Pipemidic acid is one of an efficient quinolone antibacterial *** pipemidic acid“Hpipc”withgallium(Ⅲ),germanium(Ⅳ)and silicon(Ⅳ)afforded three molecular formulas of[Ga(pipc)2(H 2O)(Cl)]·4H 2O,1,[Ge(pipc)2(Cl)2]·4H 2O,2 and[si(pipc)2(Cl)2]·4H 2O,3 *** three new complexes were characterized based on elemental analysis,conductance,FTIR,UV-Vis,^1HNMR and XRD *** pipc chelate exhibits O,O coordinated through the carbonyl(C O)and carboxylato(COO)of both oxygen *** coordinate geometry was proposed regarding complexes of 2 and 3,so the axial position was occupied by two coordinated *** vitro,the antibacterial,antifungal,and anti-cancer assessments concerning the synthesized pipc complexes were *** complexes have an excellent anti-microbial activity.

The main role of this article is to describe dental assistants and the dental department’s role in the dental delivery system for special health care needs (sCHN) by creating a structure to educate the dental assisting profession and project factors that have a significant impact on the dental assistant. The dental assisting management of sCHN patient’s profession including dental Assistance general responsibilities, regulation credentialing, and education. The sCHN patient’s management creates a challenge in all area of the dental department. Handling patient with a sCHN is underexplored throughout the dental staff especially when there is not enough theoretical foundation, education and training to deal with this category of patients. sCHN patients are defined as individuals who have abnormal behavioral impairments, mental conditions or/and chronic disease or abnormal laboratory results. Thus, the aim of this article is to guide all dental assistance staff in the best dental management choice for sCHN patients. all health care teams are part of patient care in most medical settings. A work environment supportive ensures positive outcomes for patient care. This article was considered as those categories of patients required more care and special way to deal with, moreover language, age, gender and education level of the patient are also considered significant parries. Not Many studies were found to support the care of sCHN patients in dentistry department. Taking experience from other area help to design a system to handle the sCHN even if it requires hiring a Dentist who is specialized in that filed.

The polysaccharide chitin is a major scaffolding molecule in the insect *** order to be functional,both chitin amounts and chitin organization have been shown to be important *** great advances in the past decade,the molecular mechanisms of chitin synthesis and organization are not fully ***,we have characterized the function of the Chitinase 6(Cht6)in the formation of the wing,which is a simple flat cuticle organ,in the fruit fly Drosophila *** of Cht6 function by RNA interference during wing development does not affect chitin organization,but entails a thinner cuticle suggesting reduced chitin *** phenotype is opposed to the one reported recently to be caused by reduction of Cht10 *** as a consequence,cuticle permeability to xenobiotics is enhanced in Cht6-less *** also observed massive deformation of these *** addition,the shape of the abdomen is markedly changed upon abdominal suppression of ***,we found that suppression of Cht6 transcript levels influences the expression of genes coding for enzymes of the chitin biosynthesis *** finding indicates that wing epidermal cells respond to activity changes of Cht6 probably trying to adjust chitin ***,in a working model,we propose that Cht6-introduced modifications of chitin are needed for chitin synthesis to proceed *** thickness,according to our hypothesis,is in turn required for correct organ or body part *** molecular mechanisms of this processes s.all be characterized in the future.

Background: Experimental and observational studies have indicated that poor sleep quantity and quality are associated with an increased risk of chronic diseases including insulin resistance. Additionally, sleep disorders have been reported to aggravate diabetes due to decreased glucose metabolism and elevated cortisol levels as well as it can increase the risk for the development of diabetes. Objectives: To assess the sleep quality and its determinants and impact on glycemic control of type II diabetic patients. Methods: A cross sectional study was adopted among a representative sample of patients diagnosed with type II Diabetes seen in Prince Mansour Military Hospital Diabetic Center in Taif throughout the study period (March-July 2021). A self-administered questionnaire was utilized in the present study including 5 main parts: demographic data of the patients, medical and social history, the Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index (PsQI) to assess the subjective sleep quality, weight and height measurements and the most recent glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level. Results: The study included 270 type II diabetic patients out of a targeted 282 with a response rate of 95.7%. Most of them aged either between 51 and 60 years (34.8%) or over 60 years (42%). Females represent 63% of them. Majority of patients (87.8%) had HbA1c ≥ 7%, indicating uncontrolled blood glucose levels. Overall, poor sleep quality, based on PsQI was observed among 41.1% of type II diabetic patients. Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that compared to patients whose income was lower than 5000 sR/month, those with income of 50,001 - 1000 and >15,000 sR/month were at lower significant risk for having poor sleep (Adjusted odds ratio “AOR” = 0.44, 95% confidence interval “CI” = 0.22 - 0.86, p = 0.016 and AOR = 0.21, 95% CI = 0.06 - 0.77, p = 0.019;respectively).
