This paper deals with an analytical method to effectively calculate the inductance of an exterior-rotor switched reluctance motor(SRM),which evaluates the winding inductance of both the active section and the end section,accounting for the influence of core *** to the inductance calculated by the analytical model,the flux linkage table and torque table can be established,and the steady state performance such as phase current,flux linkage,copper loss and core loss can be *** of this method is verified by the finite element method as well as by experimental results of a 12/8 SRM prototype.

Switched reluctance motors（SRMs）have been recognized for their robust configuration and fault tolerant *** addition,SRMs are fabricated from rare-earth-free *** peculiar characteristics make SRM a competitive candidate for many critical applications such as EV/HEV and more electric aircraft ***,due to harsh operational environment and repetitive duty cycles,power switching devices in traction drives are susceptible to failure particularly in transient of speed up and *** such applications,high system reliability and fault tolerance is of paramount *** addition,one major drawback of SRM drive is relatively high-torque ripple compared to the conventional AC *** ripple in an SRM drive results from highly saturated magnetic circuit and discrete excitation of phase winding for torque production,and its fluctuation is severe during commutation between two adjacent ***,in this thesis,torque ripple is minimized using two strategies namely torque sharing function（TSF）and direct instantaneous torque control（DITC）.Moreover,novel strategies for fault diagnosis and tolerant control in SRM drives are *** real time fault diagnosis methods for power converter are proposed based on high-frequency（HF）signal *** addition,two fault tolerant topologies are also developed to sustain the driving operation after occurrence of *** first diagnostic strategy is based on high-frequency（HF）voltage injection,in which the fault signatures are extracted from the fundamental current by injecting a high-frequency（HF）voltage signal into the upper switches of the asymmetric *** injected HF voltage introduces HF currents to the phase current which is then filtered using band-pass ***-circuit and short-circuit of the power switches are analysed by monitoring the frequency and amplitude of the filtered HF current along with the variation in fundamental current with the occurrence

When considering the mechanism of the batteries,the capacity reduction at storage(when not in use)and cycling(during use)and increase of internal resistance is because of degradation in the chemical composition inside the *** optimize battery usage,a battery management system(BMS)is used to estimate possible aging effects while different load profiles are requested from the *** is specifically seen in a case when the vehicle is connected to the net(online through BMS).During this process,the BMS chooses the optimized load profiles based on the least aging effects on the battery *** major focus of this paper is to design an algorithm/model for lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)*** model of the batteries is based on the accelerated aging test data(data from the beginning of life till the end of life).The objective is to develop an algorithm based on the actual battery trend during the whole life of the *** the analysis of the test data,the complete trend of the battery aging and the factors on which the aging is depending on is identified,the aging model can then be recalibrated to avoid any differences in the production process during cell *** validation of the model was carried out at the end by utilizing different driving profiles at different C-rates and different ambient temperatures.A Linear and non-linear model-based approach is used based on statistical *** parameterization was carried out by dividing the data into small chunks and estimating the parameters for the individual ***-adaptive characteristic map using a lookup table was also *** nonlinear model was chosen as the best candidate among all other approaches for longer validation of 8-month data with real driving data set.

Recently,metal-organic framework (MOF)@enzyme composites have attracted increasing research ***,the fabrication of polymers-modified MOF@enzyme composites with high bio-catalytic performance remains ***,a stimulus-responsive polymer,poly(acrylate-3',3'-dimethyl-6-nitro-spiro-2H-1-benzopyran-2,2' indoline-1'-ester-co-N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PSPN);was in-situ polymerized in UiO-66-NH2 (UN).The dual-responsive PSPN-UN@L-ASNase composites were constructed following L-asparaginase (L-ASNase) covalently attached to the UN ***,under 365 nm UV irradiation at 45 ℃,the PSP moiety in PSPN underwent a trans-to-cis conformational change and the PN moiety in PSPN transferred from a stretched- to a coiled-state,generating a confinement effect that significantly enhanced the bio-catalytic performance of the *** with free L-ASNase,the composites showed a 42.0-folds increase in maximum catalytic reaction ***,the PSPN-UN@L-ASNase composites demonstrated high toxicity for Jurkat leukaemia *** stimulus-responsive polymer-MOF@enzyme composites provide a novel avenue for controlled bio-catalysis with great potential for targeted leukaemia therapy.

