synthesis and characterization of lanthanum-doped yttrium iro n garnet(YIG)in the compositional se ries of Y_(3-x)La_(x)Fe_(5)O_(12)(x=0.0,0.1,0.3,and 0.5)were carried *** compositions were made.by using solid state reaction method with ball-milling *** phase formation,surface morphology,magnetic properties,and microwave absorbing ability of all compositions were characterized by using an X-ray diffractometer,a scanning electron microscope,a vibrating sample magnetometer,and a Vector network *** results reveal that all compositions are crystallized into Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)phase(space group la-3d(230).It was observed that the lattice constant is increased from 1.2373 to 1.2421 nm with the increase of lanthanum substitution level from x=*** crystallite size of Y_(3-x)La_(x)Fe_(5)O_(12)series calculated by scherrer method is found to decrease from 78 nm in x=0.0-63 nm in x=*** particle size distribution from the surface morphology image analysis is shifted to lower-range number with the increase of lanthanum substitution level from x=0.0 to *** substitution process also affects the lattice distortion in La-doped samples and changes the bond angles and bond lengths of the YIG *** the results,a linear correlation between the Fe'-O-Fe bond angle with magnetic properties parameters of saturation magnetization(m_(s))and remanence magnetization(m_(r))was *** to the lanthanum substitution process,all La^(3+)-doped samples possess higher m_(s)and m_(r)values compared to the original *** results of Vector network analyzer show that the improvement of the m_(s)and m_(r)plays an important role in enhancing the microwave absorbing ability of the *** minimum RL changes from-8.22 dB(~85.22%microwave absorption)in x=0.0 to-14.21 dB(~96.25%microwave absorption)in x=*** enhancement is mainly ascribed to the natural magnetic resonance loss and dipoIe-polarization loss due to the substitution *** decr

目的:探讨m.4435A>G和YARs2 c.572G>T(p.G191V)突变在原发性高血压发生发展中的作用。方法:分析前期收集的高血压患者的线粒体基因组及外显子测序数据,对一例携带m.4435A>G和YARs2 p.G191V突变的原发性高血压患者的家系开展临床资料采集及分子遗传学检测,收集外周静脉血并构建永生化淋巴细胞系进行线粒体转移RNA(tRNA)、线粒体蛋白质、腺苷三磷酸(ATP)、线粒体膜电位(mmP)和细胞内活性氧检测。结果:线粒体全基因组测序结果显示,该家系中母系成员均携带高度保守的m.4435A>G突变,该突变影响线粒体tRNA的二级结构和折叠自由能并改变其稳定性,预测其将影响反密码子环结构。与对照组比较,携带m.4435A>G和YARs2 p.G191V突变的细胞株相关线粒体tRNA稳态水平、部分线粒体蛋白表达量、ATP产量和mmP水平下降,且活性氧水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(均Ps2 p.G191V突变通过影响线粒体tRNA稳态水平加重了m.4435A>G引起的线粒体翻译及线粒体功能改变,进一步导致细胞功能障碍,表明在本家系中YARs2 p.G191V与m.4435A>G突变存在协同作用,共同参与原发性高血压的发生发展。

Yohimbine in the treatment of orgasmic dysfunction

Aim： To study the effect of yohimbine in the treatment of men with orgasmic dysfunction. methods： A 20-mg dose of yohimbine was first given to 29 men with orgasmic dysfunction of different aetiology in the clinic. Patients were then allowed to increase the dose at home （titration） under more favourable circumstances. The outcome and side effects were subsequently assessed. results： The patients were classified into three groups of orgasmic dysfunction： primary complete （13）, primary incomplete （8） and secondary （8）. Nocturnal emissions were present in 75%, 40% and 50% of patients in the above groups, respectively （overall average 62%）. The men presented because of fertility problems （52%） or because they wanted to experience the pleasure of orgasm （48%）. Of the 29 patients who completed the treatment, 16 managed to reach orgasm and were able to ejaculate either during masturbation or sexual intercourse. A further three achieved orgasm, but only with the additional stimulation of a vibrator. A history of preceding nocturnal emissions was present in 69% of the men in whom orgasm was induced but only 50% who failed treatment. Of the patients, two have subsequently fathered children （one set of twins） and another 3 men were also cured. side effects were not sufficient to cause the men to cease treatment. Conclusion： Yohimbine is a useful treatment option in orgasmic dysfunction.

