背景:皮肤由表皮、真皮、皮下组织及其附属器组成。表皮中存在黑素细胞,其负责皮肤颜色并在外观中起主要作用。它在很大程度上决定了我们的外貌,并在我们的社交中产生巨大影响。皮肤问题占家庭诊疗总次数的15-20%,这不仅会导致身体不适,也会给个人和社会带来不便,最终对心理健康产生重大影响。据报道,身体暴露部位(如面部)的器质或感知缺陷会导致痛苦。白癜风是一种影响患者身体和社会心理功能的皮肤疾病。白癜风是一种慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,可导致表皮黑素细胞丢失,导致皮肤色素脱失和白斑的发生。白斑大小从几毫米到厘米不等。节段型和非节段型白癜风是白癜风的两种主要亚型。全球成人和年轻人白癜风的患病率估计为0.1-2%。节段型白癜风占全部白癜风病例的5-16%。中国白癜风患病率为0.54%,男性患病率(0.71%)高于女性(0.41%)。根据白癜风的特征性临床表现可直接诊断。除了皮肤特征外,心理社会特征,包括抑郁、广泛性焦虑障碍、睡眠问题、情绪和行为障碍以及社交恐惧症等,也是白癜风的重要问题。白癜风的重要诱发因素包括晒伤、压力、频繁的身体创伤、接触细胞毒性化合物和妊娠。皮肤在受到如划伤、摩擦等创伤后,可能会产生新的色素脱失性病变,这种现象称为Koebner现象。炎性白癜风、三色白癜风和碎纸屑样色素脱失是其特殊表现。白斑通常发生在面部、手足和前臂,还包括眼周和口周区域。目前认为白癜风是遗传和/或环境因素共同作用的结果,其发病部位的黑素细胞进行性减少。人们提出了几种理论来解释这种现象,包括自身免疫、神经激素失衡、遗传易感性、氧化应激、黑素细胞周围微环境的异常和内在异常,从而启动先天和适应性免疫的激活,进而导致黑素细胞破坏。近年来,白癜风被认为是一种自身免疫性疾病,可能与其他自身免疫性疾病(如1型糖尿病、自身免疫性甲状腺疾病、系统性红斑狼疮等)相关,其中自身免疫性甲状腺疾病最常见。然而,白癜风的确切病因仍不清楚。自身免疫和细胞毒性假说提出,白癜风黑素细胞破坏的主要原因可能是免疫系统监视的中断。研究表明,白癜风患者血液中存在针对黑素细胞抗原的循环反应性抗体。细胞免疫也被认为参与其中;皮损周围可见活化的CD8+T细胞和记忆性T细胞,导致黑素细胞破坏。干扰素γ对CD8+T细胞募集到病变部位起重要作用。因此,自身免疫紊乱成为白癜风最广泛接受的病因解释。白癜风治疗的主要目的是阻止疾病的进展和帮助复色。目前用于白癜风的主要治疗方法包括手术、Janus激酶抑制剂、光疗、外用皮质类固醇和外用钙调磷酸酶抑制剂等。手术通常只用于稳定期白癜风患者。已有研究调查白癜风对患者整体生活质量的影响。白癜风对中国患者生活质量影响的证据不足,尚无定论。本研究旨在调查中国白癜风患者的生活质量、对治疗的认知度和对治疗选择的满意度。此外,我们还通过评估白癜风治疗意愿(WTP)来确定疾病负担。方法:研究设计和参与者研究设计:本研究为非干预性横断面研究。研究对象为2021年3月至2022年8月在中南大学湘雅三医院(中国长沙)门诊就诊的白癜风患者。排除标准:(1)未确诊为白癜风的白癜风患者;(2)文盲或智力障碍;(3)因其他严重心理或躯体障碍无法填写问卷的白癜风患者;(4)不愿意接受调查评价。问卷由年龄大于18岁的患者填写,年龄小于18岁的患者由家属填写。我们对数据进行了识别和分类,以防止对参与者产生任何风险。我们向每位研究者提供了符合伦理的知情同意文件,以确保每位应答者均提供了知情同意书。本研究为横断面调查研究,经中南大学湘雅三医院伦理委员会批准。问卷:问卷包括4个部分的29个问题和其他信息:ⅰ.(Q1-Q11)白癜风患者的疾病信息和生活质量评估:(Q1)您第一次发现该病的年龄?(Q2)您的患病时间有多久?(Q3)您的白斑处在什么部位?(Q4)您近半年来的白斑情况变化是?(Q5)您的白斑分布情况?(Q6)您的白斑面积?(Q7)您在哪个季节第一次发现的白斑?(Q8)您是否合并有其他疾病?(Q9)您患有以下哪些疾病?(Q10)家族中其他直系亲属是否患有白癜风?(Q11)皮肤病学生活质量指数(DLQI/CDLQI)评分表ⅱ.(Q12-Q16)白癜风患者治疗现状及满意度评价:(Q12)您是否接受过治疗?(Q13)您接受了哪些治疗?(Q14)您接受治疗的时间有多长?(Q15)您的治疗效果如何?(Q16)您对当前治疗的满意度如何?ⅲ.(Q17-Q22)了解白癜风患者的疾病相关认知:(Q17,q1-q10)白癜风认知程度测试题:(q1)您认为白癜风是否具有传染性?(q2)您认为白癜风是遗传的吗?(q3)您认为白癜风是一种自身免疫性疾病吗?(q4)您认为您身上的白斑一定是白癜风吗?(q5)您认为白癜风患者是否应该多晒太阳?(q6)您认为白癜风患者不应食用维生素C吗?(q7)您认为白癜风可以完全治愈吗?(q8)您认

