Purpose/Significance: This study aims to define the concept of leading cadres new media usage in China specifically, and to describe and analyze the forms and typical cases and characteristics of leading cadres new media in different stages. Method/Process: Based on the themes and contents of a few media accounts of leading cadres at different ranks, we summarizes leading cadres new media usage in a systematic perspective and content analysize method. Result/Conclusion: The study defines the concept of Leading Cadres’ new media from the perspective of media practice, determine its position as a media communication platform in the government affairs new media communication system and its relationship with the other elements, and then systematically review the evolution of its media practice from personal website, blog, microblog and microblog to WeChat, live show. On this basis, with the Harold Lasswell communication model, this article summarizes leading cadres new media communication characteristics from five aspects: content producer, content, channel, audience, and effect. Future studies may also enhance the empirical research from the effect perspective.

The present outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has swiftly crossed borders,and inflicted the global mental health *** is also affecting peoples’daily behaviours,economics,prevention strategies and decision-making among policymakers,healthcare organisations and medical centres that may unintentionally weaken COVID-19 control strategies and lead to increased morbidity,as well as mental health care needs ***,this outbreak is leading to further health complications worldwide,such as stress,fear of the unknown,anger,anxiety,denial,depression symptoms,and *** all the resources used to counter the spread of the virus,further universal strategies are desirable to address the associated mental health *** present study uses the qualitative means to investigate the potential impact of COVID-19,the consequences and legal aspects,then recommend policy implications,in an attempt to cover any apparent *** presents a unique analysis of its kind on the policy and legal aspects of the ongoing pandemic,as regards mental *** concludes that there is an acute need to prioritising the health care and curative issues,strengthen awareness and address the psychological syndromes or similar complications afflicting members of the general public during this pandemic.

In this study, adsorption of Congo red dye onto activated carbon prepared from Jujube (Ziziphus Mauritiania) seeds with phosphoric acid as the activating agent was investigated. Batch adsorption studies were carried out to study the influence of contact time, adsorbent dosage and initial dye concentration on the adsorption. The data was analysed using pseudo-first order and pseudo-second order kinetic models. The pseudo-second order kinetic model was found to describe the adsorption more effectively with a perfect correlation coefficient of unity. The rate constant, K was obtained as 0.182 (g/mg min) and the calculated qe (9.81) is very close to the experimental value (9.78). A high correlation coefficient obtained when the data was analysed with the intraparticle diffusion rate equation, revealed the presence of intraparticle diffusion in the adsorption process even though it is not the sole controlling step as shown by the value of the intercept (C ≠ 0). Isotherm studies showed that there is high correlation in each case when the data was modelled with Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin and Dubinin-Radushkevic isotherm models but the best fit was obtained with the Freundlich model with R2 = 0.9991, adsorption capacity, KF = 19.73 (mg/g)(mg/L)1/n and n = 1.563 indicating the adsorption is favourable and occurs on a heterogeneous surface by multilayer. The study showed that activated carbon from jujube seeds is an effective adsorbent for the removal of Congo red dye from solution.

Beneficial root-associated rhizospheric microbes play a key role in maintaining host plant growth and can potentially allow drought-resilient crop production. The complex interaction of root-associated microbes mainly depends on soil type, plant genotype, and soil moisture. However, drought is the most devastating environmental stress that strongly reduces soil biota and can restrict plant growth and yield. In this review, we discussed our mechanistic understanding of drought and microbial response traits. additionally, we highlighted the role of beneficial microbes and plant-derived metabolites in alleviating drought stress and improving crop growth. We proposed that future research might focus on evaluating the dynamics of root-beneficial microbes under field drought conditions. The integrative use of ecology, microbial, and molecular approaches may serve as a promising strategy to produce more drought-resilient and sustainable crops.

纳米流体是纳米颗粒在传统流体介质中的悬浮液。纳米流体由于其异常高的热导率,在强化传热方面具有广阔的应用前景。目前,文献中纳米流体导热系数数据存在较大差异。相比之下,纳米流体受到的关注非常有限,刚开始引起人们的注意,此外对纳米流体的导热性增强机制尚未完全理解。因此,反应堆的设计者可能会忽略纳米流体对反应堆堆芯传热影响的数据。基于以上原因,本文通过对纳米流体的模拟来提高核燃料棒束与冷却剂之间的传热。本文第一部分,是对纳米流体的导热性能进行较为详细的文献综述。第二部分通过研究水作为冷却剂与不同体积分数的纳米流体之间的传热,以此探究单相纳米流体在核燃料棒束中的传热特性。为了强化换热,通过使用体积分数为0.5%和2%的A12O3纳米流体,运用ANSYS-FLUENT软件对单根NFR燃料棒束进行了建模和仿真。结果发现在相同的流速下,体积分数为2%的纳米流体具有更高的传热系数,而水的传热效率最低,此外还发现传热系数随着雷诺数(Re)的增加而增大。结果表明,纳米流体比水具有更好的换热特性。

Malaria remains a major public health challenge *** is one of the world’s deadliest diseases,responsible for 627000 deaths worldwide in 2020 alone[1].In Malaysia,the Malaria Eradication Programme in Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysia Borneo in 1969 and 1967,respectively,drastically reduced the number of malaria cases in the country[2].Subsequently,the programme was further reinforced and improved,resulting in zero indigenous human malaria species in 2018[1].Currently,Malaysia has been identified as one of the World Health Organization(WHO)Western Pacific Region countries with zero indigenous cases for three consecutive years[1],thus eligible for the WHO certification of a malaria-free status country.

In this work, the reaction cross-section for neutron-induced reactions on 127I isotope was calculated using EXIFON code in the energy range of incident particle from 0 MeV to 30 MeV. The code is based on an analytical model for statistical multistep direct and multistep compound reactions (SMD/SMC model). In order to see the effect of nuclear structure on cross sections, the calculation was done using nuclear shell structure effect and without considering shell structure effect. Obtained results and statistical analysis showed that shell structure effect does not give significant changes to the cross-section at considered energy ranges. This shows that EXIFON code is a good tool for investigation of nuclear reaction cross section and is useful in the production of the radioisotopes of Iodine, Antimony and tellurium of high purity and in an efficient manner using cyclotron or nuclear reactors, these isotopes have potential application for field of medical science especially for diagnostics and therapeutic purposes.

Objective:To investigate the hepatic and reproductive toxicity of dichlorvos and lead acetate on male Wistar ***:Fifteen adult male Wistar rats(170-190 g)were randomly divided into three groups,with 5 rats in each *** 1 received 0.5 mL distilled water orally and served as the control group,while groups 2 and 3 were orally treated with 2 mg/kg body weight(b.w.)dichlorvos and 10 mg/kg *** acetate,respectively,for 55 *** sperm,serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone concentrations,testicular 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase activity(17β-HSD),androgen receptor expression,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),testicular oxidant and antioxidant enzymes were evaluated with standard ***:Sperm count,motility,morphology,FSH,LH,testosterone levels,17β-HSD,androgen receptor expression,and catalase activity were significantly reduced in the dichlorvos and lead acetate treated groups as compared with the control group(Pad acetate treated groups as compared with the control group(Pad acetate in male Wistar rats are similar.
