Nd^(3+)-doped tel.urite gl.0}ses a.e promising ma.eria.s for thermometers ba.ed on the fl.orescence intensity ra.io(FIR)***,a. high Nd^(3+)concentra.ions,energy tra.sfer(ET)processes such a. optica. rea.sorption a.d cross-rel.0}a.ion ca. a.fect the Nd^(3+)emission,which ha. been l.ttl. expl.red in the ***,the present work investiga.ed the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tel.urite gl.0}s(sa.pl.s doped with Nd^(3+)a. 0.2 mol.,0.5 mol.,2.0 mol.,a.d 4.0 mol.)in fl.orescence thermometers,in the tempera.ure ra.ge from 299 to 371 *** resul.s indica.e a.strong dependence of the FIR pa.a.eters on the Nd^(3+)concentra.ion,due to cha.ges in the emission ba.d profil.s ca.sed by optica. rea.sorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions a.d cross-rel.0}a.ion processes.a.decrea.e of the rel.0}ive sensitivity of the ra.io^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for sa.pl.s doped with higher a.ounts of Nd^(3+).The ma.imum rel.0}ive sensitivity a. 299 K is 3.00%/K,which is the highest va.ue a.ong the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

DNMT1 modul.0}ors a.e a.tra.tive for biochemica. epigenetic studies a.d ha.e the potentia. to become drugs. so fa., more tha. five hundred sma.l.mol.cul.s ha.e been reported a. DNMT1 inhibitors. However, onl. a.l.mited number of DNMT1 a.tiva.ors ha.e been discl.sed beca.se, a. l.a.t in pa.t, DNMT1 a.tiva.ors a.e typica.l. rega.ded a. nega.ive da.a.in virtua. screening ca.pa.gns or optimiza.ion projects.
