The Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WSNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove Leach(EL)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WSNs is being extended often using clustering and routing *** Meta Inspired Hawks Fragment Optimization(MIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data packets that the BS *** overall experimentation is carried out under the MATLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,packet delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

Techno-economic analysis on oxy-fuel based steam turbine power system using municipal solid waste and coals with ultrasonicator sulfur removal

Municipal solid waste(MSW)is a carbon–neutral energy source and possesses a moderate heating value;hence,it can be used as an alternative fuel for *** use high ash and high sulfur Indian coals efficiently,a techno economic analysis is performed for electricity generation using supercritical and subcritical based steam turbines operating in the oxy-fuel co-combustion mode of MSW with Indian *** impact of the capture of direct and indirect greenhouse gasses such as CO_(2),NO_(x)and SO_(x)on the net thermal efficiency of the power plants is *** supercritical based steam turbine achieved a higher net thermal efficiency by 8.8%using MSW based feedstock compared to sub-critical *** co-combustion mode reduced the levelized cost of electricity(LCOE)by 48–73$/***-economic analysis for sulfur removal in coal using ultrasonication technology has not yet been reported in the *** incorporation of an ultrasonicator(a pre-combustion sulfur remover)and a duct sorbent injector(a post-combustion SO_(x)absorber)increased the LCOE by 1.39–2.75$/*** high sulfur coals,the SO_(x)emissions decreased from 224.79 mg/m^(3)to 9.2 mg/m^(3).

Electrodeposition of aluminum on needle cathode using AlCl3/urea molten salts at low-temperature and its application to hydrogen generation

The electrodeposition of aluminum(Al)was studied using two electrolyte solutions,such as anhydrous AlCl3-urea and hydrated AlCl3·6 H2 O-urea.A systematic examination using cell voltages 1.0–2.0 v was carried out at temperatures((50–100)±2)°C.A needle-shaped cathode was employed for the deposition of aluminum.A dendrite and particulate microstructure of Al were observed on the needle-shaped *** improved condition for the manufacturing of small sizes and high purity of aluminum deposits was *** Al with a current efficiency(yield)of 84%–99%was obtained from those of non-aqueous electrolytes and only of 8.6%–9.3%from those of hydrated *** electrical conductivities of electrolytes remained considerable at((50–100)±2)°*** improved aluminum powders were used for the reaction with *** aluminum reacts with water at room temperature,producing pure H2 with 100%*** electrodeposited aluminum metal can be used as an excellent energy carrier.

Enhanced cytotoxic effect on human lung carcinoma cell line(A549) by gold nanoparticles synthesized from Justicia adhatoda leaf extract

Objective: To synthesize bio-inspired gold nanoparticles(AuNPs) using the leaf extract of Justicia adhatoda and evaluate the anti-cancer activity on human lung cancer cell line(A549).Methods: Synthesis of AuNPs was done using an aqueous leaf extract of Justicia adhatoda as a green route. The bio-synthesized AuNPs were confirmed and characterized by using various spectral studies such as Uv-vis spectrum, Scanning Electron Microscope with EDAX, Transmission Electron Microscope, Fourier Transmission Infrared Spectroscope analysis and Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy. The cell viability was determined by MTT reduction assay. In addition, cytomorphology and the nuclear morphological study of A549 cell line was observed under fluorescence microscope. Results: Uv-vis spectrum showed surface plasmon resonance peak at 547 nm, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope studies showed the monodispersed spherical shape and its average size in the range of 40.1 nm was noticed. Fourier Transmission Infrared Spectroscope analysis confirmed that the C=O group of amino acids of proteins had strong ability to bind with the surface of nanoparticle. Interestingly, our results also demonstrated inhibited proliferation of A549 cell line by MTT(IC50 value: 80 μg/mL). Cell morphology was observed and cell death was caused by apoptosis as revealed by propidium iodide staining. Conclusions: The current study proves the anticancer potential of bio-synthesized AuNPs. Thus, synthesized AuNPs can be used for the treatment of human lung cancer cell(A549) and it can be exploited for drug delivery in future.

Seasonal variations of phytoplankton diversity in the Coleroon coastal waters,southeast coast of India

筒形壳体通常有非理想圆截面、非理想圆柱体、凹陷、鼓起等几何形状的缺陷。这些几何缺陷将导致筒形薄壳屈曲强度的降低。本文只考虑短筒形壳体(Lc/Rc≈1,Rc/t=117,175,280)的凹陷缺陷对其强度的影响。通过改变壳体上半高处凹陷的不同倾斜角度和长度,研究此类壳体的静力非线性屈曲问题。研究表明,虽然短或长凹陷都会显著降低筒形壳体的静力屈曲强度,但是当凹陷比较短时,凹陷的面积和凹入的角度对圆柱形薄壳的屈曲强度没有太大的影响;当凹陷比较长时,凹陷的面积和凹入的角度对圆柱形薄壳的屈曲强度有显著影响。在凹陷尺寸和位置都不变的情况下,圆柱形薄壳越厚,其屈曲强度降低越大。

Effect of Processing Paramters on Metal Matrix Composites: Stir Casting Process

Conventional stir casting process has been employed for producing discontinuous particle reinforced metal matrix composites for decades. The major problem of this process is to obtain sufficient wetting of particle by liquid metal and to get a homogenous dispersion of the ceramic particles. In the present study, aluminium metal matrix composites were fabricated by different processing temperatures with different holding time to understand the influence of process parameters on the distribution of particle in the matrix and the resultant mechanical properties. The distribution is examined by microstructure analysis, hardness distribution and density distribution.

This paper will focus on the Power Management solution of vehicles via Modeling, analysis and simulation of a 42v/14v dc/dc converter based architecture. This architecture is considered to be technically a viable solution for automotive dual-voltage power system for passenger car in the near future. An interleaved dc/dc converter system is chosen for the automotive converter topology due to its advantages regarding filter reduction, dynamic response, reduced ripples and power management. Presented herein, is a model based on one kilowatt interleaved sixphase buck converter designed to operate in a Discontinuous Conduction Mode （DCM）. The control strategy of the converter is based on a voltagemode-controlled Pulse Width Modulation （PWM） with a Proportional-Integral-Derivative （PID）. The effectiveness of the interleaved step-down converter is verified through simulation results using Matlab/Simulink.
