在产品的最终加工过程中用精磨去除零件中的畸变是一个既费钱又费时的事情。例如 ,仅在 (车辆 )传动技术领域 ,1995年德国用于最后精磨以消除工件的畸变而增加的成本已达 8 5亿欧元。迄今为止 ,行业人士认为在最后的产品加工过程中导致零件产生畸变的主要原因在于淬火过程 ,而今大家普遍认为这个观点不是很对 ,认为淬火过程只是释放了在各个加工环节中积累在工件中的畸变潜能 ,如铸造、车削加工、铣削、淬火、磨削。由不来梅大学创立及DeutscheForschungsgemeinschaft资助的合作研究中心SFB 5 70“畸变工程”的研究方针是从系统导向着手 ,分析零件的畸变。合作研究中心由 12个子项目组成 ,涉及 2 0多位来自材料科学、制造技术、数学及过程控制工程的研究人员。根据系统导向的方法 ,合作研究中心SFB 5 70“畸变工程”认为 ,与优化零件整个生产过程 (工序链 )相比 ,对零件生产过程中的单个过程的优化是第二位的。为了推广系统导向的方法 ,保证SFB 5 70“畸变工程”中集中在不同工序和技术的这 12个子项目间的一个连续、协调的知识和信息交换 ,已成立了一个系统模式工作组。这个工作组的焦点在于详细阐述和进一步发展系统导向的方法以及协调应用于这些子项目中的工序和方法。和其它方法相比较 ,整体方法包?

Geoelectric Investigation for Groundwater Exploration in YaoundéArea, Cameroon

Yaounde zone is originally characterized by the small number of aquifers and bad renewal capacity. Within the frame-work of the emergency program which a.m. at supplying the city with drinking water, seventeen Vertical Electrical Soundings (VES) were carried out using Schlumberger configuration in parts of Yaounde (latitude 3o- 5oN and longi- tude 11o-13oE) to determine the nature and thickness of aquifer zone and necessary geoelectrical parameters. Four to five geoelectric layers were delineated from the survey area. the first layer is the topsoil and has resistivity values ranging from 13 - 216 Ω·m and thickness is between 0.1 - 6 m. the second layer made up of clay sand and laterite has resistivity values ranging between 23 and 923 Ω·m and thickness ranged from 1 and 40 m. the third and fourth geoelectric layers consisting of clay and gneiss/migmatite with thickness varying from 1.7 - 63.3 m correspond to an aquifer horizon. Resistivity values of the aquifer ranges from 4 to 9215 Ω·m. the study indicates that average depth of the aquifer is 20 m and average thickness of the aquifer is 55 m. Soundings curves suggest several four layered geoelectrical sections KH, KQ, HK type and some five layered sections of the HKH, KHK types. KH type is dominant and can be used as reference for future studies. the resistivity survey reveals that the parameters obtained through interpretation of VES curves corroborate the litho logs of boreholes from the area.

Context: the appointment of the m6 is crucial because it is an indicator of the prognosis of the evolution of the care and the decision-making on the continuation of the AntiRetroViral Trea.m.nt. Objective: the objective of this study is therefore to present the virological and molecular profile of People Living with HIV under trea.m.nt with Dolutegravir 6 months after being put on ART in Kinshasa. methods: the present study is a cross-sectional view at the sixth month of a prospective cohort to determine the virological and molecular profile of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) after 6 months of ART based on Dolutegravir (DTG) in Kinshasa. A sample of 5 mL of blood was taken from all HIV patients included. the collection of biological data was carried out under the same conditions as at inclusion. After extraction, Quantitative Real-Time PCR was carried out to determine the quantity of HIV RNA in the samples according to the protocols previously described. Reverse Transcription PCR (RT-PCR) and Nested PCR were carried out to amplify the regions of interest for Protease and Reverse Transcriptase for sequencing. Results: the median VL value was 2.92 log10 RNA copies/mL. With 17.75% of patients experiencing major failure of first-line trea.m.nt. Subtype A is dominant with 13 cases (20.98%);followed by CRF_02AG (16.13%), subtypes C (14.52%), D (9.68%) and K (6.45%). the K65R (3 cases), T69P/N (6 cases), K70R (9 cases) and m184V (8 cases) mutations were listed as existing mutations for Nucleotide Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors. Conclusion: After 6 months of ART, 59.67% of People Living with HIV on Tenofovir-Lamivudine-Dolutegravir is in therapeutic success while 40.33% are in a state of trea.m.nt failure. Subtype A remains dominant in the population of PLHIV. Resistance mutations were detected for Lamivudine and Tenofovir, but none for Dolutegravir.

