Due to the rapid growth of telemedicine and healthcare services,color medical image security applications have been expanded *** this paper,an asymmetric PTFrFT(Phase Truncated Fractional Fourier Transform)-based color medical image cryptosystem is *** different phases in the fractional Fourier and output planes are provided as deciphering ***,the ciphering keys will not be employed for the deciphering ***,the introduced PTFrFT algorithm comprises asymmetric ciphering and deciphering processes in contrast to the traditional optical symmetric OSh(Optical Scanning holography)and DRPE(Double Random Phase Encoding)*** of the principal impacts of the introduced asymmetric cryptosystem is that it eliminates the onedimensionality aspects of the related symmetric cryptosystems due to its remarkable feature of phase nonlinear truncation *** comparisons on various colormedical images are examined and analyzed to substantiate the cryptosystem *** achieved experimental outcomes ensure that the introduced cryptosystem is robust and *** has terrific cryptography performance compared to conventional cryptography algorithms,even in the presence of noise and severe channel attacks.

Pipemidic acid is one of an efficient quinolone antibacterial *** pipemidic acid“hpipc”withgallium(Ⅲ),germanium(Ⅳ)and silicon(Ⅳ)afforded three molecular formulas of[Ga(pipc)2(h 2O)(Cl)]·4h 2O,1,[Ge(pipc)2(Cl)2]·4h 2O,2 and[Si(pipc)2(Cl)2]·4h 2O,3 *** three new complexes were characterized based on elemental analysis,conductance,FTIR,UV-Vis,^1hNMR and XRD *** pipc chelate exhibits O,O coordinated through the carbonyl(C O)and carboxylato(COO)of both oxygen *** coordinate geometry was proposed regarding complexes of 2 and 3,so the axial position was occupied by two coordinated *** vitro,the antibacterial,antifungal,and anti-cancer assessments concerning the synthesized pipc complexes were *** complexes have an excellent anti-microbial activity.

Synthesis and Spectroscopic Investigations of Four New Y(Ⅲ), Ge(Ⅳ), W(Ⅵ) and Si(Ⅳ) Penicillin Antibiotic Drug Complexes

A four new penicillinate complexes were prepared through the chemical interactio ns of penicillin potassium salt (Pin) with YCl 3, GeCl 4, WCl 6 and SiCl 4 m etal ions. These metal complexes were characterized using spectroscopic techniqu es (e.g. 1h-NMR, infrared, electronic UV-Vis) as well as elemental, cond uctivity, and magnetic measurements. The molar conductance values were highly, s howing their electrolytic nature. The magnetic and electronic study strongly rec ommends the octahedral geometry of all penicillinate complexes. A monomeric stru ctures of Pin complexes are proposed with octahedral coordinated metals ions. Th e metal ions are coordinated toward Pin as tridentate ligand through the amide a nd β-lactam carbonyls and a carboxylate group from penicillin. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of all the complexes, at concentrations in μg·mL^-1 , was screened against four bacterial pathogens, namely, Bacillus subtilis , Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa , and Staphylococcus aureus , and two kinds of fungi Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans showed better activi ty compared to parent drug and control drug. The anti-cancer inhibition of the tungsten(Ⅵ) complex was assessed against the human hepato cellular carcinoma (h epG-2) tumor cell line with IC50 value is 646 μg·mL^-1 .

Characterization and Catalytic Activity of New Metal-organic Frameworks Resulted from Self-assembly of Ph3SnCI, K[Cu（CN）2] and Nitrogen Donor Ligands

Five new metal-organic frameworks （MOFs） of the general composition [Ph3SnCu（CN）2.L], where L= pyrazine （pyz）（1）, methylpyrazine （mepyz）（2）, 4,4＇-bipyridine （bpy）（3）, trans-l,2-bis（4-pyridyl）ethene （tbpe）（4） or 1,2-bis（4-pyridyl）ethane （bpe）（5）, have been synthesized and characterized to test their potential applications as catalysts. The structures of the MOFs 1--5 mainly consist of Cu（CN）2 building blocks connected by the Ph3Sn cations and the bipodal ligand forming polymeric networks. They exhibit strong fluorescence in the solid state. Also, they are used as heterogeneous catalysts for the degradation of azo-dyes, metanil yellow （MY） by diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The reaction is first order with respect to MY dye, while the factors affecting the rate constant of the degradation reaction are investigated. The activation parameters of the reaction have been estimated and a possible mechanism has been proposed.

