Flood management is a set of activities that have to be carried out in collaboration with multiple *** flood information with early warning generated using remote sensing satellite technologies can help the agencies to effectively manage the situation on *** environmental parameters and forecasts provided by different agencies can be analyzed and compared with historical flood events for generating probable flood event *** information(environmental parameters)provided by the agencies are heterogeneous and noncompliant to standards and distributed in *** of data from distributed resources and automation of data analysis process for flood management is a primary prerequisite for faster and efficient *** 2.0-based web services enable data creation,sharing,communication,and collaboration on *** data sharing on web 2.0 for making quality of service using open-source software for efficient flood management is a *** software architectures proposed for risk and environmental crisis management are too generic in nature and needs lot of modification for flood *** event-driven model coupled with data standardization procedures using service-oriented architecture provides an effective framework for flood *** this paper,a framework capable of collecting heterogeneous distributed flood-related information for analyzing and alerting probable flood events is *** framework has been implemented to generate automatic flood extent maps,by analyzing the distributed satellite data(as service).The automation of flood delineation process reduces the overall flood product generation ***-source web tools have been utilized in development of spatial information system to visualize and analyze the actual situation on ground facilitating overall decision-making process.

The Internet of Everything(IoE)based cloud computing is one of the most prominent areas in the digital big data *** approach allows efficient infrastructure to store and access big real-time data and smart IoE services from the *** IoE-based cloud computing services are located at remote locations without the control of the data *** data owners mostly depend on the untrusted Cloud Service Provider(CSP)and do not know the implemented security *** lack of knowledge about security capabilities and control over data raises several security *** Acid(DNA)computing is a biological concept that can improve the security of IoE big *** IoE big data security scheme consists of the Station-to-Station Key Agreement Protocol(StS KAP)and Feistel cipher *** paper proposed a DNA-based cryptographic scheme and access control model(DNACDS)to solve IoE big data security and access *** experimental results illustrated that DNACDS performs better than other DNA-based security *** theoretical security analysis of the DNACDS shows better resistance capabilities.

BACKGROUND Remarkable progress over the last decade has equipped clinicians with many options in the treatment of inflammatory bowel *** now have the unique opportunity to provide individualized treatment that can achieve and sustain remission in many ***,issues of primary non-response(PNR)and secondary loss of response(SLOR)to non-tumour necrosis factor inhibitor(TNFi)therapies remains a common *** issues include the choice of optimization of therapy,identifying when dose optimization will recapture response,establishing optimal dose for escalation and when to switch *** To explores the issues of PNR and SLOR to non-TNFi *** This review explores the current evidence and literature to elucidate management options in cases of PNR/*** will also explore potential predictors for response following SLOR/PNR to therapies including the role of therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM).RESULTS In the setting of PNR and loss of response to alpha-beta7-integrin inhibitors and interleukin(IL)-12 and IL-23 inhibitors dose optimization is a reasonable option to capture *** Janus kinase inhibitors dose optimization can be utilized to recapture response with loss of *** The role of TDM in the setting of advanced non-TNFi therapies to identify patients who require dose optimization and as a predictor for clinical remission is not yet established and this remains an area that should be addressed in the future.

This editorial builds on the article by Shakhshir et *** conducted an overview of evidence-based dietary interventions in adults with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).In the IBD population,there may be a role for the Mediterranean diet due to its anti-inflammatory effects,long-term sustainability,and role in improving cardiovascular *** active Crohn’s disease,the use of exclusive enteral nutrition,the Crohn’s disease exclusion diet,or the specific carbohydrate diet may be used as a short-term adjunct to medical therapy and may improve mucosal *** low-FODMAP diet can assist in reducing symptoms for patients without evidence of active bowel *** interest in nutritional therapy increases amongst clinicians and patients alike,it is integral that dietary therapies are understood and discussed in routine management of patients with IBD as part of holistic care,ideally through a multidisciplinary setting with involvement of experienced *** serves to improve clinician-patient engagement and reduce complications of IBD including micro and micronutrient deficiencies.

Establishing the relationship between land use land cover,normalized difference vegetation index and land surface temperature:A case of Lower Son River Basin,India

The study explores the intricate interplay between land use land cover(LULC),normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),and land surface temperature(LST)within the Lower Son River Basin in India from 1991 to *** region’s ecological balance has been increasingly strained due to rapid urbanization and changing land use *** a combination of Landsat TM&OLI/TIRS satellite imageries and geospatial analysis techniques,this study unveils the intricate connection between land use and land cover changes,vegetation,and land surface temperature *** study area is classified into three altitudinal zones(Zone Ⅰ:39–300 m,Zone Ⅱ:301–600 m and Zone Ⅲ:601–1,247 m)to examine the changes in *** area has seen significant changes in LULC,vegetation and LST in all the three altitudinal *** findings hold significant implications for sustainable land management and environmental conservation strategies in the Lower Son River *** per the result,103,438 ha of vegetation was converted into agriculture land and 82,572 ha of agricultural land was transformed into settlements from 1991 to *** trend shows human pressure on the land resource in the study *** increase in water body is seen which is attributed to commissioning of Bansagar *** Ⅰ has seen highest settlement growth while Zone Ⅲ experienced severe deforestation of around 15%.Zone Ⅱ and Ⅲ needs attention for holistic *** of LST shows that it has increased by 0.82℃ from 1991 to 2020 which is a red *** study underscores the critical importance of balanced land use practices to preserve ecological integrity and mitigate the adverse effects of urbanization and climate change.

Modeling the impact of migrated population on human-to-human transmission of Ebola virus disease

A nonlinear SEIR mathematical model is developed to investigate the impact of migrated population,infected with Ebola virus,on human-to-human transmission of Ebola Virus Disease(EVD)in a disease-free *** view of the dynamics of Ebola virus disease,here,the infected class is supposed to be divided into subclasses,*** and secondary *** proposed model is analyzed qualitatively using the stability theory of differential equations and quantitatively using numerical *** obtained results,qualitatively and quantitatively,suggest that migration and contact rates play an important role in controlling the spreading of *** values for migration and contact rates are evaluated and it is revealed that if these rates go beyond their critical values,it leads to delay in the stabilization of the *** is also found that primary reproductive number increases with increase in migration *** this,the approximate time required to attain stability of the disease model system is also *** model analysis recommends quarantining the noninfected from the secondary infected in order to control the spreading out of disease.

The present paper demonstrates the applicability of finite element method of weighted residuals to study the effects of precipitation scavenging through raindrops on the steady-state dispersion of air pollutants in the atmosphere under realistic variable wind and diffusivity ***,the washout of pollutants by rain droplets is considered and the whole analysis for the pollutant concentration is carried out in two phases *** phase and droplet *** model solutions are obtained by using local basis and asymmetric quadratic weighting functions which can provide a promising alternative to the standard Galerkin formulation for problems with advective and diffusive *** results of the model reveal that the precipitation scavenging by rain is quite effective in cleaning the polluted *** the need of pollutant concentration in rain drops regarding acid precipitation(or acid rain),the concentration of the absorbed pollutant in the droplet phase are also ***,the present study provides an understanding on the concentration distribution of pollutant in gaseous and droplet phases,under the effects of variable wind and diffusivity profiles.