A systemic strategy was proposed to improve aerobic granular sludge(AGS)stability and nitrogen(N)removal efficiency by optimizing feeding mode and substrate aiming at complicated wastewater *** functional groups at the genus level identified by high-throughput sequencing were evaluated as *** results showed that anaerobic feeding mode and acetate promoted the compact AGS formation with excellent total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiency(averaging 91.7%±4.1%)at various dissolved oxygen *** the aerobic feeding mode led to a loose AGS structure with a vulnerable anaerobic core and poor TN removal efficiency(averaging58.8%±7.4%).Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process played the dominant role in N removal in compact AGS over the alternating nitrification and denitrification ***-concentration glucose undermined feast-famine condition with filamentous bacteria growth out of granule and decreased TN removal efficiency to 67.3%±15.2%.Lower food to microorganism ratio may result in a lower N removal rate attributed to the sharply increased biomass concentration fed by ***-oxidizing bacteria,nitrite-oxidizing bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,and denitrifying phosphorus accumulation organisms enriched during AGS granulation also contributed to the efficient N *** proposed strategy provided insights into the relationship between various factors and stable AGS formation,and systemic operation methods for various complicated wastewater treatment.

The construction of enzyme reactors based on metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)as the immobilized matrix is a proven strategy that has achieved the widespread application of enzymes across *** many MOFs and a variety of strategies have been developed,a formidable challenge remains in maintaining the high enzyme activity with excellent recyclability and tolerance for harsh ***,using degradable redox stimuli-responsive liposomes as the templates with microporous MOFs(M-MOFs)as the hosts for enzyme encapsulation,a series of enzyme reactors(enzyme@M-MOFs)was designed and *** on the premise of enhancing enzyme protection in the harsh environment,this strategy provided a high degree-of-freedom space via removal of liposomes that improved the conformational freedom of the enzymes,promoted the mass transfer of substrates and products,and greatly boosted the catalytic ***,the strategy had good universality and was applied to various liposomes,M-MOFs and ***,the co-encapsulation of different enzymes with synergistic functions was performed using the M-MOFs *** study solved the problems of the conformation limitation of enzymes and mass transfer resistance of substrates and products using the proposed enzyme@M-MOFs,providing a new approach for the construction of biological cascade reaction devices based on MOFs materials.

This research investigates the comparative efficacy of generating zero divisor graphs (ZDGs) of the ring of integers ℤn modulo n using MAPLE algorithm. Zero divisor graphs, pivotal in the study of ring theory, depict relationships between elements of a ring that multiply to zero. The paper explores the development and implementation of algorithms in MAPLE for constructing these ZDGs. The comparative study aims to discern the strengths, limitations, and computational efficiency of different MAPLE algorithms for creating zero divisor graphs offering insights for mathematicians, researchers, and computational enthusiasts involved in ring theory and mathematical computations.

AIM： To investigate factors associated with responses to intravitreal bevacizumab （IVB） in naive idiopathic choroidal neovascularization （iCNV） by high domain optical coherence tomography （OCT）. METHODS： We retrospectively reviewed clinical data of 40 eyes of iCNV patients who received a single or multiple IVB on an as-needed basis （1.25 mg/0.05 mL）. One month after the first injection, subretinal fluid （SRF） volume was evaluated and the eyes were divided into 3 groups based on responses to IVB. Good, moderate, and poor responses were defined as 61%-99%, 30%-60%, and 〈30% resolution of SRF on OCT after IVB in iCNV, respectively. OCT findings were analyzed to find factors associated with difference in response levels. Comparisons were made using Wilcoxon＇s matched- pairs signed-rank test, the Mann-Whitney U test for means with continuous data and Fisher＇s exact test for categorical data. RESULTS： The mean number of IVB was 1.28±1.50 and mean follow up time was 3.60±1.20mo. At postoperative 1too, there were 8 （20%） eyes in good response, 20 （50%） in moderate response and 12 （30%） eyes in poor response group and at last visit there were 28 good responders （70%）, 8 （20%） moderate responders and 4 （10%） poor responders. Statistically significant difference was detected between good responders and non good responders in choroidal neovessels thickness （P=0.029）, SRF height （P=0.049） and SRF volume （P=0.031） at post treatment 1 mo. CONCLUSION： OCT is a valuable diagnostic tool. Decrease in choroidal neovessels thickness, SRF height and volume predicts favorable response of iCNV to IVB therapy.

In the context of the debate on the role of cryptocurrencies in the economy as well as their dynamics and forecasting,this brief study analyzes the predictability of Bitcoin volume and returns using Google search *** employed a rich set of established empirical approaches,including a VAR framework,a copulas approach,and non-parametric drawings,to capture a dependence *** a weekly dataset from 2013 to 2017,our key results suggest that the frequency of Google searches leads to positive returns and a surge in Bitcoin trading *** to search values have a positive effect,which persisted for at least a *** findings contribute to the debate on cryptocurrencies/Bitcoins and have profound implications in terms of understanding their dynamics,which are of special interest to investors and economic policymakers.
