This paper considers the problem of long-term target tracking in complex scenes when tracking failures are unavoidable due to illumination change,target deformation,scale change,motion blur,and other *** specifically,a target tracking algorithm,called re-detection multi-feature fusion,is proposed based on the fusion of scale-adaptive kernel correlation filtering and *** target tracking algorithm trains three kernel correlation filters based on the histogram of oriented gradients,colour name,and local binary pattern features and then obtains the fusion weight of response graphs corresponding to different features based on average peak correlation energy criterion and uses weighted average to complete the position estimation of the tracked *** order to deal with the problem that the target is occluded and disappears in the tracking process,a random fern classifier is trained to perform re-detection when the target is *** comparing the OTB-50 target tracking dataset,the experimental results show that the proposed tracker can track the target well in the occlusion attribute video sequence in the OTB-100 test dataset and has a certain improvement in tracking accuracy and success rate compared with the traditional correlation filter tracker.

Dwarf mistletoes are parasitic flowering plants that infect conifers, resulting in substantial loss of growth and mortality. Recently, forest managers in Iran are contemplating whether infection of Juniperus polycarpos C. Koch forests by dwarf mistletoe, Arceuthobium oxycedri （DC.） M. Bieb, influences tree vigor and contributes to insuffieient natural regeneration. The present study aimed at assessing the severity of infection and its impact on growth and reproductive output of./., polycar- pos. Infected and uninfected trees （n =20 each） were selected for assess- ment of diameter, height, crown area, and crown volume as well as quantity and quality of cones and seeds. The severity of infection of trees was determined by Hawksworth＇s 6-class dwarf mistletoe rating （DMR） system. The DMR system revealed that 40% of the infected sample trees were lightly infected （DMR =1-2） and 60% were moderately infected （DMR =3--4）. Growth characteristics did not differ significantly （p 〉 0.05） between infected and uninfected trees. However, moderate infec- tion affected the reproductive output of./. polycarpos by significantly （p 〈0.05） reducing the mean number of cones per unit area of the crown, increasing the number of damaged seeds, and reducing seed size and seedgermination capacity. We conclude that reproductive output of J.. poly- carpos is more sensitive than growth characters to moderate infection by juniper dwarf mistletoe, and this might partly account for poor natural regeneration.

Huntington's disease(HD)is caused by a CAG repeat expansion in the huntingtin(HTT)***-in mice carrying a CAG repeat-expanded Htt will develop HD *** studies suggested dysregulated molecular networks in a CAG length genotype-and the age-dependent manner in brain tissues from knock-in mice carrying expanded Htt CAG ***,a large-scale phenome analysis defined a behavioral signature for HD genotype in knock-in mice carrying expanded Htt CAG ***,an integrated analysis correlating phenotype features with genotypes(CAG repeat expansions)was not conducted *** this study,we revealed the landscape of the behavioral features and gene expression correlations based on 445 mRNA samples and 445 microRNA samples,together with behavioral features(396 PhenoCube behaviors and 111 NeuroCube behaviors)in Htt CAG-knock-in *** identified 37 behavioral features that were significantly associated with CAG repeat length including the number of steps and hind limb stand *** behavioral features were associated with several gene coexpression groups involved in neuronal dysfunctions,which were also supported by the single-cell RNA sequencing data in the striatum and the spatial gene expression in the *** also identified 15 chemicals with significant responses for genes with enriched behavioral features,most of them are agonist or antagonist for dopamine receptors and serotonin receptors used for neurology/*** study provides further evidence that abnormal neuronal signal transduction in the striatum plays an important role in causing HD-related phenotypic behaviors and provided rich information for the further pharmacotherapeutic intervention possibility for HD.

The effect of synthesized nanostructures,including graphene oxide,chemically reduced graphene oxide with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),chemically reduced graphene oxide with polyvinylpyrrolidone,and multi-walled carbon nanotubes,on the kinetics of methane hydrate formation was investigated in this *** experiments were carried out at a pressure of 4.5 MPa and a temperature of 0 ℃ in a batch *** adding nanostructures,the induction time decreases,and the shortest induction time appeares at certain concentrations of reduced graphene oxide with SDS and graphene oxide,that is,at a concentration of 360 ppm for reduced graphene oxide with SDS and 180 ppm for graphene oxide,with a 98% decrease in induction time compared to that in pure ***,utilization of carbon nanostructures increases the amount and the rate of methane consumed during the hydrate formation *** of multi-walled carbon nanotubes with a concentration of 90 ppm showes the highest amount of methane *** amount of methane consumption increases by 173% in comparison with that in pure *** addition of carbon nanostructures does not change the storage capacity of methane hydrate in the hydrate formation process,while the percentage of water conversion to hydrate in the presence of carbon nanotubes increases considerably,the greatest value of which occurres at a 90 ppm concentration of carbon nanotubes,that is,a 253% increase in the presence of carbon nanotubes compared to that of pure water.

Inferring gene regulatory networks （GRNs） is a challenging task in Bioinformatics. In this paper, an algorithm, PCHMS, is introduced to infer GRNs. This method applies the path consistency （PC） algorithm based on conditional mutual information test （PCA-CMI）. In the PC-based algorithms the separator set is determined to detect the dependency between variables. The PCHMS algorithm attempts to select the set in the smart way. For this purpose, the edges of resulted skeleton are directed based on PC algorithm direction rule and mutual information test （MIT） score. Then the separator set is selected according to the directed network by considering a suitable sequential order of genes. The effectiveness of this method is benchmarked through several networks from the DREAM challenge and the widely used SOS DNA repair network of Escherichia coll. Results show that applying the PCHMS algorithm improves the precision of learning the structure of the GRNs in comparison with current popular approaches.
