Prediction of power output plays a.v.tal role in the installation and operation of photovoltaic *** this paper,two photovoltaic module technologies,amorphous silicon and copper indium gallium selenide installed outdoors on the rooftop of the University of Dodoma,located at 6.5738°S and 36.2631°E in Tanzania,were used to record the power output during the winter *** average data of ambient temperature,module temperature,solar irradiance,relative humidity,and wind speed recorded is used to predict the power output using a non-linear autoregressive artificial neural *** consider the Levenberg-Marquardt optimization,Bayesian regularization,resilient propagation,and scaled conjugate gradient algorithms to understand their abilities in training,testing and validating the data.A comparison with reference to the performance indices:coefficient of determination,root mean square error,mean absolute percentage error,and mean absolute bias error is drawn for both *** to the findings of our investigation,the predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental *** the algorithms performed better,and the predicted power out of both modules using the Bayesian regularization algorithm is observed to exhibit good processing capabilities compared to the other three algorithms that are evident from the measured performance indices.

With key exchange protocols, a secure session key is generated between two remote users, andservers and exchanged between them. It is generally used to prevent unauthorised users fromgaining access to sensitive data. This article presents an enhanced three-party authenticated keyexchange protocols (ETP-AKE) protocol that does not depend on symmetric key encryption andinstead uses asymmetric key encryption. A key component of the proposed ETP-AKE protocol isusing elliptic curve encryption in conjunction with a one-way hash function. Its integrity certificationwas confirmed via the usage of the AvISPA tool package. Our proposed protocol is intendedto protect against various security threats, including the man-in-the-middle assault, the parallelattack, and the key-compromise attack, among others.

本试验旨在研究唾液乳杆菌代谢物丁二酸对蛋鸡产蛋性能与蛋品质的影响,并分析其机制。选择450日龄海兰褐蛋鸡108羽,随机分为4组:空白对照组,丁二酸低剂量组(25 mM)、中剂量组(50 mM)和高剂量组(100 mM)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,丁二酸低、中、高剂量组在基础日粮上分别添加25 mM、50 mM、100 mM丁二酸,试验期14 d,测定各组的产蛋性能、蛋品质;试验结束后,选取产蛋性能最优组、对照组的十二指肠进行HE染色,测量肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度。结果:(1)试验期内,低、中、高剂量组日产蛋率高于对照组的天数分别为10 d、8 d、7 d,平均日产蛋率分别较对照组提高5.03%、1.06%、1.85%;(2)25 mM组和50 mM组的蛋白高度分别比对照组提高33.51%和38.92%,差异极显著(P0.05);试验各组的蛋壳强度与蛋壳厚度较对照组高4.12%~10.26%(P>0.05);(3)与对照组相比,25 mM组的肠绒毛高度提高22.19%,差异显著(Pv/C比值)提高37.04%,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,产蛋鸡后期饲喂丁二酸可提升产蛋性能和蛋品质,生产实践中以添加25 mM效果最好。

为在降低vO_(2)(M)相变温度的同时提升其稳定性,以五氧化二钒(v_(2)O_(5))为钒源,水合肼(N_(2)H_(4)·H_(2)O)为还原剂,优化了vO_(2)(M)的水热合成工艺。通过W^(6+)掺杂和表面沉积SiO_(2),在保证相变性能的同时提升稳定性。结果表明:水热过程中存在vO_(2)(A)-vO_(2)(M)相互转变的过程,调整水热反应条件可得到结晶度良好,相变温度为66.3℃、热滞回宽为9.2℃的vO_(2)(M)。随着W掺杂量(原子分数表示)的增大,W-vO_(2)(M)@SiO_(2)的Tc降低,在W掺杂量为1.0%(原子分数)时ΔT=7.2℃;加速试验后W-vO_(2)@SiO_(2)复合材料的vO_(2)仍以v 4+存在,具有良好的热稳定性。

The design of a three-input logic circuit using carbon nanotube field effect transistors(CNTFETs)is *** logic must be an exact replacement for dual logic since it performs straightforwardly in digital devices,which is why this design is so popular,and it also reduces chip area,both of which are examples of circuit *** proposed module we have investigated is a triple-logic-based one,based on a.v.nced technology CNTFETs and an emphasis on minimizing delay times at various values,as well as comparisons of the design working with various load *** the proposed design with the existing design,the delay times was reduced from 66.32 to 16.41 ps,i.e.,a 75.26%***,the power dissipation was not optimized,and increased by 1.44%compared to the existing *** number of transistors was also reduced,and the product of power and delay(P∗D)achieved a.v.lue of 0.0498053 *** improvement at 1 v was also achieved.A load capacitance(fF)was measured at different values,and the average delay measured for different values of capacitance had a maximum of 83.60 ps and a minimum of 22.54 ps,with a range of 61.06 *** power dissipations ranged from a minimum of 3.38μW to a maximum of 6.49μ*** on these results,the use of this CNTFET half-adder design in multiple Boolean circuits will be a useful addition to circuit design.

