Objective： To study the ma.n clinica. a.d histopa.hologica. fea.ures of 12 pa.ients with Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.（HL） dia.nosed prima.ily from bone ma.row （bM） involvement. Methods： We included 12 a.quired immunodeficiency syndrome （a.DS） pa.ients with HL a.sisted in the F. J. Mufiiz Infectious Disea.es Hospita. since Ja.ua.y 2002 to December 2013. The dia.nosis of ilL with prima.y bM involvement in pa.ients wa. confirmed by clinica., histopa.hologica., a.d immunohistochemica. findings. Results： a.l pa.ients presented ＂b＂ symptoms a.d pa.cytopenia. a.l of them ha. sta.e IV neopla.m disea.e beca.se of bM infiltra.ion. The media. of CD4＋ T-cell counts wa. 114 cells/μL, a.d mixed cellula.ity （MC） wa. the most frequent histopa.hologica. subtype of 92% ca.es. Conclusion： When other ca.ses a.e excluded, bM biopsy should be performed in a.DS pa.ients with ＂b＂ symptoms a.d pa.cytopenia.to eva.ua.e bM infiltra.ion by a.ypica. lymphocytes.

Mela.in is the ba.is of colora.ion in ma.y a.ima.s,a.d a.though it is often used in communica.ion,thermoregula.ion,or ca.oufla.e,mela.in ha. ma.y other physiologica. *** exa.ple,in polluted ha.ita.s,mela.in ca. ha.e a.detoxifying *** colora.ion would help to sequester in the skin the hea.y meta. conta.ina.ts from inside the body,which will be expelled to the exterior when the skin is ***,a.ima.s should ha.e evolved more mela.ic colora.ions in more polluted ha.ita.s(“industria. mela.ism”hypothesis).We exa.ined whether the fossoria. a.phisba.nia. reptile,Trogonophis wiegma.ni,is a.le to elimina.e hea.y meta.s,derived from soil pollution by sea.ull depositions,through sloughing its *** results suggest a.cova.ia.ion between levels of soil pollution by hea.y meta.s a.d the concentra.ion of hea.y meta.s in the sloughed skins of *** suggests tha. a.phisba.nia.s ma. expel hea.y meta.s from their bodies when they slough the *** a.so tested whether a.phisba.nia.s inha.iting soils with higher levels of hea.y meta. pollution ha. da.ker(mela.in-dependent)body ***,contra.y to predictions from the“industria. mela.iza.ion”hypothesis,we found a.nega.ive rela.ionship between soil pollution a.d proportions of mela.ic *** contra.ictory result could,however,be expla.ned beca.se hea.y meta.s ha.e endocrine disruption effects tha. increa.e physiologica. stress,a.d higher stress levels could result in decrea.ed *** suggest tha. a.though a.phisba.nia.s might ha.e some detoxifying mecha.ism linked to mela.in in the skin,this process might be nega.ively a.fected by stress a.d result ineffective under conditions of high soil pollution.

OK(LTOK) group. Cornea. biomecha.ics were cha.a.terized using the Cor Vis? ST system(Oculus), recording pa.a.eters such a. time [first/second a.pla.a.ion time(a.1, a.2)], speed [velocity of cornea. a.ex a. the first/second a.pla.a.ion time(a.1, a.2)], a.d a.plitude of deforma.ion(a.1, a.2) in the first a.d second cornea. fla.tening, cornea. stiffness(SPa.), biomecha.ica.ly corrected intra.cula. pressure(b IOP) a.d cornea.(CbI) a.d tomogra.hic biomecha.ica. indices(TbI).RESULTS: Significa.tly lower a.1 a.d sta.da.d devia.e on of a.brosio’s rela.iona. a.era.e thickness rela.ed to the horizonta. profile(a.Th) va.ues were found in the OK groups compa.ed to CG(Pa.tly higher va.ues of CbI were found in STOK a.d LTOK groups compa.ed to CG(Pa.t differences between groups were found in integra.ed ra.ius index(P=0.24), stra.n stress index(P=0.22), tomogra.hic biomecha.ica. index(P=0.91) a.d cornea. stif fness pa.a.eter(SPa., P=0.97). Idiopa.hic a.ha.a.ia.is a. a.chetype esopha.ea. motor disorder, ca.sing significa.t impa.rment of ea.ing a.ility a.d reducing qua.ity of life. The pa.hophysiologica. underpinnings of this condition a.e loss of esopha.ea. perista.sis a.d insufficient rela.a.ion of the lower esopha.ea. sphincter(LES). The clinica. ma.ifesta.ions include dyspha.ia.for both solids a.d liquids, regurgita.ion of esopha.ea. contents, retrosterna. chest pa.n, cough, a.pira.ion, weight loss a.d hea.tburn. Even though idiopa.hic a.ha.a.ia.wa. first described more tha. 300 yea.s a.o, resea.chers a.e only now beginning to unra.el its complex etiology a.d molecula. pa.hology. The most recent findings indica.e a. a.toimmune component, a. suggested by the presence of circula.ing a.ti-myenteric plexus a.toa.tibodies, a.d a.genetic predisposition, a. suggested by observed correla.ions with other well-defined genetic syndromes such a. a.lgrove syndrome a.d multiple endocrine neopla.ia.type 2 b syndrome. Vira. a.ents(herpes, va.icella.zoster) ha.e a.so been proposed a. ca.sa.ive a.d promoting fa.tors. Unfortuna.ely, the thera.eutic a.proa.hes a.a.la.le toda. do not resolve the ca.ses of the disea.e, a.d only ta.get the consequentia. cha.ges to the involved tissues, such a. destruction of the LES, ra.her tha. restoring or modifying the underlying pa.hology. New thera.ies should a.m to stop the disea.e a. ea.ly sta.es, thereby preventing the consequentia. cha.ges from developing a.d inhibiting perma.ent da.a.e. This review focuses on the known cha.a.teristics of idiopa.hic a.ha.a.ia.tha. will help promote understa.ding its pa.hogenesis a.d improve thera.eutic ma.a.ement to positively impa.t the pa.ient's qua.ity of life.
