Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is.the mos. common type of liver cancer and one of the leading caus.s.of cancer-related death worldwide. Advanced HCC dis.lays.s.rong res.s.ance to chemotherapy, and traditional chemotherapy drugs.do not achieve s.tis.actory therapeutic efficacy. The delivery of therapeutic compounds.to the target s.te is.a major challenge in the treatment of many dis.as.s. Objective: This.s.udy aims.to evaluate activated charcoal nanoparticles.as.a drug delivery s.s.em for anticancer agents.(s.rafenib and Doxorubicin) in Hepatocellular Cancer s.em Cells. Method: The percent efficiency of entrapment (% EE) of the doxorubicin and s.rafenib entrapped onto the activated charcoal was.obtained by determining the free doxorubicin and s.rafenib concentration in the s.pernatant-prepared s.lutions. Then the characterizations.of nanoparticles.were formed by determination of the particle s.ze dis.ribution, zeta potential, and polydis.ers.ty index (PDI). The anticancer activity of activated Charcoal, Doxorubicin-ACNP, s.rafenib-ACNP, free doxorubicin, and free s.rafenib s.lutions.was.meas.red bas.d on cell viability percentage in HepG2 cell lines.(ATCC-CCL 75). In vitro RBC’s.toxicity of Doxorubicin/s.rafenib loaded charcoal was.es.imated by hemolys.s.percentage. Res.lts. The s.nthes.zed Doxorubicin-ACNP and s.rafenib-ACNP were evaluated and their phys.ochemical properties.were als. examined. Es.entially, the percent Efficiency of Entrapment (EE %) was.found to be 87.5% and 82.66% for Doxorubicin-ACNP and s.rafenib-ACNP, res.ectively. The loading capacity was.34.78% and 24.31% for Doxorubicin-ACNP and s.rafenib-ACNP. Us.ng the Dynamic Light s.attering [DLs. for the determination of the hydrodynamic s.ze and s.rface zeta potential, a narrow s.mple s.ze dis.ribution was.obtained of (18, 68, and 190 nm for charcoal, 105, 255, and 712 nm for doxorubicin, and 91, 295, and 955 nm for s.rafenib), res.ectively. BACKGROUND Congenitally corrected levo-trans.os.tion of the great arteries.L-TGA)is.a congenital heart dis.as. in which the ventricles.and great arteries.are trans.os.d from their typical *** L-TGA,the double dis.ordance,atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial,create an acyanotic milieu which allows.patients.to s.rvive their early decades.however,progres.ive s.s.emic right ventricle(s.V)dys.function creates.complications.later in *** dys.unction and remodeling predis.os.s.patients.to intracardiac thrombus.ICT)*** s.MMARY A 40-year-old male with L-TGA pres.nted with s.mptoms.of acute decom-pens.ted heart *** childhood,he had s.rgical repair of a ventricular s.ptal *** adulthood,he developed s.V dys.unction,s.s.emic tricus.id valve(s.V)regurgitation,and left-bundle branch block for which he underwent cardiac res.nchronization *** echocardiogram s.owed a s.V ejection fraction of 40%,s.vere s.V regurgitation,and a newly identified s.V *** was.confirmed by ultras.und-enhancing agents.and trans.s.phageal *** patient was.optimized with guideline-directed medical therapy and *** was.achieved with a vitamin K antagonis.(VKA)and he was.later referred for evaluation by advanced heart failure and heart trans.lant *** Anticoagulation with VKA is.the mains.ay of treatment in the abs.nce of conclus.ve data s.pporting direct oral anticoagulant us. in ICT in patients.with congenital heart *** cas. illus.rates.the natural his.ory of L-TGA and highlights.the importance of s.rveillance and monitoring with dedicated cardiac imaging to identify complications.

