The archipelagic country of Indonesia is populated by the densest marine biodiversity in the world which has created strong global interest and is valued by both Indigenous and European settlements for different *** 1000 chemicals have been extracted and *** this review,a systematic data curation was employed to collate bioprospecting related manuscripts providing a comprehensive directory based on publications from 1988 to *** with significant pharmacological activities are further discussed through a scoping data *** review discusses macroorganisms(Sponges,Ascidian,gorgonians,Algae,Mangrove)and microorganism(Bacteria and Fungi)and highlights significant discoveries,including a potent microtubule stabilizer laulimalide from Hyattella sp.,a prospective doxorubicin complement papuamine alkaloid from Neopetrosia cf exigua,potent antiplasmodial manzamine A from Acanthostrongylophora ingens,the highly potent anti trypanosomal manadoperoxide B from Plakortis ***,mRNA translation disrupter hippuristanol from Briareum sp,and the anti-HIV-1(+)-8-hydroxymanzamine A isolated from Acanthostrongylophora ***,some potent antibacterial extracts were also found from a limited biomass of bacteria *** there are currently no examples of commercial drugs from the Indonesian marine environment,this review shows the molecular diversity present and with the known understudied biodiversity,reveals great promise for future studies and outcomes.

PKC Is a Target to Modulate the Expression of Receptor Mediated Endocytosis (RME) Mice Macrophages BALB/c for Optimizing the Phagocytosis toward Candida albicans

Introduction: The existence of receptor-mediated endocytosis (RME) means that selectivity and selectivity occurs in capturing macromolecules. Protein kinase C (PKC) which can be expressed by almost all cells are proteins important in signal transduction groove that plays a role in a number of cell activity, e.g. phagocytosis. Aims: The purpose of this study is to determine the expression of RME after modulating the PKC which is characterized by the number of Candida albicans cells attached to the surface of macrophages. Methods: Peritoneal macrophages cultured BALB/c mice are treated with PMA and/or bisindolylmaleimides of providing levels of 5 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml for 10 minutes. Then immediately insert Candida albicans and observe every 30 minutes for 120 minutes. The research design used the same subject. Data collected in the form of number of Candida albicans cells attached to the surface of macrophages are analyzed with ANOVA statistical test (one way) to show the differences between treatments. Results: The test shows statistically significant difference in the number of Candida albicans cells attached to the surface of macrophages after administration of various levels of PMA (p 0.001). The higher level of PMA is given, the more active the PKC is, the more RME are formed, the more Candida albicans cells attached to the surface of macrophages. Another result shows statistically significant difference in the number of Candida albicans cells attached to the surface of macrophages after administration of various levels of bisindolylmaleimides (p 0.001). The higher level of bisindolylmaleimide is given, the less active PKC is, and the less RME are formed, the less Candida albicans cells attached to the surface of macrophages. Conclusion: Research shows that activator PKC (PMA) can increase the expression of RME on macrophages. Another research shows that inhibitor PKC (bisindolylmaleimides) can decrease the expression of RME on macrophages.

如果处理不当 ,高倾点油品由于其固有特性可能会给管线 (特别是丘陵地带的长输管线 )输送带来麻烦。这种油品在环境温度下可能形成固态 ,再严重些可能会引起管道堵塞 ,尤其在斜坡段的管子。实例中的输油管道直径 2 0in ,长 2 5 0km ,起于Tanjung油田 ,止于印度尼西亚东加里曼丹省的巴厘巴板炼油厂。考虑了多种可选择的输送方式后 ,如铺设绝热管线、加热或使用化学添加剂等 ,选定了混输高倾点原油和水的方式。这种方式可以防止管道内固体微粒的集聚 ,避免管线堵塞 ,而且投资和运行成本均较低。上述输送方法开始实施于 1 963年 ,并达到了高峰输油量 4 40 0 0BOPD。现在 ,Tanjung石油产量降低到了 780 0BOPD ,采用定期混输的方式 ,一年输送 1 2次 ,油水混合比为 65∶35 ,每个泵期总输油量为2 5 0 0 0 0bbl。 2 0 0 2年 ,这条管线发生了一次运行事故。固态石油微粒的沉积使管线堵塞 ,造成输油泵运行中断。通过尝试振动、注入轻质油的方法 ,成功地解除了堵塞 ,使管线在相当短的时间里恢复了正常输送状态。利用多相流动态模型OLgA获得了模拟高倾点原油输送的一种简易方法 ,用此方法研究丘陵地区管线内的流体特性 ,预测运行临界状态以避免将来不可预见的输送故障。

