The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)represents a global health and economic *** injuries have been approved to be associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)*** viral tropism pattern of SARS-CoV-2 can induce hepatic injuries either by itself or by worsening the conditions of patients with hepatic ***,other factors have been reported to play a crucial role in the pathological forms of hepatic injuries induced by SARS-CoV-2,including cytokine storm,hypoxia,endothelial cells,and even some treatments for *** the other hand,several groups of people could be at risk of hepatic COVID-19 complications,such as pregnant women and *** present review outlines and discusses the interplay between SARS-CoV-2 infection and hepatic injury,hepatic illness comorbidity,and risk ***,it is focused on the vaccination process and the role of developed vac-cines in preventing hepatic injuries due to SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Liver disorders are one of the most common pathological problems *** affects more than 1.5 billion *** types of hepatic cells have been reported to be involved in the initiation and propagation of both acute and chronic liver diseases,including hepatocytes,Kupffer cells,sinusoidal endothelial cells,and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs).In addition,oxidative stress,cytokines,fibrogenic factors,microRNAs,and autophagy are also *** the molecular mechanisms of liver diseases leads to discovering new therapeutic interventions that can be used in ***,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-HSCs therapy,gene therapy,cell therapy,gut microbiota,and nanoparticles have great potential for preventing and treating liver ***,we explored the recent possible molecular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of acute and chronic liver ***,we overviewed the recent therapeutic interventions that targeted liver diseases and summarized the recent studies concerning liver disorders therapy.

Impact of Presence or Absence of Trehalose during Vitrification on Viability and Development of Vitrified/Warmed Immature Dromedary Camel Oocytes

Vitrification of immature oocytes at the germinal vesicle (gV) stage is important to preserve female gametes. The standard formula for vitrification solutions has long been a debate. Herein, we investigated the effect of the presence or absence of trehalose in vitrification solution on viability, in vitro maturation (IVM) rates, and development of vitrified/warmed immature dromedary camel oocytes. Cumulus oocyte complexes (COCs) obtained at slaughter from the ovaries of mature she-camels were randomly allocated into three groups;namely, control group, oocytes were directly subjected to IVM without vitrification, vitrification solution 1 (VS1) group, oocytes were vitrified in a solution composed of 25% ethylene glycol (Eg) plus 25% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) + 0.5 M trehalose;and vitrification solution 2 (VS2) group, oocytes were vitrified in a solution composed of 25% Eg plus 25% DMSO. Vitrification of COCs was conducted by open pulled straws (OPS) method. Following vitrification and warming, morphologically viable oocytes were matured in vitro for 36 h. COCs were then fertilized and cultured in vitro for 7 days. The percentage of viable oocytes was significantly higher (P 0.05) in VS2 than VS1 group (80.0% vs. 63.3%, respectively). Nuclear maturation, cleavage (48 h post-insemination;pi), and blastocyst rates (7 days pi) were significantly higher (P groups. No significant differences were observed in oocyte maturation and development rates between VS2 and control groups. In conclusion, vitrification of immature dromedary camel oocytes in trehalose-free solution (VS2) was more advantageous than that in trehalose supplemented media since it did not reduce viability and development.