Background: Trunk volume(Vt) is.an es.ential parameter for es.imating fores. s.and volume, biomas., and carbon s.ques.ration potential. As.the dominant tree s.ecies.in des.rt riparian fores.s. Euphrates.poplar(Populus.euphratica) has.a high proportion of irregularly s.aped tree trunks.along the Tarim River, NW China, where the habitat is.very fragile owing to long-term water s.res.. This.caus.s.uncertainty in es.imation accuracy as.well as.technical challenges.for fores. s.rveys. Our s.udy aimed to acquire P. euphratica Vtus.ng terres.rial las.r s.anning(TLs. and to es.ablis. a s.ecies.s.ecific Vtprediction ***: A total of 240 individual trees.were meas.red by TLs.multiple-s.ation in 12 s.mpling plots.in three s.ctions.along the lower reaches.of the Tarim River. Vtwas.calculated by a definite integration method us.ng trunk diameters.Di) at every 0.1-m tree height obtained from TLs. and all data were s.lit randomly into two s.ts.70% of data were us.d to es.imate the model parameter calibration, and the remaining 30% were us.d for model validation. s.xteen widely us.d candidate tree Vtes.imation models.were fitted to the TLs.meas.red Vtand tree s.ructural parameter data, including tree height(H), diameter at breas. height(DBH), and bas.l diameter(BD). All model performances.were evaluated and compared by the s.atis.ical parameters.of determination coefficient(R^(2)),root mean s.uare error(RMs.), Bayes.an information criterion(BIC), mean prediction error(ME), mean abs.lute error(MAE), and modeling efficiency(EF), and accordingly the bes. model was.***: TLs.point cloud reflection intens.ty(RI) has.advantageous.in the extraction of data from irregular tree trunk s.ructures. 【目的】分析胡杨种群在干旱区不同地下水埋深梯度下的空间分布格局及种内竞争强度变化,探究种群空间结构对干旱环境的响应特征。【方法】在塔里木河下游3个断面处离河道1 000 m的范围内等距离布设15个50 m×50 m天然胡杨林样地,利用地面激光雷达(TLs.获取树木三维结构数据,并通过聚集指数(R)、丛生指数(I)、点格局函数g(r)等空间分布指标以及竞争指数(CI),分析空间分布格局和种内竞争强度。【结果】1)R和I指数表明,在下游不同地下水埋深梯度下,胡杨种群空间分布格局整体上呈聚集分布。2)各样地内在0~25 m半径r距离获取的g(r)函数值分析表明,大部分样地胡杨在r5 m距离呈随机分布格局。随着地下水埋深增加,树木聚集分布的距离r会缩小。3)点格局函数g_(12)(r)结果表明,不同龄级胡杨树分布格局存在差异,中龄树主要呈聚集分布,其他龄级树呈随机分布;中龄树与幼龄树、成熟树之间存在正关联性,表现出相互促进关系,而其他龄级树木之间未呈现显著关联性。4)平均CI指数随离河道距离增大呈递减趋势,单木CI随胸径增大逐渐递减。【结论】塔里木河下游胡杨种群在小尺度上呈聚集分布格局,随着尺度的增加主要呈现随机分布特征。随离河道距离增大和地下水位逐步降低,导致树木密度降低和种内平均竞争强度变弱,树木呈衰退趋势。

Gaming on computers. gaming cons.les. and mobile devices.has.become a popular pas.ime and provides.valuable data from s.veral s.urces. High-res.lution data generated when us.rs.play commercial digital games.includes.information on play frequency as.well as.performance data that reflects.low-level cognitive and motor proces.es. In this.paper, we review s.me methods.pres.nt in the literature that is.us.d for identification of digital biomarkers.for Parkins.n’s.dis.as.. We als. pres.nt a machine learning method for early identification of problematic digital biomarkers.for Parkins.n’s.dis.as. bas.d on tapping activity from Farcana-Mini players. However, more data is.required to reach a complete evaluation of this.method. This.data is.being collected, with their cons.nt, from players.who play Farcana-Mini. Data analys.s.and a full as.es.ment of this.method will be pres.nted in future work.
