P-and sV-wave dispersion and attenuation in saturated microcracked porous rock with aligned penny-shaped fractures

P-and sV-wave dispersion and attenuation have been extensively investigated in saturated poroelastic media with aligned ***,there are few existing models that incorporate the multiple wave attenuation mechanisms from the microscopic scale to the macroscopic ***,in this work,we developed a unified model to incorporate the wave attenuation mechanisms at different scales,which includes the microscopic squirt flow between the microcracks and pores,the mesoscopic wave-induced fluid flow between fractures and background(FB-WIFF),and the macroscopic Biot's global flow and elastic scattering(Es)from the *** tang's modified Biot's theory and the mixed-boundary conditions,we derived the exact frequency-dependent solutions of the scattering problem for a single penny-shaped fracture with oblique incident P-and *** then developed theoretical models for a set of aligned fractures and randomly oriented fractures using the Foldy *** results indicated that microcrack squirt flow considerably influences the dispersion and attenuation of P-and sV-wave *** coupling effects of microcrack squirt flow with the FB-WIFF and Es of fractures cause much higher velocity dispersion and attenuation for P waves than for sV *** oriented fractures substantially reduce the attenuation caused by the FB-WIFF and Es,particularly for the Es attenuation of sV *** a comparison with existing models in the limiting cases and previous experimental measurements,we validated our model.

Legitimation of Business Model Innovation from the Perspective of Evaluator Categorization:A Case study of the Emergence of Online Car-Hailing

Business model innovation faces multiple tests of *** extant research in this area has been conducted from institutional and strategic perspectives while paying insufficient attention to the perspective of *** on the institutionalization of China's online car-hailing industry from 2012 to 2018,this paper analyzes the legitimacy judgment of the stakeholders from the perspective of evaluator categorization and explores the legitimation mechanism of business model *** finds that evaluators judge the legitimacy of business models based on category ***,to achieve the bridging,spillover,and accumulation effects of legitimacy,the legitimation strategy of online car-hailing platforms should dynamically adapt to different evaluators,judgment models,and categorization ***,as quantitative changes lead to qualitative changes,the legitimation of innovative business models is achieved in this *** this process,stakeholders categorize and evaluate online car-hailing based on prototypes and value goals,and establish a two-way interactive mechanism,which is from behavior guided by cognition to cognition given feedback by *** paper combines the legitimacy judgment with category theory to explain how individual cognition drives the emergence of new categories and identifies a series of legitimacy strategies based on categorization,thus providing theoretical support and practical inspiration for exploring the legitimation of business model innovation.

Application of the CatBoost Model for stirred Reactor state Monitoring Based on Vibration signals

stirred reactors are key equipment in production,and unpredictable failures will result in significant economic losses and safety ***,it is necessary to monitor its health *** achieve this goal,in this study,five states of the stirred reactor were firstly preset:normal,shaft bending,blade eccentricity,bearing wear,and bolt *** signals along x,y and z axes were collected and analyzed in both the time domain and frequency ***,93 statistical features were extracted and evaluated by ReliefF,Maximal Information Coefficient(MIC)and *** above evaluation results were then fused by D-s evidence theory to extract the final 16 features that are most relevant to the state of the stirred ***,the CatBoost algorithm was introduced to establish the stirred reactor health monitoring *** validation results showed that the model achieves 100%accuracy in detecting the fault/normal state of the stirred reactor and 98%accuracy in diagnosing the type of fault.

FPGA-based plasma sterilization device for wound-edge recognition

There is a currently a lack of large-area plasma sterilization devices that can intelligently identify the shape of a wound for automatic *** this reason,in this work,a plasma sterilization device with wound-edge recognition was developed using aﬁeld-programmable gate array(FPGA)and a high-performance image-processing platform to realize intelligent and precise sterilization of *** was used to design the mechanical structure of the device,and it was manufactured using 3D *** device used an improvement of the traditional sobel detection algorithm,which extends the detection of edges in only the x and y directions to eight directions(0○,45○,90○,135○,180○,225○,270○,and 315○),completing the wound-edge detection by adaptive *** device can be controlled according to different shapes of sterilization area to adjust the positioning of a single plasma-jet tube in the horizontal plane for two-dimensional move-ment;the distance between the plasma-jet tube and the surface of the object to be sterilized can be also adjusted in the vertical *** this way,motors are used to move the plasma jet and achieve automatic,efﬁcient,and accurate plasma *** was found that a good sterilization effect could be achieved at both the culture-medium level and the biological-tissue *** ideal sterilization parameters at the culture-medium level were a speed of 2 mm/s and aﬂow rate of 0.6 slm,while at the biological-tissue level,these values were 1 mm/s and 0.6 slm,respectively.

Psychological experience of breastfeeding among primiparous women with lactating mastitis:A qualitative research

Ag-doped Ti3C2Tx sensor: A promising candidate for low-concentration H2s gas sensing

Trace hydrogen sulphide (H2s) could reflect the severity of insulation faults in gas-insulated switchgear (GIs), therefore, accurate and fast detection of low-concentration H2s is important for on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis, and state evaluation in GIs. Ag-Ti3C2Tx chemiresistive-type sensors were fabricated via drop-coating with self-reduction synthesised Ag-doped Ti3C2Tx. The as-prepared sensors exhibited an excellent sensitivity and selectivity to H2s with an extremely low detection of limit of 18.57 parts per billion (ppb) at 25 degrees C (room temperature). The response of Ag-Ti3C2Tx sensor to 10 parts per million (ppm) H2s was enhanced similar to 12 times than that of the pristine Ti3C2Tx sensor. The compositing of Ti3C2Tx with Ag nanoparticles (NPs) enabled the fast response/recovery time for H2s detection. Further analysis found that the enhanced H2s sensing performances could be attributed to chemical sensitisation, adsorbed oxygen species regulation and high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area. This study paves the way for Ag-Ti3C2Tx as room-temperature sensing materials to detect low-concentration H2s in GIs.

Highly conductive and tough double-network hydrogels for smart electronics

Development and understanding of highly mechanically robust and electronically conducting hydrogels are extremely important for ever-increasing energy-based *** mixing/blending of conductive additives with hydrophilic polymer network prevents both high mechanical strength and electronic conductivity to be presented in polymer ***,we proposed a double-network(DN)engineering strategy to fabricate PVA/PPy DN hydrogels,consisting of a conductive PPy-PA network via in-situ ultrafast gelation and a tough PVA network via a subsequent freezing/thawing *** resultant PVA/PPy hydrogels exhibited superior mechanical and electrochemical properties,including electrical conductivity of~6.8 s/m,mechanical strength of~0.39 MPa,and elastic moduli of~0.1 *** further transformation of PVA/PPy hydrogels into supercapacitors,they demonstrated a high capacitance of~280.7 F/g and a cycle life of 2000 galvanostatic charge/discharge cycles with over 94.3%capacity retention at the current density of 2 mA/cm2 and even subzero temperatures of−20℃.such enhanced mechanical performance and electronic conductivity of hydrogels are mainly stemmed from a synergistic combination of continuous electrically conductive PPy-PA network and the two interpenetrating DN *** in-situ gelation strategy is applicable to the integration of ionic-/electrical-conductive materials into DN hydrogels for smart-soft electronics,beyond the most commonly used PEDOT:Pss-based hydrogels.
