Optical chemical sensor based on immobilesed pararosaniline into sol-gel matrix tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) is a simple tool that can be used to detect the presence of formalin (formaldehide) in food. Pararosaline in sol-gel matrix was developed when contacted with food sample that contains formalin. The optical signal was produced by changing color from purple to yellow, that can be used to detect quantitative formaldehide in sample. The results, chemo sensor optic, have characteristic, maximum wave length 576.42 nm, with linier range 0-100 ppm, linearity coefficient R2 = 0.999, limit detection (LOD) 0.504 ppm, limit of quantification (LOQ) 1.680 ppm, sensitivity 0.087, disturbed matrix selectivity 1.716 %. The optimum is operational at pH 4, and response time at 150 seconds of 2 ppm. This sensor can be used to detect formalin in food sample in a simple mode and reusable for 4 times application. The data center network(DCN), which is an important component of data centers, consists of a large number of hosted servers and switches connected with high speed communication links. A DCN enables the deployment of resources centralization and on-demand access of the information and services of data centers to users. In recent years, the scale of the DCN has constantly increased with the widespread use of cloud-based services and the unprecedented amount of data delivery in/between data centers, whereas the traditional DCN architecture lacks aggregate bandwidth, scalability, and cost effectiveness for coping with the increasing demands of tenants in accessing the services of cloud data centers. Therefore, the design of a novel DCN architecture with the features of scalability, low cost, robustness, and energy conservation is required. This paper reviews the recent research findings and technologies of DCN architectures to identify the issues in the existing DCN architectures for cloud computing. We develop a taxonomy for the classification of the current DCN architectures, and also qualitatively analyze the traditional and contemporary DCN architectures. Moreover, the DCN architectures are compared on the basis of the significant characteristics, such as bandwidth, fault tolerance, scalability, overhead, and deployment cost. Finally, we put forward open research issues in the deployment of scalable, low-cost, robust, and energy-efficient DCN architecture, for data centers in computational clouds.

In this study,a turbulent non-premixed(diffusion)methane-air flame has been investigated computationally to analyze the influences of pressure and gravity on flame structure and sooting characteristics between 1 and 10 *** simulation has been conducted in a 2-D axisymmetric computational domain using the finite volume-based computational fluid dynamics(CFD)*** interaction of turbulence and chemistry is modeled by considering the steady laminar flamelet model(SLFM)and the GRI Mech 3.0 chemical *** radiative heat transfer calculation is carried out by considering the discrete ordinate(DO)method and the weighted sum grey gas model(WSGGM).The semi-empirical Moss-Brookes model is considered to calculate *** impact of gravity on flame and sooting characteristics are evaluated by comparing the normal-gravity flames with the zero-gravity *** effect of soot and radiation on flame temperature is also *** results show a close agreement with the measurement when both soot and radiation are included in the numerical *** rates of soot formation,surface growth,and oxidation increase with increased operating pressure,regardless of ***-gravity flames have a higher soot volume fraction,a wider soot-containing zone,a higher CO mass fraction,and a lower flame temperature than normal-gravity flames while maintaining constant *** normal-gravity flames,the CO mass fraction decreases with pressure,whereas it increases with pressure rise in flames of zero *** of zero gravity appear taller and broader compared to the flames of normalgravity for a fixed *** increase in pressure significantly reduces the flame length and width in normal-gravity ***,the pressure elevation has little effect on the shape of a zero-gravity *** outcomes of the present study will assist in fully understanding the combustion and sooting characteristics of turbulent diffusion flames that will help design and develop h

This study explored the novel strategy of hypoxic preconditioning of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BM-MSCs) before intra vitreal transplantation to improve neuroprotective effects of Retinal Ganglion Cells (RGCs) in Acute Glaucoma Models. The methods of this research were isolated mesenchymal stem cells from the bone marrow of adult wild-type Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. BM-MSCs were cultured under normoxic or hypoxic (1% oxygen for 24 hours) conditions. Normoxic or hypoxic BM-MSCs were transplanted intravitreally 1 week after ocular hypertension induction by acutely increasing IOP to 100 - 120 mmHg for 60 minutes. Rats were killed 4 weeks after transplanted. Apoptosis was examined by tunnel assay and expression Brn3b (Brn3b = RGCs marker) by immunohistochemical analysis of the retina. Results showed that transplantation of hypoxic preconditioning BM-MSCs in acute glaucoma models resulted in a significant apoptosis decreasing (p < 0.05) and an significant increasing in RGCs (p < 0.05), as well as enhanced mor-phologic and functional benefits of stem cell therapy versus normoxic BM-MSCs transplantation. Conclusions: Hypoxic preconditioning enhances the capacity of BM-MSCs transplantation to improve neuroprotective effects of RGCs in Acute Glaucoma Models.

Successful Treatment of Adult Pleomorphic Rhabdomyosarcoma in the Posterior Left Femur: A Case Report

Introduction: Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common childhood soft tissue sarcoma, but it represents only a small portion of soft tissue sarcoma in adult population. There is a treatment protocol based on Intergroup Rhabdomyosarcoma Study (IRS) that provides satisfactory results in treating RMS in children, but there is only limited evidence regarding the outcome and prognosis in extrapolating the IRS protocol to treat RMS in adults. We report a case of adult pleomorphic RMS treated with multidisciplinary approach and the results we have obtained. Case presentation: A 48-year-old woman was admitted in February 2011 due to a painful mass on her left thigh. Diagnosis of pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma was made by histopathology and immunohistochemistry. After multimodal treatment that includes Trans-Arterial Chemotherapy Infusion, Cryosurgery, and wide excision surgery, our patient remains disease-free as of the latest annual follow up examination on June 2017. Conclusions: The pleomorphic type of Rhabdomyosarcoma is very rare in adults and is often associated with a poor prognosis. In our case, a multidisciplinary approach with multimodal treatment provides excellent result, even after a routine follow up spanning through six years.
