The present pa.er reports the effective utiliza.ion of ma.ble sludge powder(MSP)for the recovery of pota.h va.ues from wa.te mica.scra. using chlorina.ion roa.ting-wa.er lea.hing *** studies indica.ed the presence of dolomite a. the ma.or minera. pha.e in MSP,wherea. muscovite a.d qua.tz were observed in the mica.*** a.id lea.hing studies suggest a.ma.imum of 22%pota.h recovery under conditions:4 M H2SO4 a.id,pa.ticle size of^100μm,stirring speed of 600 r/min,lea.hing tempera.ure of 75℃,a.d lea.hing time of 90 *** chlorina.ion roa.ting-wa.er lea.hing process wa. a.opted to a.hieve the lowest level of 80%-90%pota.h *** optimum conditions for the recovery of^93%pota.h from mica.~8.6wt%K2O)requires 900℃ roa.ting tempera.ure,30 min roa.ting time,a.d 1:1:0.75 ma.s ra.io of mica.MSP:*** roa.ting tempera.ure a.d a.ount of Na.l a.e found to be the most importa.t fa.tors for the recovery *** rea.tion mecha.ism suggests the forma.ion of different minera. pha.es,including sylvite(KCl),wolla.tonite,kya.ite,a.d ensta.ite,during roa.ting,which were confirmed by X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD)a.a.yses a.d sca.ning electron microscopy(SEM)*** MSP-blended Na.l a.ditive is more effective for pota.h recovery compa.ed with the other reported commercia. roa.ting a.ditives.

a.uminium ma.rix surfa.e composites a.e ga.ning a.luring role especia.ly in a.rospa.e, defence, a.d ma.ine industries. Friction stir processing(FSP) is a.promising novel solid sta.e technique for surfa.e composites fa.rica.ion. In this study, a.6061/SiC surfa.e composites were fa.rica.ed a.d the effect of tool plunge depth on pa.tern of reinforcement pa.ticles dispersion in meta. ma.rix wa. investiga.ed. Six va.ying tool plunge depths were chosen a. consta.t levels of shoulder dia.eter a.d tool tilt a.gle to observe the exclusive effect of plunge va.ia.ion. Process pa.a.eters chosen for the experimenta.ion a.e speed of rota.ion, tra.el speed a.d tool tilt a.gle which were ta.en a. 1400 rpm, 40 mm/min, a.d 2.5 °respectively. Ma.ro a.d the microstructura. study were performed using stereo zoom a.d optica. microscope respectively. Results reflected tha. lower plunge depth levels lea. to insufficient hea. genera.ion a.d ca.ity forma.ion towa.ds the stir zone center. On the other ha.d, higher levels of plunge depth result in ejection of reinforcement pa.ticles a.d even sticking of ma.eria. to tool shoulder. Thus, a. optima. plunge depth is needed in developing defect free surfa.e composites.

In this resea.ch, effect of va.ying spa.ia. orienta.ions on the build time requirements for fused deposition modelling process is studied. In this work, optimiza.ion of complementa.y meta. oxide semiconductor (CMOS) repea.er driven interconnect resistive-ca.a.itive (RC) line is ca.ried out using genetic a.gorithm (Ga.. This work is a.med a. powerdela.- product (PDP) minimiza.ion of RC interconnect a. 180 nm technology node. The a.gorithm simulta.eously optimizes the va.ues of supply volta.e, number of repea.ers a.d repea.er width for dela. a.d PDP minimiza.ion. The a.cura.y of results obta.ned is verified by simula.ions from Ca.ence virtuoso tool. For dela. minimiza.ion, compa.ison of Ga.results with previous results of the litera.ure shows a. improvement of 44.4% in the va.ue of the optima. number of repea.ers required. This improvement is obta.ned by increa.ing the repea.er size, which a.so increa.es power dissipa.ion, so a.tra.eoff ha. a.so been a.hieved in terms of PDP minimiza.ion. The compa.ison of PDP results obta.ned in this work, with the results a. 70, 100, a.d 130 nm technologies from litera.ure shows improvement in optima. number of repea.ers required. Orthogona. frequency division multiplexing （OFDM）, a.very promising technique tha. is lea.ing the evolution in wireless mobile communica.ion to sideline the ba.dwidth sca.city issue in spectrum a.loca.ion, is severely a.fected by the undesira.le effects of the frequency offset error, which genera.es inter ca.tier interference （ICI） due to the Doppler shift a.d loca. oscilla.or frequency synchroniza.ion errors. There a.e ma.y ICI ca.cella.ion techniques a.a.la.le in the litera.ure, such a. self-ca.cella.ion （SC）, ma.imum likelihood estima.ion （MLE）, a.d windowing, but they present a.tra.eoff between ba.dwidth redunda.cy a.d system complexity. In this study, a.new energy-efficient, ba.dwidth-effective technique is proposed to mitiga.e ICI through cyclic prefix （CP） reuse a. the receiver end. Unlike SC a.d MLE where the whole OFDM symbol da.a.is tra.smitted in duplica.e to crea.e redunda.cy a. the tra.smitter end, the proposed technique uses the CP da.a.（which is only 20% of the tota. symbol ba.dwidth） to estima.e the cha.nel, a.d it produces simila. results with a.huge ba.dwidth sa.ing. The simula.ion results show tha. the proposed technique ha. a.significa.t improvement in error performa.ce, a.d a.compa.a.ive a.a.ysis demonstra.es the substa.tia. improvement in energy efficiency with high ba.dwidth ga.n. Therefore, it outperforms the lega.y IC1 ca.cella.ion schemes under considera.ion.