Group solution for an unsteady non-Newtonian hiemenz flow with variable fluid properties and suction/injection

The theoretic transformation group approach is applied to address the problem of unsteady boundary layer flow of a non-Newtonian fluid near a stagnation point with variable viscosity and thermal conductivity. The application of a two- parameter group method reduces the number of independent variables by two, and consequently the governing partial differential equations with the boundary conditions transformed into a system of ordinary differential equations with the appropriate corresponding conditions. Two systems of ordinary differential equations have been solved numerically using a fourth-order Runge-Kutta algorithm with a shooting technique. The effects of various parameters governing the problem are investigated.

Production,characterization and biological activities of acidic exopolysaccharide from marine Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 3MS 2017

Objective: To evaluate in-vitro antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antitumor abilities against human breast adenocarcinoma(MCF7) and human prostate cancer(PC3) as well as the suppressor effect of bacterial exopolysaccharide(BAEPS) on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC). Methods: In-vitro antioxidants characters of BAEPS were determined using various methods, while anti-inflammatory activity was estimated against cyclooxygenase(COX-1 and COX-2). In-vitro study, anticancer against MCF7 and PC3 were assessed by the mitochondrial dependent reduction of yellow MTT. In in-vivo study against EAC progression, mice were inoculated with EAC cells and then were orally administered BAEPS at 200 mg/kg after 24 h(equals to 0.10 of determined LD50)/10 d. Results: BAEPS was acidic exopolysaccharide contained uronic acid(12.3%) and sulfate(22.8%) with constitution of glucose, galactose and glucuronic acid in a molar ratio1.6: 1.0: 0.9, respectively, with a molecular mass of 3.76伊104 g/mol. BAEPS appeared potent antioxidant characters as free radical scavenging, oxygen reactive species scavenging and metal chelation, while its reducing power was low. BAEPS showed selective anti-inflammatory activity against COX-2 than COX-1, COX-2 selective. BAEPS exhibited potent and selective effect to breast cell cancer MCF7, the death percentage was 65.20% with IC_(50)=70 μg/m L and IC_(90)=127.40 μg/m L. BAEPS decreased counted viable EAC cells and induced non-viable cells. BAEPS improved all assessed hematological parameters. These improvements were reflected in the increasing median survival time and significant increment(Phas anti-tumor activity with a good margin of safety. The anti-tumor activity of BAEPS may be due to its content from sulfated groups and uronic acids and they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Study Bacteriocin Production and Optimization Using New Isolates of <i>Lactobacillus</i>spp. Isolated from Some Dairy Products under Different Culture Conditions

Lactobacilli belong to the group of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), that have several distinguished abilities such as production of lactic acid, enzymes such as β-Galactosidase and natural antimicrobial substances called bacteriocins. Bacteriocin is a biopreservative agent potential of suppressing growth of some contaminant bacteria in food industry but its commercial availability is limited and costly. The study aimed to select isolates of Lactobacillus spp. potential for producing bacteriocins to suppress the growth of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Bacillus subtilis NCIB3610, and to optimize the process of bacteriocin production. Results obtained in this study showed that L. acidophilus isolate Ch1 was selected as the best candidate for bacteriocin among the four isolates that tested. The largest amounts of the bacteriocins were synthesized only in MRS medium was supplemented with K2hPO4 (1.0%), Tween 80 (1%), Beef extract (1%), glucose, cyctein and peptone extract (1%). The optimization of culture conditions for bacteriocin production areas showed that corn steep liquor medium was the best medium for all isolates against Bacillus subtilis while no effect was observed on Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 except when used MRS medium. The optimum conditions for bacteriocin production were ph 6.0, temperature 34?C with 4% Phenyl acetamide showing the greatest growth inhibition areas.