measurement of electrical conductivity of micron-scale metallic wires

Electrical conductivities of micron-scale aluminum wires were quantitatively measured by a four-point atomic force microscope (a.m. probe. this technique is a combination of the principles of the four-point probe method and standard a.m. this technique was applied to the 99.999% aluminum wires with 350 nm thickness and different widths of 5.0, 25.0 and 50.0μm. Since the small dimensions of the wires, the geometrical effects were discussed in details. Experiment results show that the four-point a.m.probe is mechanically flexible and robust. the four-point a.m.probe technique is capable of measuring surface topography together with local electrical conductivity simultaneously. the repeatable measurements indicate that this technique could be used for fast in-situ electrical properties characterization of sensors and microelectromechanical system devices.

Viscous Cosmology and thermodynamics of Apparent Horizon

It is shown that the differential form of Friedmann equations of Friedman-Robertson-Walker （FRW） universe can be recast as a similar form of the first law thdSh = dE＋ WdV of thermodynamics at the apparent horizon of FRW universe filled with the viscous fluid. It is also shown that by employing the general expression of temperature th=｜k｜/2π=1/2π~rA（1-2~rA/2H^rA）associated with the apparent horizon of an FRW universe and assumed that the temperature Tm of the energy inside the apparent horizon is proportional to the horizon temperature Tm=bth, we are able to show that the generalized second law of thermodynamics holds in the Einstein gravity provided th-Tm/~rA≤（ρ＋~P）.

Constraints of mantle and Crustal Sources Interaction during Orogenesis of Pre-and Post-collision Granitoids from the Northern Arabian-Nubian Shield:A Case Study from Wadi El-Akhder Granitoids,Southern Sinai,Egypt

the Egyptian older and younger granitic rocks emplaced during pre-and post-collision stages of Neoproterozoic Pan-African orogeny,respectively,are widely distributed in the southern Sinai Peninsula,constituting 70% of the basement *** Wadi El-Akhder,southwestern Sinai,is a.m.untainous terrain exposing two granitoid suites,namely the Wadi El-Akhder Older Granites(AOG)and the Homra Younger Granites(HYG).the AOG(granodiorites with subordinate tonalite compositions)have geochemical characteristics of medium-K calc-alkaline,metaluminous to mildly peraluminous granitoids formed in an island-arc environment,which are conformable with well-known Egyptian older granitoids rocks,whereas the HYG display calc-alkaline to slightly alkaline nature,peraluminous syeno-,monzogranites and alkali feldspar granites matching well those of the Egyptian younger *** respect to the AOG granitoids,the HYG granites contain lower Al_(2)O_(3),FeO^(*),mgO,mnO,CaO,TiO_(2),Sr,Ba,and V,but higher Na_(2)O,K_(2)O,Nb,Zr,th,and *** AOG are generally characterized by enrichment in LILE and LREE and depletion in HFSE relative to N-mORB values(e.g.,negative Nb and Ta anomalies).the geochemical features of the AOG follow assimilation-fractional crystallization(AFC)trends indicative of extensive crustal contamination of ma.m. derived from a.m.ntle *** chemical characteristics of the AOG are remarkably similar to those of subduction-related granitoids from the ArabianNubian Shield(ANS).the compositional variations from monzogranites through syenogranites to alkali feldspar granite within HYG could not be explained by fractional crystallization *** the whole-rock composition of the HYG to melts generated by experimental dehydration melting of meta-sedimentary and ma.m.tic rocks reveals that they appear to be derived by extended melting of psa.m.tic and pelitic metasediments,which is similar to the most of younger granitic suites in the ANS.
