Every day walking consists of frequent voluntary modifications in the gait pattern to negotiate *** spinal cord injury,stepping over an obstacle becomes *** over an obstacle requires sensorimotor transformations in several structures of the brain,including the parietal cortex,premotor cortex,and motor *** information and planning are transformed into motor commands,which are sent from the motor cortex to spinal neuronal circuits to alter limb trajectory,coordinate the limbs,and maintain *** spinal cord injury,bidirectional communication between the brain and spinal cord is disrupted and animals,including humans,fail to voluntarily modify limb trajectory to step over an ***,in this review,we discuss the neuromechanical control of stepping over an obstacle,why it fails after spinal cord injury,and how it recovers to a certain extent.

La1−x Sr x MnO3 nanoparticles were synthesized by precipitation from diethylene glycol solution. Features of synthesis were studied using 1Н, 13С, 139La nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigations. The obtained results showed that the complexation reaction between diethylene glycol and metal cations takes place during the synthesis. These complexes decomposed at 200 °C and an amorphous precursor (La,Sr)MnO3 was formed. According to X-ray results, the crystallization of the perovskite structure began at 600 °C and finished at 800 °C. Microstructural studies showed that obtained nanoparticles are weakly agglomerated and have small sizes. Based on these nanoparticles, magnetic fluid was prepared which was effectively heated under an alternating magnetic field.

The modern molecular-genetic methods have been implementing actively into the medical *** improve diagnostic accuracy,help to prognosticate the course of oncological diseases,optimize the results of prenatal diagnosis,decrease mothers' anxiety and improve the clinical outcomes of *** are used the various traditional approaches ***,FISH and more contemporary-real-time PCR,comparative genomic hybridization(CgH) or chromosomal microarray analysis(CMA),Quantitative Fluorescent PCR(QF-PCR).For expressing diagnosis of triploidy by 21st and 18th chromosomes there was used QF-PCR technologies with the consequent quantative analysis on the automatic capillary microelectrophoresis on the microarrays Expеrion *** was determined that diagnostic accuracy of QF-PCR was comparable with existing routine methods,but it had some advantages including expressity and could be recommended for implementation into practical medicine.

The study of the water status and activity of catalase in Chinese tea plants (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) and hazelnut (Corylus pontica C. Koch.). The indicators, which not only describe the physiological state of plants in the stressful period, but also allow it to identify more adaptive varieties within a given area was determined. Analysis of catalase activity data in Chinese tea and hazelnut revealed the presence of similar patterns: there is a change in enzymatic activity in response to hydrothermal factors. It is established that the stable varieties Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze and Corylus pontica C. Koch. characterized by a more active catalase, which is of particular importance during droughts. The water regime parameters variance scale for Camellia sinensis was developed, which allows differentiating varieties into groups of varying degrees of stability. It is shown that all methods that are used to estimate stability of plant species to extreme environmental conditions are based on several basic principles connected with peculiarities of adaptation mechanisms. The result was a selection of diagnostic indicators proposed for assessing adaptability: the water content of the leaf tissue, water-holding capacity of leaves, and concentration of cellular juice sprouts and activity of catalase.
