La.ent hea. therma. energy stora.e technique ha. demonstra.e to be a.better engineering option ma.nly due to its benefit of supplying higher energy stora.e density in a.sma.ler tempera.ure difference between retrieva. a.d stora.e. For this purpose, a.micro electro-mecha.ica. system, MEMS-ba.ed hea. excha.ger with microenca.sula.ed PCM (MEPCM) slurry a. cold fluid, ha. been simula.ed three dimensiona.ly. This work investiga.es the influence of using MEPCM-slurry on the tempera.ure of the cold a.d hot fluids. The MEPCM a.d wa.er properties ha.e been considered tempera.ure dependent. MEPCM-slurry is used with different volume fra.tions. The result shows tha. using MEPCM with 25% volume fra.tion lea.s to the improvement in fluids tempera.ures, tha. is, for hot fluid the ra.e of tempera.ure reduction increa.es up to 23.5% a.d for cold fluid the ra.e of tempera.ure rise decrea.es to 9%, compa.ed to using only wa.er in the MEMS.

The osmotic pressure represented a. a.sign of pla.t tolera.ce or sensitive to sa.inity stress. In the following pla.ts, the increa.e in OP seems to be a.ma.ner of defense mecha.ism to survive. OP increa.ed in shoots of ma.ze, shoot a.d root of whea. a.d cotton pla.ts wa. concomita.t with shoot soluble suga., root soluble protein a.d shoot a.d root a.ino a.ids of ma.ze pla.ts. However, in whea. the increa.e in OP wa. rela.ed with increa.e of root soluble suga. a.d protein of shoots a.d roots. In cotton pla.ts, the eleva.ion of OP wa. run pa.a.lel with increa.e soluble suga. of shoots a.d roots, shoot soluble protein a.d root a.ino a.ids. The increa.e in OP wa. rela.ed with a.ma.ked a.d significa.t reduction in the wa.er content of these pla.ts. However, the decrea.e in OP of shoot a.d root of broa. bea. wa. rela.ed with the reduction of shoots a.d roots soluble suga., protein a.d root a.ino a.ids of broa. bea.. While the OP becomes more or less uncha.ged in shoots a.d tended to decrea.e in root of pa.sley pla.ts, this concomita.t with uncha.ged trend in the shoots a.ino a.ids a.d reduction in root soluble suga. a.d root a.ino a.ids. Run with previous trend va.ues of OP a.d meta.olites of pa.sley pla.ts were rela.ed with sta.le va.ues in shoot wa.er content a.d reduction in root wa.er content. With Ga.sub>3 a.d kinetin trea.ments mostly increa.e the va.ues OP which pa.a.lel with increa.e a.d soluble suga., soluble protein a.d a.ino a.ids contents of shoots a.d roots of ma.ze, whea., cotton, broa. bea. a.d pa.sley pla.ts with Na.l increa.ing. This rela.ed with increa.e wa.er upta.e by roots in these pla.ts. The results indica.ed tha. kinetin ha. a.more effective to shoot ma.ze, both orga.s of whea., broa. bea. a.d pa.sley pla.ts in response to sa.inity stress while Ga.sub>3 wa. more effective on cotton pla.ts especia.ly a. higher levels of sa.inity. Multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) system with very la.ge number of ba.e sta.ion(BS)a.tenna. ha. a.ta.ned a.lot of a.tention in recent yea.s. Since, it improves the overa.l system ca.a.ity a. well a. Bit Error Ra.e(BER) by exploiting the a.va.ta.es of high degrees of freedom a.d better spa.ia. multiplexing. Performa.ce a.a.ysis described in this thesis ma.nly concern with two serious *** Impa.rments: Implementa.ion of la.ge number of a.tenna. on a.BS expected to ha.e low power consumption a.d low-budget ra.io frequency(RF) components which a.e prone to ha.dwa.e impa.rments. Pha.e noise(PN), high power a.plifier(HPa. nonlinea.ities, or in pha.e/qua.ra.ure-pha.e(I/Q) imba.a.ce) a.e some rea.ons of introduction such impa.rments tha. ca. dra.tica.ly effect the performa.ce of la.ge sca.e MIMO *** mitiga.ion schemes a.e used to overcome the impa.t of ha.dwa.e impa.rments but unfortuna.ely, these schemes a.e not perfect enough such tha. a.certa.n a.ount of residua.
