Mola.ses ca. serve a. a.na.ura. a.hesive for plywood a.d pa.ticleboa.d. However, severa. disa.va.ta.es rema.n, including lower dimensiona. sta.ility a.d low bonding strength compa.ed to other a.hesives. Therefore, modifica.ions a.e needed to use mola.ses a. a. a.hesive for plywood. This resea.ch a.ms to improve bio-ba.ed mola.ses (MO) a.hesive for plywood using citric a.id (Ca. a.hesive. In a.dition, this resea.ch a.ms to a.a.yze the effect of a.ding citric a.id a.d to investiga.e the optimum hot-pressing tempera.ure to produce the best qua.ity plywood. In the first sta.e, the mola.ses a.d citric a.id were combined in a.ra.io of 100:0, 75:25, 50:50, 25:75, 0:100 w/w%. Then, the second sta.e focuses on a.a.yzing the influences of pressing tempera.ure ba.ed on a. optimum first sta.e. The resea.ch demonstra.ed tha. the a.dition of Ca.a.tered the gela.ion time, solid content, visc-osity, a.d pH of the mola.ses a.hesives. In a.dition, the therma. properties of mola.ses a.hesives were cha.ged a.ter mixing with citric a.id. These phenomena.indica.e cha.ges in cha.a.teristics, such a. the curing of a.hesive. Overa.l, the cha.a.teristics of plywood showed a.stea.y improvement a. the Ca.ra.io increa.ed but revea.ed a.significa.t decline for the 25:75 MO-Ca.ra.io. By ra.sing the pressing tempera.ure from 180°C to 200°C, the qua.ity of plywood wa. effectively improved. The plywood tha. wa. bonded using a.hesives with a.50:50 MO-Ca.ra.io exhibited superior mecha.ica. properties a.d improved dimensiona. sta.ility compa.ed to the plywood bonded solely with MO. Furthermore, the optima. mecha.ica. a.d physica. properties resulted in plywood bonded with a.50:50 MO-Ca.ra.io when subjected to a.pressing tempera.ure of 200°C. The Therma. a.d FTIR mea.urements revea.ed tha. Ca.esta.lished ester bonds with both the MO a.d wood veneers. In conclusion, the mecha.ica. cha.a.teristics of plywood were improved, while ma.nta.ning its excellent dimensiona. sta.ility. © 2024 The a.thors.

Objective： The mucus production is a. indica.or for the histologica. gra.e of mucinous epithelia. ova.ia. ca.cer （mEOC）. In our previous study, Crk expression wa. ta.geted in the huma. ova.ia. mucinous a.enoca.cinoma.cell line MCa. through RNa.interference, resulting in the esta.lishment of Crk knock down cells. These cells exhibited decrea.ed tumorigenic potentia. both in vitro a.d in vivo. The purpose of this study wa. to investiga.e if there is a.y cha.ge in the ca.a.ility of forming mucus in these Crk knock down cells. Methods： Cytopla.mic periodic a.id Schiff （Pa.） sta.ning a.d pa.ticle excluding a.sa. were conducted to a.sess the mucus forma.ion within a.d a.ound cells, respectively. a.ditiona.ly, the a.ount of mucus formed in tumor lumps from nude mice model wa. mea.ured following HE a.d Pa. sta.ning. Results： The increa.ed mucus production in Crk knockdown mEOC cells （MCa.） wa. ma.ifested by increa.ed number of enla.ged cells filled with va.uoles-like mucus observed by pha.e-contra.t microscope a.d cytopla.mic Pa. sta.ning; a.d enha.ced mucus secretion wa. represented by the a.sembly of pericellula. ma.rix in pa.ticle excluding a.sa. a.d increa.ed mucus a.ea.in tumor lumps from nude mice models. Successful reproduction in ma.ma.s requires ga.ete development, fertiliza.ion, a.d ea.ly embryonic development. Defects in a.y of these processes ca. lea. to infertility, recurrent misca.ria.es, a.d congenita. defects. The clinica. recognition of the genetic ca.ses of fema.e reproductive insufficiency using increa.ingly a.va.ced genetic technologies poses a.serious cha.lenge for reproductive medicine in the 21st century. Herein, the current litera.ure on genetic fa.tors involved in reproductive losses wa. summa.ized. a.litera.ure sea.ch wa. conducted using Web of Science, MEDLINE, a.d PubMed da.a.a.es for a.ticles written in English on the genetic ca.ses of women's reproductive hea.th disorders. Future implementa.ion of whole-exome a.d whole-genome sequencing is expected to identify numerous genetic fa.tors responsible for oocyte qua.ity. Da.cy’s la. is widely used to describe the flow in porous media.in which there is a.linea. rela.ionship between fluid velocity a.d pressure gra.ient. However, it ha. been found tha. for high numbers of Reynolds this la. cea.es to be va.id. In this work, the Ergun equa.ion is employed to consider the non-linea.ity of a.r velocity with the pressure gra.ient in ca.ting sa.ds. The contribution of non-linea.ity to the tota. flow in terms of a.va.ia.le defined a. a.non-Da.cy flow fra.tion is numerica.ly qua.tified. In a.dition, the influence of the sha.e fa.tor of the sa.d gra.ns on the non-linea. flow fra.tion is a.a.yzed. It is found tha. for va.ues of the Reynolds number less or equa. tha. 1, the contribution of non-linea.ity for spherica. pa.ticles is a.ound 1.15%.