The aim of this work is to investigate anisotropic compact objects within the framework of f(G)modified theory of *** our present work,we utilize Krori-Barua metrics,i.e.,λ(r)=Xr^(2)+Y andβ(r)=Zr^(2).We use some matching conditions of spherically symmetric spacetime with Bardeen's model as an exterior ***,we establish some expressions of energy density and pressure components to analyze the stellar configuration of Bardeen compact stars by assuming viable f(G)*** examine the energy conditions for different stellar structures to verify the viability of our considered ***,we also investigate some other physical features,such as equilibrium condition,equation of state parameters,adiabatic index,stability analysis,mass function,surface redshift,and compactness factor,*** is worthwhile to mention here for the current study that our stellar structure in the background of Bardeen's model is more viable and stable.

A VAE-Bayesian deep learning scheme for solar power generation forecasting based on dimensionality reduction

The advancements in distributed generation(DG)technologies such as solar panels have led to a widespread integration of renewable power generation in modern power ***,the intermittent nature of renewable energy poses new challenges to the network operational planning with underlying *** paper proposes a novel probabilistic scheme for renewable solar power generation forecasting by addressing data and model parameter uncertainties using Bayesian bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)neural networks,while handling the high dimensionality in weight parameters using variational auto-encoders(VAE).The forecasting performance of the proposed method is evaluated using various deterministic and probabilistic evaluation metrics such as root-mean square error(RMSE),Pinball loss,***,reconstruction error and computational time are also monitored to evaluate the dimensionality reduction using the VAE *** compared with benchmark methods,the proposed method leads to significant improvements in weight reduction,i.e.,from 76,4224 to 2,022 number of weight parameters,quantifying to 97.35%improvement in weight parameters reduction and 37.93%improvement in computational time for 6 months of solar power generation data.

FedDiSC:A computation-efficient federated learning framework for power systems disturbance and cyber attack discrimination

With the growing concern about the security and privacy of smart grid systems,cyberattacks on critical power grid components,such as state estimation,have proven to be one of the top-priority cyber-related issues and have received significant attention in recent ***,cyberattack detection in smart grids now faces new challenges,including privacy preservation and decentralized power zones with strategic data *** address these technical bottlenecks,this paper proposes a novel Federated Learning-based privacy-preserving and communication-efficient attack detection framework,known as FedDiSC,that enables Discrimination between power System disturbances and ***,we first propose a Federated Learning approach to enable Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition subsystems of decentralized power grid zones to collaboratively train an attack detection model without sharing sensitive power related ***,we put forward a representation learning-based Deep Auto-Encoder network to accurately detect power system and cybersecurity ***,to adapt our proposed framework to the timeliness of real-world cyberattack detection in SGs,we leverage the use of a gradient privacy-preserving quantization scheme known as DP-SIGNSGD to improve its communication *** simulations of the proposed framework on publicly available Industrial Control Systems datasets demonstrate that the proposed framework can achieve superior detection accuracy while preserving the privacy of sensitive power grid related ***,we find that the gradient quantization scheme utilized improves communication efficiency by 40%when compared to a traditional federated learning approach without gradient quantization which suggests suitability in a real-world scenario.