Black phosphorus nanoflakes as morphology modifier for efficient fullerene-free organic solar cells with high fill-factor and better morphological stability

morphology of the donor:acceptor blend plays a critical role in the photovoltaic performance of the organic solar cells (OsCs).Herein,liquid-phase-exfoliated black phosphorus nanoflakes (BPNFs),for their outstanding electronic property and good compatibility to solution process,were applied to fullerene-free OsCs as morphology *** by X-ray scattering measurements,the PTB7-Th:IeICO-4F blends incorporated with BPNFs exhibit more ordered π-π stacking and promoted domain purity,contributing to lower charge transport resistance and suppressed charge recombination within the bulk heterojunction (BHJ).As a result,a high fill factor (FF) of 0.73 and a best power conversion efficiency (PCe) of 12.2% were obtained for fullerene-free OsCs based on PTB7-Th:IeICO-4F blends incorporating with BPNFs,which is among the highest FF of the as-cast fullerene-free OsCs with PCe over 12%.more importantly,the embedded BPNFs help to improve the morphological stability of the devices probably by retarding the phase mixing in the BHJ during the aging ***,analogous enhancements were observed in another fullerene-free OsCs based on PBDB-T:*** a word,this work provides a new strategy of using two-dimentional nanoflakes as facile and universal morphology modifier for efficient fullerene-free OsCs.

In terms of planning aspect,nuclear power plant(NPP)development needs analyses,consideration,and right decision making due to multi criteria *** study prioritizes the best site development of Indonesian NPPs in terms of 21 social,economic,and technical perspectives which comprise transmission network,oper-ating cost,economic impact,geology,geotechnic,seismology,population density,environment,cooling water,meteorology,hydrology,proximity to hazardous facilities,topography,land use,proximity to wetland,evacu-ation route,security,transportation network,legal consideration,impact of tourism,land ownership,historical places,and public acceptance,all identified to be considerations for the best *** Fuzzy algorithms(Chang’s extent Analysis and Buckley’s Fuzzy AHP)were used to determine the criteria priorities as well as NPP site feasibility of two locations in *** results found that geology,geotechnic,and seismology(sA1);security(sO1),population density(sA2),environment(sA3),and cooling water(sA4)had the highest priorities among the 21 *** on the 5 top priority criteria,West Kalimantan and east Kalimantan provinces serve as the best candidates for the NPP *** an innovative and novel multi criteria Fuzzy AHP–based decision making(mCDm)approach has been proven to become a useful reference to select NPP sites in Indonesia.

The design of heterostructured transition metal-based electrocatalysts with controlled composition and interfaces is key to increasing the efficiency of the water electrolysis and the elucidation of reaction *** this work,we report the synthesis of well-controlled vertically aligned Ni/NiO nanocomposites consisting of Ni nanoclusters embedded in NiO,which result in highly efficient electrocatalysts for overall water *** show that such a high catalytic efficiency toward both the hydrogen evolution reaction(HeR)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OeR)originates from a synergetic effect at Ni/NiO interfaces that significantly reduces the energy barrier for water dissociation,and favours the formation of reactive H*intermediates on the Ni side of the interface,and OH_(ads) on the NiO side of the interface.A study of water chemisorption based on near-ambient pressure photoelectron spectroscopy indicates that the abundant hetero-interfaces in Ni/NiO nanocomposite promote the dissociation of water with a three-fold increase in the surface concentration of OH_(ads) compared with pure *** functional theory calculations indicate that Ni/NiO interface leads to the reduction of the water dissociation energy barrier due to a high concentration of oxygen vacancies at NiO side of the interface,whereas the formation of highly active metallic Ni sites with an optimal value of Gibbs free energy of H*(ΔG_(H*)=−0.16 eV)owes to a favourable adjustment of the electron energetics at the interface,thus accelerating the overall electrochemical water splitting.

The extraordinary progress in magnetic peripheral storage systems has been fueled by the advancements in heads (mR, GmR, spin valves) and in very high coercivity, low remanence-thickness product (mrt) media. These advancements are imposing new performance requirements on the magnetometers (Vsms) used to characterize these materials. At the same time, they have introduced a new paradigm for in-process (nondestructive, robotic) magnetic metrology tools to assure the stringent product uniformity requirements. In this paper, we discuss the recent advancements in magnetometry for characterizing state-of-the-art media and heads, as well as other magnetic materials.