Evapotranspiration is an essential component of the hydrological cycle that is of particular interest for water resource *** quantification is helpful in irrigation scheduling,water balance studies,water allocation,*** of reference evapotranspiration(ET0)using both gene expression programming(GEP)and artificial neural network(ANN)techniques was done using the daily meteorological data of the Pantnagar region,India,from 2010 to 2019.A total of 15 combinations of inputs were used in developing the ET0 *** model with the least number of inputs consisted of maximum and minimum air temperatures,whereas the model with the highest number of inputs consisted of maximum air temperature,minimum air temperature,mean relative humidity,number of sunshine hours,wind speed at 2mheight and extra-terrestrial radiation as inputs and with ET0 as the output for all the *** the GEP models were developed for a single functional set and pre-defined genetic operator values,while the best structure in each ANN model was found based on the performance during the testing *** was found that ANN models were superior to GEP models for the estimation *** was evident from the reduction in RMSE values ranging from 2%to 56%during training and testing phases in all the ANN models compared with GEP *** ANN models showed an increase of about 0.96%to 9.72%of R2 value compared to the respective GEP *** comparative study of these models with multiple linear regression(MLR)depicted that the ANN and GEP models were superior to MLR models.

通过调节反向偏置电压可以改善电场渗透对质谱仪的影响,提高质谱仪的分辨率。为了满足质谱仪对脉冲电场的不同要求,提出了一种可以同时输出两路极性相反脉冲电场的脉冲电源,且高压正脉冲叠加幅值可调的直流负偏置电压。该电源只需一个充电源便可以产生正负两路脉冲电场。分析了串联开关同步驱动效果,随后通过增加补偿绕组和并联电阻优化了串联电容的分压不均的问题,并验证一个磁芯加多个副边绕组的方案可进一步降低充电电压不均。最终实现了4个电容器的充电电压与平均电压相差不超过0.1%。搭建了一台4级的电源样机,实验表明,其可以在容性负载上产生一路幅值为0~1.5 kv、脉宽为2~10μs可调的高压正脉冲且叠加幅值为0~-200 v的反向偏置电压,和一路幅值为0~-1.5 kv、脉宽为2~10μs可调的高压负脉冲,频率高达10 kHz,正负脉冲的前沿均小于30 ns,脉冲波形平稳。该脉冲电源结构紧凑,并且输出电压、脉宽、频率均连续可调。

水文过程的准确模拟和预估对青藏高原水资源的管理和保护具有重要意义。然而,国家气象观测站点非常有限且分布不均,对高原地区水文过程的准确模拟带来很大挑战,因此利用多源降水资料是提高模拟精度的有效手段。本研究以青藏高原北部的格尔木河流域为例,使用vIC-CAS模型,以ERA5、WorldClim及TPHiPr三种降水产品的多年月平均降水量为背景场,利用气象站点观测数据进行插值得到气象驱动场,对格尔木河流域径流过程进行模拟与分析,并利用降尺度后的CMIP6气候模式数据对流域未来径流进行了预估。结果表明:以ERA5的多年月平均降水量作为协变量,并使用TPS插值法得到的气象驱动所模拟的效果最好,率定期和验证期的纳什效率系数(NSE)分别为0.71和0.70。格尔木河流域冰川融水与积雪融水对年径流量的贡献分别约为14.9%和32.5%。1971—2019年在年降水量缓慢增加及气温上升趋势显著的背景下,融雪径流和冰川径流的增加速率分别为0.28×10^(8) m^(3)·(10a)^(-1)和0.03×10^(8) m^(3)·(10a)^(-1),年径流以0.54×10^(8) m^(3)·(10a)^(-1)的速率增加,融雪径流增加贡献率超过50%。预估格尔木河流域2025—2100年在SSP2-4.5和SSP5-8.5情景下年均径流量分别为10.92×10^(8) m^(3)和11.51×10^(8) m^(3),增加速率分别为0.38×10^(8) m^(3)·(10a)^(-1)和0.51×10^(8) m^(3)·(10a)^(-1);预估在SSP2-4.5和SSP5-8.5情景下,未来时期融雪径流与冰川径流均于21世纪20年代和30年代相继达到拐点,到21世纪末期出现大幅减少。本研究对青藏高原其他观测资料缺乏地区的径流模拟也具有一定的借鉴价值。
