外语教学长期拘囿于寻找“最佳的教学方法”。我国大学外语教学领域存在着追赶国外“最新教学法”的现象,将外语学习和教学简单化、模式化,忽视了学习者和教师的认知与情感。Kumaravadivelu首次提出了“后方法”的概念,提出特定性、实践性和可能性三个基本参数的外语教学原则和十大宏观教学策略。教师在教学策略的指导下,结合三个基本参数转化成特定的教学措施,创造出各种不同的微观策略,应用于教学实践。“后方法”教学理念主张动态开放的外语教学,一方面关注对外语学习者的研究,倡导“以学生为中心”;另一方面注重教师对教学理论的反思与创设。教学法研究的重点从“法”的拘囿转向人的自主和自由。教师和学生的主体作用越来越受到关注。

The use of activated carbon made of sugarcane bagasse, to eliminate cationic dyes present in waste water was studied in this research. It investigates the potential use of activated carbon made of sugarcane bagasse. Increase in the PH of the dye solution caused an equivalent increment in its adsorption efficiency. This study demonstrates that activated carbon made from sugarcane bagasse is an efficient and cheap adsorbing agent and very effective at removing dyes present in solutions and the possibility of using it for a simple and inexpensive method of dye removal from waste waters in either stirred tank reactors or in batch reactors. The data obtained could be utilised to design an optimally productive system that uses either stirred tank reactors or batch reactors remove of cationic dyes from effluents industrial. This study predicts effect of activated carbon made from sugarcane bagasse on adsorption of cationic dyes.

Background: Myeloperoxidase staining is used to differentiate leukemias since several decades. Despite implementation of flow cytometric, cytogenetic and molecular techniques for identification of leukemic blasts, histochemical stains such as myeloperoxidase stain are persistently used for better classification of leukemias. The myeloperoxidase staining is a time consuming and hazardous procedure. The present report describes a sensitive, rapid and easy method for assessment of peroxidase activity. Materials and Methods: Bone marrow aspiration slides were stained with Dako product: Code number: K3467 containing DAB chromogen (3,3-diaminobenzidine in chromogen solution) and substrate buffer (Imidasole-HCL buffer, PH 7.5 containing hydrogen peroxide and an anti microbial agent) in a rapid procedure taking only ten minutes time. The staining needs no material preparation steps. Neutrophils in the slide are taken as positive control or another normal smear was costained to be used as control. All cases were followed up with flow cytometry and cytogenetic studies. Result: The reaction product of this stain is brown and granular. Promyelocytes and myelocytes are the most strongly staining cells with positive (primary) granules. Lymphoblasts are negative. The result of classification of leukemias with this technique was in concordance with flow cytometric immunophenotyping. Discussion: Many practical techniques have been described using benzidine as an indicator for myeloperoxidase staining. Benzidine is a carcinogenic material and its usage is severely restricted in laboratory. Formerly we prepared requisite materials for myeloperoxidase staining by hazardous ways (boiling), but we decided to apply ready to use 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB), which is used in final step of immunohistochemistry stains. Conclusion: Use of 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB) is highly recommended for myeloperoxidase staining, while the result is extraordinary and fully compatible with flow cytometry and

高性能船舶因其优良的航行性能,强大的装载能力,舒适性和经济型是当今世界造船工业发展趋势,受到世界各地的研究机构的青睐。本文,我将使用CFD工具,STAR-CCM+对HYSWATH(双体小线面水翼复合型高速船)进行流体力学模拟。由于我之前没有使用CFD的经验,本文的很大一部分用来描述CFD的基本理论。本文采用了Star-CCM+计算软件来研究重心和片体间距对双体小线面水翼复合型高速船阻力的影响。使用排水量为1000T的双体小线面水翼复合型高速船为模型,该研究探讨了不同速度下,船型参数对阻力的影响,因而对于改善复合高速船的阻力特性有重大作用。HYSWATH是一种新型复合高速船,其有小水线面船和混合船的双重优点。在第五章通过采用船体模型阻力试验及对比流体力学软件Star-CCM+计算的出的数据研究了HYSWATH的阻力性能,以验证数值计算方法的精度并为进一步研究船体形式参数对主要部分阻力的影响做准备。

BACKGROUND There are no consistent results between previous studies for an independent association between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and cardiovascular disease(CVD)*** To determine if there is an independent association between NAFLD and CVD *** In the present study,valid outcome data of 4808 subjects were available for phase 2 of our cohort *** subjects had been followed up for seven years from phase 1,beginning in 2009-2010 to phase 2 during *** and multiple Cox proportional models were used to determine the association between NAFLD in the primary phase of the cohort and subsequent fatal and non-fatal CVD events during *** The incidence of non-fatal CVD events in males with NAFLD was significantly higher(P=0.004)than in males without NAFLD.A positive association was demonstrated between NAFLD and non-fatal CVD events in males(Hazard ratio=1.606;95%CI:1.166-2.212;P=0.004)by the simple Cox proportional hazard model,but no independent association was detected between these in the multiple Cox *** No independent association was detected between NAFLD and *** is likely that diabetes mellitus and age may be the principle mediators in this regard.

