Background:Remarkable progress has been made in the fight against neglected tropical diseases,but new challenges have *** diagnostics,better drugs and new insecticides are often identified as the priority;however,access to these new tools may not be sufficient to achieve and sustain disease elimination,if certain challenges and priorities are not *** body:The authors summarise key operational challenges,and based on these,identify two major priorities:strengthening the capacity of the primary health care health system in correctly diagnosing and managing neglected tropical diseases;and establishing an effective disease surveillance *** steps are proposed as concrete actions to build an effective primary health care service for neglected tropical diseases,and a health management information system capable of accurately reporting these *** engagement and formalization of community health workers role are proposed as essential components of these *** of financial support from disease oriented programmes to disease integrated interventions,improved access to international guidelines for primary health care staff,and availability of donated drugs in health care structures are also suggested as key elements of the proposed ***:The authors conclude that failure to address these priorities now may lead to further challenges on the long path towards neglected tropical disease elimination and beyond.

This paper examines in detail the impact of the crowdsourcee’s vertical fairness concern on the knowledge sharing incentive mechanism in crowdsourcing *** conditions for the establishment of the incentive mechanism are analyzed and the impact of fairness concern sensitivity on expected economic revenues of both sides as well as the crowdsourcing project performance is studied by game theory and computer *** results show that the knowledge sharing incentive mechanism can only be established if the ratio between the performance improvement rate and the private cost reduction rate caused by shared knowledge is within a certain *** degree of the optimal linear incentives,the private solution efforts,and the improvement of knowledge sharing level are positively correlated with the sensitivity of vertical fairness *** the non-incentive mode,the ratio between the performance conversion rate of private solution effort and the performance conversion rate of knowledge sharing effort plays an important role in moderating a crowdsourcing project’s *** authors find that the number of participants is either conducive or nonconducive to the improvement of *** implementation of knowledge sharing incentive can achieve a win-win situation for both the crowdsourcer and the crowdsourcee.

Petrographic and SHRIMP Studies of Zircons fromthe Caledonian Xiongdian Eclogite, NorthwesternDabie Mountains

The Xiongdian eclogite occurring in the Sujiahe tectonic melange zone at Luoshan County, Henan Province, in the western Dabie Mountains, is typical high-pressure (HP)-ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) and medium-temperature eclogite. The occurrence, internal texture and surface characteristics of zircons in eclogite were studied rather systematically petrographically combined with the cathodoluminescence (CL) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) methods. Zircons are mainly hosted in garnet and other metamorphic minerals with sharp boundaries, have a multifaceted morphology and are homogeneous or exhibit a metamorphic growth texture in the interior, thus indicating that they are the product of metamorphism. SHRIMP analyses give zircon 206Pb/238U ages of 335 to 424 Ma and show a certain degree of radiogenic Pb loss; therefore it may be inferred that the age of 424? Ma represents the minimum age of a HP-UHP metamorphic age. From the above analyses coupled with previous Sm-Nd, 40Ar-39Ar, U-Pb and 207Pb/206Pb age data, it is suggested that the peak metamorphic age of the Xiongdian eclogite should be between 424 and 480 Ma. This study further validate the view of the existence of a Caledonian HP-UHP metamorphic event in the western Dabie Mountains.

I begin this paper by outlining two senses of"phenomenology."First,the"what it is like"or"analytic tradition"sense:the verbalization of qualitative states of consciousness of which we are ***,the"Continental"sense:the rigorous study of the structures of consciousness.I outline the ways in which these two senses ***,Continental phenomenology involves a diversified account of consciousness,states of awareness,and the human *** phenomenologist articulates this account not by introspection but via acts of phenomenological reflection concerning eidetic intuitions about essential structural ***,via the method of"sense explication,"the phenomenologist can articulate an account of passive and subconscious states which we are not strictly"aware"*** conclusion shows these divergences of senses are sometimes overlooked,leading to *** and Gallagher must be employing the"what it is like"sense when they make certain"phenomenological"arguments concerning social cognition,yet Spaulding's ensuing critique of phenomenology is directed at Continental ***,it is only phenomenology in the"what it is like"sense which cannot contribute to subpersonal *** Continental phenomenology describes the lawful relations amongst the precursors and preconditions which give rise to conscious experience,constituting a type of(non-causal)subpersonal explanation.

A new methodology was created to measure the energy consumption and related green house gas （GHG） emissions of a computer operating system （OS） across different device platforms. The methodology involved the direct power measurement of devices under different activity states. In order to include all aspects of an OS, the methodology included measurements in various OS modes, whilst uniquely, also incorporating measurements when running an array of defined software activities, so as to include OS application management features. The methodology was demonstrated on a laptop and phone that could each run multiple OSs, results confirmed that OS can significantly impact the energy consumption of devices. In particular, the new versions of the Microsoft Windows OS were tested and highlighted significant differences between the OS versions on the same hardware. The developed methodology could enable a greater awareness of energy consumption, during both the software development and software marketing processes.

Exposure to multiple environmental stressors is a common occurrence that can affect organisms in predictable or unpredictable *** and turbidity in aquatic environments are 2 stressors that can affect reproductive behaviors by altering energy availability and the visual environment,*** we examine the relative effects of population and the rearing environment(oxygen concentration and turbidity)on reproductive *** reared cichlid fish(the Egyptian mouthbrooder,Pseudocrenilabrus multicolor)from 2 populations(a swamp and river)until sexual maturity,in a full factorial design(hypoxic/normoxic×clear/turbid)and then quantified male competitive and courtship behaviors and female preference under their respective rearing ***,we found that the rearing environment was more important than population for determining behavior,indicating there were few heritable differences in reproductive behavior between the 2 ***,males in the hypoxic rearing treatment performed more competitive and courtship *** turbid conditions,males performed fewer competitive and courtship *** predicted that females would prefer males from their own ***,under the hypoxic and turbid combination females from both populations preferred males from the other *** results suggest that reproductive behaviors are affected by interactions among male traits,female preferences,and environmental conditions.
