To understand the influence of Kuroshio intrusion on the phytoplankton community,a field investigation was conducted in spring 2017 in the East China Sea(ECS),and 130 seawater samples were collected and *** comprised the highest cell abundance contributing about 66%of the total phytoplankton followed by diatoms(17%)and dinoflagellates(16%).The dominance of the Kuroshio Waters(KW)and the Taiwan Warm Currents(TWC)were higher than the Coastal Waters(CW).The vertical distribution of physicochemical parameters depicted the intrusion of KW at the bottom layer,but it failed to reach the surface as strong upwelling was not ***,the dissolved inorganic phosphate(DIP)concentrations and P/N ratios were the lowest in the CW and the upper water layers,which limited the diatom growth in this ***,the dinoflagellates cell abundance was also lower except in the surface and CW,though they comprised the maximum richness of species among the phytoplankton ***,the unique characteristics such as diazotrophy and gas vacuoles of Trichodesmium made the situation advantageous,and they comprised the maximum cell abundance in this area especially in KW and the ***,DIP and P/N ratios appeared to be the major environmental drivers for Trichodesmium proliferation in the ECS during the study period.

Day by day, networked control system（NCS） methods have been promoted for distributed closed-loop control ***, the integration of control and computing theories enhanced the development of networked control systems through remote control for wide applications employing the internet. Two further directions to networked control technology are LeaderFollower systems and model predictive control systems. Cloud control system is looked at an extension of networked control systems（NCS） using internet of things（IOT） methodologies. In this paper, a comprehensive literature survey of the new technology of control systems application performed on cloud computing is presented.

Present contribution is concerned with the construction and application of a numerical method for the fluid flow problem over a linearly stretching surface with the modification of standard Gradient descent Algorithm to solve the resulted difference *** flow problem is constructed using continuity,and Navier Stoke equations and these PDEs are further converted into boundary value problem by applying suitable similarity transformations.A central finite difference method is proposed that gives third-order accuracy using three grid *** stability conditions of the present proposed method using a Gauss-Seidel iterative procedure is found using Von-Neumann stability criteria and order of the finite difference method is proved by applying the Taylor series on the discretised *** comparison of the presently modified optimisation algorithm with the Gauss-Seidel iterative method and standard Newton’s method in optimisation is also *** can be concluded that the presently modified optimisation Algorithm takes a few iterations to converge with a small value of the parameter contained in it compared with the standard descent algorithm that may take millions of iterations to *** present modification of the steepest descent method converges faster than Gauss-Seidel method and standard steepest descent method,and it may also overcome the deficiency of singular hessian arise in Newton’s method for some of the cases that may arise in optimisation problem(s).

背景:癌症仍然是目前研究人员的研究热点以及研究难题。白血病是造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病,其特征是白细胞分化不良并不受调节的增殖。根据受累细胞的类型和增殖程度,将疾病分为髓系和淋巴系白血病,急性和慢性白血病。在成人和儿科患者中最常见的类型是急性、髓性和淋巴细胞性白血病(AML,ALL),每年每10万人中的发病率和死亡率分别为(4.2、1.7例)和(2.8、0.4例)。慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)约占成人新诊断白血病病例的15%至20%,每年每10万人中的发病率和死亡率分别为1.8和0.4例。化疗、放疗、手术以及联合治疗是被广泛应用的可以治愈或根除肿瘤的方法。尽管化疗是治疗癌症的非常有效的方法,但它往往伴随着严重的副作用。并且肿瘤治疗后存在着复发的风险且更易发生耐药以及放疗抵抗。因此,探寻新的治疗方法对于准确治疗肿瘤和预防癌症转移是必要的。光动力疗法(PDT)治疗方法已被用来治疗不同种类的癌症。PDT涉及光敏药物的摄入,随后用对应于目标区域的敏化剂吸收波长的光照射。影响PDT癌症治疗的因素有癌组织中的光敏剂定位以及传递到该组织的适当光剂量。声动力疗法(SDT)治疗方法已从PDT发展而来,以克服其光照浸润深度浅的缺点。SDT涉及对声波敏感的药物摄入和随后使目标区域暴露于超声波。SDT治疗可以穿透多达几十厘米的组织。因此,SDT结束了 PDT的障碍和主要限制。声光生物调节疗法(SPBMT)是包括摄入光敏剂和声敏剂的一种治疗方法,。多年来,PDT一直与SDT分开进行,在癌症治疗方面取得了不同程度的成功。PDT已被用于对浅表癌症的治疗,而在与SDT结合使用时,对白血病、深部肿瘤和转移扩散转移到肺、肝和骨的肿瘤显示出的显著的疗效。番荔枝(Graviola)是一种小型直立常绿热带果树,高5-6m,属于番荔枝科。graviola通过改变细胞代谢用于癌症治疗,graviola提取物在体外和体内表现出显著的选择性肿瘤抑制作用。目的:本工作旨在评估活化的graviola纳米复合材料用于白血病靶向治疗的疗效。这项工作是在体外(两种白血病细胞系)和体内(90只白血病诱导小鼠)进行的;。激光和超声波被用作能源。材料和方法:在这项工作中,通过生物物理学研究了活化graviola纳米复合材料靶向治疗白血病的生物学有效性[形状、尺寸、吸光度和光致发光使用SEM、TEM、X射线衍射和能量色散(XRD,EDX扫描),UV/Visible扫描光谱仪,PL扫描光谱仪,和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR扫描)],生化[SRB细胞活力和细胞毒性IC50,抗氧化酶活性;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶、谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶、总抗氧化能力(SOD、CAT、GR、GST和TAC)、丙二醛MDA、肝功能检查;丙氨酸氨基转移酶ALT和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶AST,肾功能检查;肌酐和尿素、p53、Bax、Caspase(9,3)、NFkB、TNFalpha、VEGF、Bcl-2 qRT-PCR 相对基因表达],以及血液学[全血细胞计数CBC]分析。结果:结果表明,graviola纳米复合材料是一种潜在的用于癌症治疗的光声敏剂,并且在体外和体内都对抑制癌细胞具有显著作用。结论:我们的研究结果表明,活化的graviola纳米复合材料可用作声光动力治疗(SPDT)癌症靶向的天然纳米增敏剂。

In this study,an intelligent system based on combined machine vision(MV)and Support Vector Machine(SVM)was developed for sorting of peeled pistachio kernels and *** system was composed of conveyor belt,lighting box,camera,processing unit and sorting unit.A color CCD camera was used to capture *** images were digitalized by a capture card and transferred to a personal computer for further ***,images were converted from RGB color space to HSV color *** segmentation of the acquired images,H-component in the HSV color space and Otsu thresholding method were applied.A feature vector containing 30 color features was extracted from the captured images.A feature selection method based on sensitivity analysis was carried out to select superior *** selected features were presented to SVM *** SVM models having a different kernel function were developed and *** SVM model having cubic polynomial kernel function and 38 support vectors achieved the best accuracy(99.17%)and then was selected to use in online decision-making unit of the *** launching the online system,it was found that limiting factors of the system capacity were related to the hardware parts of the system(conveyor belt and pneumatic valves used in the sorting unit).The limiting factors led to a distance of 8 mm between the *** overall accuracy and capacity of the sorter were obtained 94.33% and 22.74 kg/h,respectively.