背景尽管预防性静脉注射利多卡因可以减轻气道对多种吸入刺激的反应性，但是其对哮喘患者插管后气道阻力的影响尚不清楚。本文旨在检验哮喘患者静脉注射利多卡因是否可以减轻插管诱发的支气管收缩。方法30例哮喘患者[年龄49．1±15．9岁（均数±标准差）]在常规麻醉诱导（依托咪酯0．3mg／kg，芬太尼5μg/kg，罗库溴铵0．6mg／kg，50％氧化亚氮）后行气管插管。分别在插管后即刻、5、10和15分钟测定气道阻力。插管后5分钟，静脉注射利多卡因（利多卡因2mg／kg在5分钟内静脉推注，并以3mg·kg^-1·h^-1的速度持续输注10分钟）或生理盐水。结果插管后即刻的气道平均阻力为23±12cmH2O·s·L^-1。注射盐水后气道阻力进一步增加38％，但是注射利多卡因后气道阻力较注射前下降（26％，P〈0．004）。结论气管插管后静脉注射利多卡因可以减轻哮喘患者的支气管收缩。

Predicting Tendency for Suicide Based on Risk Factors and Ontological Identity Using Artificial Neural Network

The purpose of this research was to offer a model for predicting the rate of tendency for suicide in individuals and also the importance number of the risk factors involved in suicide, using artificial neural network. Furthermore, the relationship between ontological identity and suicide was examined. Six hundred and ninety-eight participants (557 females and 141 males) in this research in Isfahan were selected by convenience sampling method. The age range of the sample individuals was 19 to 41 years (M = 22.2). In this research, an artificial neural network was offered to draw the relationship among 32 suicide risk factors. All the risk factors presented in former researches, besides ontological identity had a role in the network. The accuracy of classification of this network in predicting the tendency of suicide in various individuals was 90.5. Also, the importance number of the suicide risk factors was shown using neural network. Ontological identity obtained the first rank among all the risk factors. Therefore, this research confirmed the roles of all presented risk factors in former researches, besides ontological identity, in suicide and provided a hierarchy of risk factors in suicide.

Incremental value of magnetic resonance neurography of Lumbosacral plexus over non-contributory lumbar spine magnetic resonance imaging in radiculopathy: A prospective study

AIM: To test the incremental value of 3T magnetic resonance neurography(MRN) in a series of unilateral radiculopathy patients with non-contributory magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).METHODS: Ten subjects(3 men,7 women; mean age54 year and range 22-74 year) with unilateral lumbar radiculopathy and with previous non-contributory lumbar spine MRI underwent lumbosacral(LS) plexus MRN over a period of one year. Lumbar spine MRI performed as part of the MRN LS protocol as well as bilateral L4-S1 nerves,sciatic,femoral and lateral femoral cutaneous nerves were evaluated in each subject for neuropathy findings on both anatomic(nerve signal,course and caliber alterations) and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)tensor maps(nerve signal and caliber alterations).Minimum fractional anisotropy(FA) and mean apparent diffusion coeffcient(ADC) of L4-S2 nerve roots,sciatic and femoral nerves were ***: All anatomic studies and 80% of DTI imaging received a good-excellent imaging quality grading. In a blinded evaluation,all 10 examinations demonstrated neural and/or neuromuscular abnormality corresponding to the site of radiculopathy. A number of contributory neuropathy findings including double crush syndrome were observed. On DTI tensor maps,nerve signal and caliber alterations were more conspicuous. Although individual differences were observed among neuropathic appearing nerve(lower FA and increased ADC) as compared to its contralateral counterpart,there were no significant mean differences on statistical comparison of LS plexus nerves,femoral and sciatic nerves(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION: MRN of LS plexus is useful modality for the evaluation of patients with non-contributory MRI of lumbar spine as it can incrementally delineate the etiology and provide direct objective and non-invasive evidence of neuromuscular pathology.
