alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodevelopmental impairment that results in a person’s behavior,thinking,and memory *** common symptoms ofADare losingmemory and early *** addition to these,there are several serious impacts ***,the impact ofADcanbemitigatedby early-stagedetection though it cannot be cured ***-stage detection is the most challenging task for controlling and mitigating the impact of *** study proposes a predictive model to detect AD in the initial phase based on machine learning and a deep learning approach to address the *** build a predictive model,open-source data was collected where five stages of images of AD were available as Cognitive Normal(CN),Early mild Cognitive Impairment(EmCI),mild Cognitive Impairment(mCI),Late mild Cognitive Impairment(LmCI),and *** stage of AD is considered as a class,and then the dataset was divided into three parts binary class,three class,and five *** this research,we applied different preprocessing steps with augmentation techniques to efficiently *** integrates a random oversampling technique to handle the imbalance problem from target classes,mitigating the model overfitting and *** three machine learning classifiers,such as random forest(RF),K-Nearest neighbor(KNN),and support vector machine(SVm),and two deep learning methods,such as convolutional neuronal network(CNN)and artificial neural network(ANN)were applied on these *** analyzing the performance of the used models and the datasets,it is found that CNN with binary class outperformed 88.20%*** result of the study indicates that the model is highly potential to detect AD in the initial phase.

The paper presents shortly some of the important elements of the theory and of the practical applications of the kinetics of heterogeneous catalytic reactions. Discussed are some of the most important concepts of the kinetics of complex heterogeneous catalytic reactions,methodology of building kinetic models and mathematical treatment of experimental data,influence of heat and mass transfer,types of laboratory reactors,kinetics and nanosized catalysts and others. Examples for use of the kinetic studies for the development and application of industrial catalysts and modeling of industrial reactors are presented.

With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,the spectrum resources are increasingly strained which needs optimal *** radio(CR)is one of the key technologies to solve this *** sensing not only includes the precise detection of the communication signal of the primary user(PU),but also the precise identification of its modulation type,which can then determine the a priori information such as the PU’service category,so as to use this information to make the cognitive user(CU)aware to discover and use the idle spectrum more effectively,and improve the spectrum *** sensing is the primary feature and core part of *** sensing algorithms includes energy detection,cyclostationary feature detection,matched filter detection,and so *** energy detection algorithm has a simple structure and does not require prior knowledge of the PU transmitter signal,but it is easily affected by noise and the threshold is not easy to *** combination of multiple-input multiple-output(mImO)with CR improves the spectral efficiency and multipath fading *** best utilize the PU spectrum while minimizing the overall transmit power,an iterative technique based on semidefinite programming(SDP)and minimum mean squared error(mmSE)is ***,this article proposed a new method for max-min fairness *** compared to existing algorithms,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithms perform better in terms of total transmitted power and signal-tointerference plus noise ratio(SINR).Furthermore,the proposed algorithm effectively improved the system performance in terms of number of iterations,interference temperature threshold and balance SINR level which makes it superior over the conventional schemes.

The mechanism of selenium(Se)-induced salt tolerance was studied in moderately sensitive soybean(Glycine max L.)*** execute this view,soybean plants were imposed with salt stress(EC 6 dS m^(−1))applying *** other treatments,Se(0,25,50 and 75μm Na_(2)SeO_(4))was sprayed as co-application with that level of salt *** height,stem diameter,leaf area,SPAD value decreased noticeably under salt *** proline(Pro)level,together with decreased leaf relative water content(RWC)was observed in salt-affected *** stress resulted in brutal oxidative damage and increased the content of H_(2)O_(2),mDA level and electrolyte *** Se spray alleviated oxidative damage through boosting up the antioxidant defense system by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and glutathione reductase(GR),as well as by improving non-enzymatic antioxidants like glutathione(GSH)and GSH/glutathione disulfide(GSSG).The upregulated antioxidant defense system,restored Pro and leaf RWC,higher SPAD value conferred better growth and development in Se-sprayed salt-affected soybean plants which altogether put forth for the progressive yield contributing parameters and finally,seed *** different doses of Se,soybean plants sprayed with 50μm Na_(2)SeO_(4)showed better salt tolerance.

该文设计一种基于夹心式压电陶瓷结构的刀具超声激振机构,用于超声振动辅助金刚石刀具进行超精密切削。通过分析超精密切削技术需求,提出了激振机构结构设计方案,进行了解析设计和有限元仿真分析,制作出激振机构,进行了性能测试,并开展了超声振动辅助切削的可行性实验。研制的激振机构可实现频率42.0kHz、振幅峰峰值8μm的超声激振,并在超声振动辅助金刚石刀具超精密切削中表现出良好效果,切削模具钢工件端面达到表面粗糙度Ra 0.018～0.05μm。
