This study evaluated the clinical outcomes in keratoconus corneas following accelerated transepithelial corneal collagen cross-linking（CXL）（Avedro KXL system,Waltham,MA,USA） over one year of *** mean depth of the demarcation line measured by optical coherence tomography（OCT） was 205.19 μ*** month after surgery,a non-statistically significant change was noted in sphere（P= 0.18） and in spherical equivalent（P= 0.17）,whereas a significant improvement was observed in corrected distance visual acuity（P=0.04）.A significant change was observed in topographic astigmatism（P= 0.03） and posterior corneal a sphericity（P= 0.04）.Accelerated transepithelial CXL may be a useful technique for the management of progressive keratoconus.

Purpose: To investigate the safety of LASIK in patients with a known history of controlled rheumatic diseases. Design: Retrospective consecutive observational clinical study. Participants: Forty-two eyes (22 patients) known to have had a history of rheumatic diseases underwent *** patients had a history of controlled rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, scleroderma, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, or Behet’s disease. Methods: Assessments were made preoperatively and at 1, 3, and 6 months postoperatively and included visual acuity (VA), refraction, keratometric readings, slit-lamp biomicroscopy, and corneal topography. All the patients underwent LASIK. Postoperative treatment included a topical steroid-antibiotic combination. Main Outcome Measures: Visual acuity, refraction, keratometric readings, and slit-lamp biomicroscopy findings at 1, 3, and 6 months postoperatively. Results: LASIK was performed uneventfully on all patients. The mean pre-LASIK spherical equivalent (SE)-was-5.39±2.25, and the sixth month postoperative SE was-0.15±0.38 diopters (D) (P< 0.001). Uncorrected VA 6 months after the LASIK procedure was 20/25. Enhancement procedures were performed in 6 of 42 eyes (14.3%) at variable times after the primary procedure. Postoperative follow-up showed development of a moderate degree of dry eye syndrome in 4 eyes (9.5%). Corneal haze, melting, flap, or interface complications were not observed in any of the study eyes. Conclusions : In this small series, we found good outcomes when correcting refractive errors using LASIK in selected patients with controlled rheumatic diseases. In this series, a favorable postoperative visual outcome was obtained with no operative or postoperative vision-threatening complications.

A set of 15 combinations of microphysics and cumulus parameterizations for the WRF numerical model were tested in the forecast of a rain event on January 16 2018 over Panama. GPM satellite, upper air soundings and ground weather stations were used to evaluate the performance of each configuration. Different metrics were used to obtain the configurations that produced the best forecasts. The analysis showed a strong fluctuation of the diurnal precipitation cycle from one region to another. From the set of tests carried, BMJ with Morrison performed slightly above the other combinations in representing well the diurnal cycle for some domain areas, followed by Thom-Gr, WSM6-BMJ and WSM6-KF. While the experiments had a better performance forecasting over sea, they were not able to match the highest values of total precipitation. Regarding spatial rain distribution, all BMJ cumulus combinations showed the best skills mainly over the area comprising the Panama Canal while the others tended to overestimate the rain. Finally, most BMJ experiments showed the highest correlation factor and performed quite well representing the vertical profiles of relative humidity, temperature and wind.

现在已可利用新的测井技术现场描述含气砂岩储层，以用于优化整个完井过程。由电缆地层测试器获取的动态储层信息以及由核磁共振测井获取连续的高分辨率孔隙度和渗透率数据，极大地提高了产层识别的质量。由于低渗透率页岩质砂岩层段的有效完井往往需要耗时很长的不用修井机的作业，因此采用这项新技术可以大幅度降低作业成本。本文讲述了如何结合使用裸眼井储层质量的全面评价和天然气产能指数进行完井设计，以便缩短从开钻到投入商业开采的时间。这种分多个步骤的综合方法可用于优化各产层段的水力压裂作业，从而提高天然气的总产量。根据各层段的模拟生产动态和预测的气井产量，提出完井设计建议。从这个意义上讲，本文将首先介绍这种方法（与储层的“实地”电缆测值相结合）在几口重要气井完井设计中的应用，而最后还要介绍并讨论这些应用实例到目前为止的结果。
