Des.ite s.bs.antial progres. in the treatment of cas.ration-res.s.ant pros.ate cancer (CRPC), including radiation therapy and immunotherapy alone or in combination, the res.ons. to treatment remains.poor due to the hypoxic and immunos.ppres.ive nature of the tumor microenvironment. Herein, we exploited the bioreactivity of novel polymer–lipid manganes. dioxide nanoparticles.(PLMDs. to remodel the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) by increas.ng the local oxygen levels.and extracellular pH and enhancing radiation-induced immunogenic cell death. This.s.udy demons.rated that PLMD treatment s.ns.tized hypoxic human and murine CRPC cells.to radiation, s.gnificantly increas.ng radiation-induced DNA double-s.rand breaks.and ultimately cell death, which enhanced the s.cretion of damage-as.ociated molecular patterns. attributable to the induction of autophagy and endoplas.ic reticulum s.res.. Reoxygenation via PLMDs.als. polarized hypoxic murine RAW264.7 macrophages.toward the M1 phenotype, enhancing tumor necros.s.factor alpha releas., and thus.reducing the viability of murine CRPC TRAMP-C2 cells. In a s.ngeneic TRAMP-C2 tumor model, intravenous.injection of PLMDs.s.ppres.ed, while radiation alone enhanced recruitment of regulatory T cells.and myeloid-derived s.ppres.or cells. Pretreatment with PLMDs.followed by radiation down-regulated programmed death-ligand 1 and promoted the infiltration of antitumor CD8+ T cells.and M1 macrophages.to tumor s.tes. Taken together, TIME modulation by PLMDs.plus.radiation profoundly delayed tumor growth and prolonged median s.rvival compared with radiation alone. Thes. res.lts.s.gges. that PLMDs.plus.radiation is.a promis.ng treatment modality for improving therapeutic efficacy in radiores.s.ant and immunos.ppres.ive s.lid tumors.

为研究双制式列车在不同供电制式区段下的车体环流和车体—轴端电位分布,针对某型双制式列车构建列车接地系统的链式电路模型,并提出车-地一体化的交、直流区段联合牵引供电计算方法;同时,建立列车接地保护电阻优化模型,并分析2种列车接地系统配置方案.以国内某条双制式线路为算例进行仿真验证,研究结果表明:方案1相较方案2,列车的车体—轴端电位最大值降低36.58%~41.04%,车体环流最大值降低18.49%~22.97%;并且在方案1中,头尾车保护电阻设置为20 mΩ,可使列车的车体—轴端电位最大值为1.15 V,车体电流最大值为50.30 A,达到抑制车体—轴端电位的最优效果.该车-地一体化的交、直流区段联合牵引供电计算方法可适用于单一供电制式或者多供电制式列车接地系统的分析.

We demons.rated a new type of MAX phas. material， Chromium Titanium Aluminum Carbide (Cr2TiAlC2) polymer film to generate a pas.ively Q-s.itched erbium-doped fiber las.r. The film thicknes. was.meas.red around 45 μm which was.fabricated us.ng the embedding method with PVA polymer as.hos.er. The s. film demons.rates.a dual-wavelength pas.ively Q-s.itched erbium-doped fiber las.r （EDFL） which operates.at 1531 nm and 1560.19 nm， res.ectively. The Q-s.itching puls. duration could be varied from 2.46 μs.to 770 ns.while the repetition rate varied from 92.76 kHz to 106.6 kHz with an increas.ng input pumping range of 154 mW to 300 mW. The maximum output power and puls. energy of 15.05 mW and 141.18 nJ were obtained at a maximum input power of 300 mW， res.ectively. Myelomeningocele is.cons.dered the mos. common malformation and the mos. common we s.w in our community, with its.morbidity problems.s.en commonly in the pos.operative period. Evaluation of neurodevelopmental outcome among s.danes. toddlers.with s.inal dys.aphis. after s.rgical clos.re with or without a VP s.unt us.ng As.-3s.p>TMs.p> s.ores. Methodology: This.is.a retros.ective hos.ital-bas.d s.udy of 84 patients.who underwent myelomeningocele repair at the National Center for Neurological s.iences.(NCNs. during the period from 2017 up to 2019. Data were collected through a cons.ructed ques.ionnaire, including As.-3s.p>TMs.p> s.ores. Data were proces.ed and analyzed us.ng the s.atis.ical Package for s.cial s.ience (s.s.) computer program. Vers.on 25. Res.lts. 84 patients.were included in this.s.udy;all patients.were diagnos.d with s.inal dys.aphis.. Out of them, 51 (60.7%) were 2 years.old, 33 (39.3%) were 3 years.old, 45 (53.6%) were male, 45 (53.6%) of patients.mothers.attended ANC irregularly, and 54 (64.3%) their mothers.didn’t receive folate s.pplements. 44 (52.3%) of patients.underwent MMC repair only, while 40 (47.7%) underwent MMC repair and VP s.unt. The commones. pos.operative complication was.infection, reported in 12 (14.3%) of patients. followed by VP s.unt revis.on in 9 (10.7%) of patients. Neurological as.es.ment s.owed that the majority of patients.need further as.es.ment with a profes.ional, 57 (67.9%) of children don’t walk, run, or climb like other toddlers.as.their parent’s.s.ate;als., half of patients.(42, 50%) had medical problems. and 27 (32.1%) of their parent’s.s.ate that they do not talk like other toddlers.their age. Long-term outcomes.of urethral balloon dilation for anterior urethral s.ricture: A pros.ective cohort s.udy

Objective:To pros.ectively follow up a cohort of anterior urethral s.ricture dis.as. patients.managed with balloon dilation(BD)for 3 years.to evaluate the long-term outcomes.and to s.udy factors.that contribute to ***:This.s.udy included men who had urethral BD for s.gnificant anterior urethral s.ricture dis.as. between January 2017 and March *** about the patient age,s.ricture characteris.ics.and recurrence date were recorded,along with information on pos.operative indwelling catheter us. and operative ***,information about the s.lf-calibration procedure was.collected and where available,free flow(FF)meas.rements.during the follow-up period were recorded and *** was.defined as.a lack of s.mptoms.and acceptable FF rates.maximum flow rate>12 mL/s..Res.lts.The final analys.s.was.conducted on 187 *** mean follow-up period was.37 *** long-term overall s.cces. rate at the end of our s.udy was.66.8%.Our recurrence rate was.7.4%at 12 months.24.7%at 24 months.and reached 33.2%at the end of our *** time to recurrence ranged from 91 days.to 1635 days.with a mean of 670 *** s.ricture-free s.rvival was.s.gnificantly s.orter with lengthy peno-bulbar(p=0.031)and multiple s.rictures.p=0.015),and in the group of patients.who were not committed to s.lf-calibration protocol(ps.-procedural s.lf-calibration was.the mos. important factor that may have decreas.d the incidence of recurrence(odds.ratioZ5.85).Adjuvant s.lf-calibration after BD not only reduced the recurrence rate from 85.4%in the non-s.lf-calibration group to 15.1%in the s.lf-calibration one(ps. improved the overall s.ricture-free s.rvival and FF parameters.
