Biliary strictures are caused by a heterogeneous group of benign and malignant conditions, each requiring a specific treatment approach. Management of biliary strictures often involves endoscopy either for definite treatment, as a bridge to surgery or for palliative purposes. Endoscopic treatment of various types of biliary strictures is not standardized and there are multiple areas of controversy regarding the best treatment options. These controversies are mainly due to lack of well-designed comparative studies to support a specific therapy. This paper reviews three common areas of controversy in the endoscopic management of biliary strictures. The areas discussed in this editorial include the role of biliary drainage in resectable malignant strictures and whether such drainage should be performed routinely prior to surgery, the best endoscopic palliation for unresectable hilar strictures and whether unilateral or bilateral stenting should be attempted, and the optimal endoscopic management for dominant strictures in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis. The goal of this editorial is twofold. The first is to review the current literature on management of the aforementioned strictures and offer recommendations based on available evidence. The second goal is to highlight the gaps in our knowledge which in turn can encourage future research on these topics.

The outbreak of COVID-19 affected global nations and is posing serious challenges to healthcare systems across the *** use X-Rays or Computed Tomography(CT)images to confirm the presence of ***,image processing techniques play an important role in diagnostic procedures and it helps the healthcare professionals during critical *** current research work introduces Multi-objective Black Widow Optimization(MBWO)-based Convolutional Neural Network i.e.,MBWOCNN technique for diagnosis and classification of *** model involves four steps such as preprocessing,feature extraction,parameter tuning,and *** the beginning,the input images undergo preprocessing followed by CNN-based feature ***,Multi-objective Black Widow Optimization(MBWO)technique is applied to fine tune the hyperparameters of ***,Extreme Learning Machine with autoencoder(ELM-AE)is applied as a classifier to confirm the presence of COVID-19 and classify the disease under different class *** proposed MBWO-CNN model was validated experimentally and the results obtained were compared with the results achieved by existing *** experimental results ensured the superior results of the ELM-AE model by attaining maximum classification performance with the accuracy of 96.43%.The effectiveness of the technique is proved through promising results and the model can be applied in diagnosis and classification of COVID-19.

To investigate inclusion formation in each step during steel making process, several samples were taken in different steps of the production of steel at Mobarakeh Steel Co of Esfahan to measure the oxygen chemical potential of the molten steel in each stage. The chemical compositions of the inclusions in samples were investigated by scanning electron microscope. The chemical composition of the slag was analyzed. With the use of thermodnamic calculations and chemical analysis of the melt, at the working temperature, the relationship between dissolved oxygen and other elements were determined. Finally, it was found that there is a close relationship between inclusions formed in each step with the oxygen partial pressure.

The formation of oxide inclusions in one of the carbon steel productions of Mobarakeh Steel Complex of Isfahan has been evaluated. Several samples from different steps of steel production were taken, from arc furnace, ladle furnace, tundish, and continuous casting mold. Moreover, samples of slab and hot rolling products were prepared. The samples were investigated by optical and scanning electron microscopes equipped with the EDS system. According to the results, the number, composition, and kind of inclusions were directly influenced by the production variables. It was found that when the amount of dissolved oxygen was high （say more than 0. 002 5%）, the dissolved aluminum was able to reduce silicon oxide and react with the dissolved oxygen simultaneously, whilst, the dissolved aluminum could reduce the magnesium oxide only when the oxygen content was below 0. 000 5%. Based on this research, a mechanism for forming the complex inclusions was suggested. It was also found that if the aluminum is added to the melt as late as possible, a cleaner melt with fewer inclusions is prepared; this method will be more effective, especially in the case of complex inclusions.

Biomedical image processing is a hot research topic which helps to majorly assist the disease diagnostic *** the same time,breast cancer becomes the deadliest disease among women and can be detected by the use of different imaging *** mammograms can be used for the earlier identification and diagnostic of breast cancer to minimize the death *** the proper identification of breast cancer has mainly relied on the mammography findings and results to increased false *** resolving the issues of false positives of breast cancer diagnosis,this paper presents an automated deep learning based breast cancer diagnosis(ADL-BCD)model using digital *** goal of the ADL-BCD technique is to properly detect the existence of breast lesions using digital *** proposed model involves Gaussian filter based pre-processing and Tsallis entropy based image *** addition,Deep Convolutional Neural Network based Residual Network(ResNet 34)is applied for feature extraction ***,a hyper parameter tuning process using chimp optimization algorithm(COA)is applied to tune the parameters involved in ResNet 34 *** wavelet neural network(WNN)is used for the classification of digital mammograms for the detection of breast *** ADL-BCD method is evaluated using a benchmark dataset and the results are analyzed under several performance *** simulation outcome indicated that the ADL-BCD model outperforms the state of art methods in terms of different measures.

In this paper, we consider a dissipative-dispersive nonlinear equation appliable to many physical phenomena. Using the geometric singular perturbation method based on the theory of dynamical systems, we investigate the existence of its traveling wave solutions with the dissipative terms having sufficiently small coefficients. The results show that the traveling waves exist on a two-dimensional slow manifold in a three-dimensional system of ordinary differential equations （ODEs）. Then, we use the Melnikov method to establish the existence of a homoclinic orbit in this manifold corresponding to a solitary wave solution of the equation. Furthermore, we present some numerical computations to show the approximations of such wave orbits.
