enables the nodes to connect, collect, perceive, and examine useful data from its surroundings. Wireless multimedia Surveillance Networks (WmSNs) form a vital part in IoT-assistedenvironment since it contains visual sensors that examine the surroundingsfrom a number of overlapping views by capturing the images *** IoT devices generate a massive quantity of digital media, it is thereforerequired to save the media, especially images, in a secure way. In order toachieve security, encryption techniques as well as compression techniques areemployed to reduce the amount of digital data, being communicated overthe network. Encryption Then Compression (ETC) techniques pave a wayfor secure and compact transmission of the available data to prevent unauthorized access. With this background, the current research paper presentsa new ETC technique to accomplish image security in IoT *** proposed model involves three major processes namely, IoT-based imageacquisition, encryption, and compression. The presented model involves optimal Signcryption Technique with Whale Optimization algorithm (NmWOA)abbreviated as ST-NmWOA. The optimal key generation of signcryptiontechnique takes place with the help of NmWOA. Besides, the presented modelalso uses Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) and matrix minimization (mm.algorithm-based compression technique. Extensive set of experimental analysis was conducted to validate the effective performance of the proposed *** obtained values infer that the presented model is superior in terms of bothcompression efficiency and data secrecy in resource-limited IoT environment.
