Over the past two decades,high sensitivity to HER2-amplified primary breast cancers has been achieved with HER2-targeted ***4/6 inhibitors have long been identified as a potential treatment option for advanced breast cancer ***,acquired HER2 heterogeneity leading to resistance during the treatment has been identified as a *** review focuses on the recent resistance mechanisms identified and potential therapeutic targets for conventional and combination endocrine therapies with CDK4/6 inhibitors by various breast cancer clinical trials and research groups in HER amplified and/or mutated breast cancer *** HER2 alterations,JNK pathway,hyperactivated TORC1,co-mutations in HER2 and HER3,phenotypic changes of HER2,and few other advanced findings are identified as potential therapeutic targets in treating current HER2 endocrine therapy-resistant *** with the HER2-focused resistance mechanisms,we also describe how the microbiome may play a role in breast cancer therapy and its potential for new therapeutic strategies to overcome drug resistance in breast cancers.

测向是阵列信号处理领域中的一项至关重要的技术,它能够对入射信号源进行高精度的参数估计和定位,因此在雷达、无线通信和航空航天等领域中有着广泛的应用。由于其应用的广泛性和重要性,测向算法一直是研究热点之一,众多学者对其进行了深入的研究和探索,以期提高其测向精度、降低计算复杂度,并在实际应用中发挥更大的作用。在目前已经发展出的许多高分辨测向方法中,极大似然类测向方法可对多信号同时测向,其测向精度高于传统测向方法,并在低信噪比、小快拍数情况下具有优异的性能,但这种方法需要进行复杂的多维极值搜索,计算复杂度较高,限制了其在实际工程问题中的应用,本论文针对该问题,利用量子智能计算对极大似然方程进行高效求解,并针对具体问题设计了几种高效的量子智能计算算法,实现了基于量子智能计算算法的极大似然测向方法,主要内容可归纳如下:1.为了降低极大似然测向方法的计算量和系统的复杂性,并在数据量有限时较为准确的测向结果,介绍了单快拍极大似然测向方法,并设计了量子灰狼算法对估计方程进行快速求解。2.针对实际工程问题中的常见的冲击噪声,介绍了基于分数低阶统计量的极大似然测向方法,并借鉴蚁狮算法的原理设计了量子蚁狮算法用于求解低阶矩的极大似然测向方程,使其更具实用性,还可以拓展至更高维的情形。3.为了在对动态目标测向结果,介绍了动态极大似然测向方法和零记忆非线性处理方法,并设计了量子猫群算法,得到了在恶劣噪声环境下更具鲁棒性的动态测向方法。

Density Modulation Experiments on HT-7 Tokamak

Density modulation experiments are successfully conducted on HT-7 ohmic discharge to investigate particle transport coefficients: diffusion coefficients D and convection velocity V. The particle transport is studied at low (1.5×1019m−3) and high (3×1019m−3) density regimes. The clear differences are observed that D is 0.42m2/s and 0.17m2/s, V is 4.7m/s (outward) and 1.6m/s (inward) for low and high density plasmas respectively, where spatially constant D and V(r) = (r/a)V0 were assumed for the analysis.

The formation of magnetic islands within plasmas confined magnetically within the tori has significant influence upon their confinement and stability. To obtain an experimental insight into the formation and dynamics of such island structures we employed a fast framing camera viewing the plasma tangentially in the toroidal direction. The toroidal viewing direction gives the advantage in that the islands are viewed almost tangentially and this greatly facilitates the reconstruction of the local data from the line integrated ones. We discuss an effective method to do inversion. To study the fluctuations seen in the video images we perform a singular value decomposition, and then we use a truncated least square method to infer their pictures in space.

Recurrent drought associated with climate change is among the principal constraints to global productivity of wheat（Triticum aestivum（L.） and T. turgidum（L.））. Numerous efforts to mitigate drought through breeding resilient varieties are underway across the world. Progress is, however, hampered because drought tolerance is a complex trait that is controlled by many genes and its full expression is affected by the environment. Furthermore, wheat has a structurally intricate and large genome. Consequently, breeding for drought tolerance requires the integration of various knowledge systems and methodologies from multiple disciplines in plant sciences. This review summarizes the progress made in dry land wheat improvement, advances in knowledge, complementary methodologies, and perspectives towards breeding for drought tolerance in the crop to create a coherent overview. Phenotypic, biochemical and genomics-assisted selection methodologies are discussed as leading research components used to exploit genetic variation. Advances in phenomic and genomic technologies are highlighted as options to circumvent existing bottlenecks in phenotypic and genomic selection, and gene transfer. The prospects of further integration of these technologies with other omics technologies are also provided.

Coherent magnetic fluctuations in an acoustic range of frequency have been regularly observed in low-density（n_e〈0.2×10^（19）m^（-3））plasmas with strong second harmonic electron cyclotron resonance heating（ECRH）on the Large Helical *** X-ray measurements indicated that energetic electrons are generated in these ECRH *** magnetic fluctuations are suppressed in higher density discharges where energetic electrons are not *** ECRH power modulation experiment indicated that the observed magnetohydrodynamic（MHD）mode has an acoustic nature rather than an Alfvenic nature.

The human visual sensitivity to the flickering light has been under investigation for *** finding of research in this area can contribute to the understanding of human visual system mechanism and visual disorders,and establishing diagnosis and treatment of *** aim of this study is to investigate the ffects of the flickering light to the visual cortex by monitoring the hemodynamic responses of the brain with the functional near infrared spectrosoopy(ENIRS)*** the acquired fNIRS signals are afected by physiological factors and measurement artifacts,constrained independent component analysis(eICA)was applied to extract the actual fNIRS responses from the obtained *** experimental results revealed significant changes(p<0.0001)of the hemodynamic responses of the visual *** the baseline when the flickering stimulation was *** the uses of cICA,the contrast to noise ratio(CNR),reflecting the contrast of hemodynamic concentration between rest and task,became *** indicated the improvement of the NIRS signals when the noise was *** subsequent studies,statistical analysis was used to infer the correlation between the NIRS signals and the visual *** found that there was a slight decrease of the oxygenated hemoglobin con-centration(about 5.69%)over four frequencies when the modulation ***,the variations of oxy and deoxy-hemoglobin were not statistically significant.

Density modulation experiments are powerful experimental schemes for the study of particle transport. The diffusion coefficients （D） and convection velocity （V）, which cannot be evaluated from the particle balance in the equilibrium state, can be obtained separately. Further, the estimated values of D and V are determined independent of the absolute value of the particle source rate, which is difficult to obtain experimentally. However, the sensitivities and interpretation of D and V from the modulation experiments need to be considered. This paper describes numerical techniques for solving the particle balance equation of the modulation components. Examples of the analysis are shown regarding the data of LHD experiments, and the results of the modulation experiments are discussed.