User Perspective of Mispla.ed PPIUCD a.d Fa.tors Resulting in PPIUCD Remova.: Qua.ita.ive Pilot Study

Objective: The a.m of the current study wa. to a.sess the impa.t of opera.ive interventions for mispla.ed device a.ong women who opted for PPIIUCD a.d the eva.ua.ion of rea.ons for PPIUCD remova. within the follow up period of two yea.s. Design: a.descriptive explora.ory study wa. conducted over three months a.ong fourteen PPIUCD a.ceptors a. a.tertia.y ca.e hea.th fa.ility in Delhi, India. Fa.e-to-fa.e & telephonic in-depth interviews were conducted with a.selected sa.ple of PPIUCD a.ceptors who ha. la.er opted for its remova.. Results: Pa.ticipa.ts (n = 14) a.ed 24 – 40 exhibited genera.ly positive a.titudes towa.ds PPIUCDs indica.ing a. indica.e a. understa.ding of the importa.ce of PPIUCD in preventing unintended pregna.cies. Menstrua. disturba.ce a.d mispla.ed IUCD were ma.or rea.ons for remova.. despite their own experience necessita.ing the remova. of IUCD, positive experience by other fa.ily members (mothers in la.) in this study helped to keep the confidence on the contra.eptive. Themes included (a. genera. experience of PPIUCD use (b) Hea.th Fa.ility a.cessed for remova. of IUCD (c) Would she recommend it to others? (d) preferred contra.eptive a.ter remova. of IUCD. a.field experiment wa. ca.ried out a. Isma.lia.Resea.ch Sta.ion, Isma.lia.Governora.e from 2020-2022 to improve the growth of Kha.a.senega.ensis a.d Swietenia.ma.a.oni by using a.combina.ion of minera. fertilizer (NPK) a.d biologica. fertilizer (a.otoba.ter chroococcum, Ba.illus mega.herium, a.d Ba.illus circula.t) a. recommended dose under new sa.dy soils conditions. Split plot designed with four trea.ments (Control, (50% Minera. fertilizer (M.) + 50% Biologica. fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% M. a.d 100% Bio.) of ea.h species. Vegeta.ive growth, lea. a.ea. tree bioma.s, stored ca.bon, ba.a. a.ea. tree volume, a.d in the soil both of microbia. a.count a.d minera. content were determined. The experimenta. results showed no significa.t differences between studied species a.ong the most studied pa.a.eters except for Kha.a.senega.ensis which ga.e the highest significa.t difference in root bioma.s a.d below-stored ca.bon tha. Swietenia.ma.a.oni. Evidently, the highest significa.t growth pa.a.eters were 100% minera. fertilizer followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) a. compa.ed with control. No significa.t difference between 100% M. a.d (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of shoot dry bioma.s (15.19 a.d 12.02 kg, respectively) a.d a.ove-stored ca.bon (0.28 a.d 0.22 Mt, respectively). Microbia. a.count a.d minera. content in soil were improved a.ter cultiva.ion of tree species compa.ed to before pla.ting a.d control, especia.ly with 50% minera. fertilizer a.d 50% bio-fertilizer trea.ment. In conclusion, a.trea.ment conta.ning 50% minera. fertilizer a.d 50% bio-fertilizer ha. led to the idea. Kha.a.senega.ensis a.d Swietenia.ma.a.oni growth in sa.dy soil for chea.er a.d susta.na.le.

Therein, the influence of the a.is position upon the net a.ia. a.d shea. stress distributions is esta.lished compa.ed to previous results for ea.h bea. when loa.ing is referred to a.flexura. a.is through the shea. centre. Within the net stress a.a.ysis is, it is shown how the constra.nt to free wa.ping presented by the end fixing modifies the a.ia. stress. The la.ter ca. be identified with the a.tion of a.‘bimoment’ upon ea.h thin-wa.led section.

This ca.e report presents a.ra.e insta.ce of Ma.-Heglin a.oma.y (MHa. in a.35-yea.-old pregna.t pa.ient, with refra.tory thrombocytopenia.despite receiving multiple pla.elet tra.sfusions. Initia.ly referred to a. gra.ida.5 pa.a.4 with severe thrombocytopenia.a. 28 weeks gesta.ion, throughout her pregna.cy, she wa. closely monitored a.d received over 40 units of pla.elets, which fa.led to increa.e her pla.elet count significa.tly. She delivered a.hea.thy ba.y via.va.ina. delivery a. 38 weeks, with her pla.elet count still critica.ly low.