The 2010 Merapi Eruption： An Overview of Melt Inclusion and geochemical Data

To characterize the magma that gave rise to explosive eruptions of Merapi volcano in October-November 2010, melt inclusions and juvenile components fiom the eruption deposits have been analyzed. Major-element compositions of whole-rocks were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence and trace elements, including the Rare Earth Elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Melt inclusions and the host minerals were analyzed using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and CO2 and H20 in melt inclusions, and their associated bubbles, were analyzed using laser Raman spectrometry. The compositions of the whole-rock eruption products are basaltic and esite that slightly sifting of SiO2 and K20 composition to previous eruption products, whereas the melt inclusions in pyroxene, plagioclase and hornblende are dacite to rhyolite, likely trapped mainly during late stages of crystallization of the magma. The most high volatile content in the melt inclusion are CO2 and H2O which appear strong Raman peaks for CO2 in the gas bubbles indicate abundances on high levels of CO2. Interpretation of result from a long-term flux of CO2 into the reservoir, either derived from more mafic magmas at depth or from reaction of magma in the reservoir with limestone and it may indicate that volcanic outgassing rates far exceed the amounts that can be supplied magmas.

AIM：To describe the prevalence and changes in treatment patterns of ranibizumab and photodynamic therapy（PDT） among retinal disease patients who attended the Ophthalmology Clinic in the tertiary care Hospital Selayang from 2010 to ***：Study subjects were recruited retrospectively using the Electronic Medical Record（EMR） database software in Hospital *** data,medical history,diagnostic procedure,treatments and diagnosis of patients were ***：The five-year analysis included 821 patients with a mean age of 65.9±11.73 ***,there were a highernumber of males（63.1%） and a higher number of Chinese（47.4%） *** the 821 patients,62.9% received ranibizumab injection followed by 19.2% PDT therapy and 17.9% had ranibizumab combined with PDT ***-related macular degeneration（AMD） and polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy（PCV） were the most common retinal eye diseases reported,recording prevalence of 25.0% and 45.6%,*** trend in ranibizumab treatment was reported to increase while PDT showed a decrease in trend from year 2010 to *** terms of treatment,following multiple logistic regression,AMD was associated with the subjects being more likely to have received ranibizumab monotherapy（P〈0.001） while PCV was associated with more likely to have received PDT（P〈0.001） and PDT combined with ranibizumab therapy（P〈0.001）.CONCLUSION：The tertiary care setting in Malaysia is consistent with management of patients from other countries whereby ranibizumab is the most common treatment given to patients with AMD,while PCV patients most commonly receive PDT and ranibizumab combined with PDT therapy.

Let P（g,A） be the chromatic polynomial of a graph g. A graph g is chromatically unique if for any graph H, P（H, λ） = P（g, λ） implies H is isomorphic to g. Liu et al. [Liu, R. Y., Zhao, H. X., Ye, C. F.： A complete solution to a conjecture on chromatic uniqueness of complete tripartite graphs. Discrete Math., 289, 175 179 （2004）], and Lau and Peng [Lau, g. C., Peng, Y. H.： Chromatic uniqueness of certain complete t-partite graphs. Ars Comb., 92, 353-376 （2009）] show that K（p - k,p - i,p） for i = 0, 1 are chromatically unique if p ≥ k ＋ 2 ≥ 4. In this paper, we show that if 2 〈 i 〈 4, the complete tripartite graph K（p - k,p - i,p） is chromatically unique for integers k ≥ i and p 〉 k2/4 ＋ i ＋ 1.

Three-dimensional ZnO multipods are successfully synthesized on functional substrates using the vapor transport method in a quartz tube. The functional surfaces, which include two different distributions of Ag nanoparticles and a layer of commercial Ag nanowires, are coated onto silicon substrates before the growth of ZnO nanostructures. The structures and morphologies of the ZnO/Ag heterostructures are investigated using X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The sizes and shapes of the Ag particles affect the growth rates and initial nucleations of the ZnO structures, resulting in different numbers and shapes of multipods. They also influence the orientation and growth quality of the rods. The optical properties are studied by photoluminescence, UV-vis, and Raman spectroscopy. The results indicate that the surface plasmon resonance strongly depends on the sizes and shapes of the Ag particles.

The carbon rod of used zinc-carbon battery was investigated in this research to be recycled as biogas desulfurizer. The carbon rod was taken out from the used battery and crushed to become a pellet with about 1 cm long. To increase its performance, the carbon rod was put in solution of KMnO and water then tested its performance as desulfurizer. It is found that the performance of desulfurizer increase by putting about 200 gram of carbon rod in the solution of KMnO with minimum concentration of 20 gram KMnO/liter water. It is suggested during application to use low flow rate of biogas(around 1-3 liters/minute) to achieve maximum performance.
