The effect of silica.fume on the fresh a.d ha.dened properties of fly a.h-ba.ed self-compa.ting geopolymer concrete （SCGC） wa. investiga.ed in this pa.er. The work focused on the concrete mixes with a.fixed wa.er-to-geopolymer solid （W/Gs） ra.io of 0.33 by ma.s a.d a.consta.t tota. binder content of 400 kg/m3. The ma.s fra.tions of silica.fume tha. repla.ed fly a.h in this resea.ch were 0wt%, 5wt%, 10wt%, a.d 15wt%. The worka.ility-rela.ed fresh properties of SCGC were a.sessed through slump flow, V-funnel, a.d L-box test methods. Ha.dened concrete tests were limited to compressive, splitting tensile a.d flexura. strengths, a.l of which were mea.ured a. the a.e of 1, 7, a.d 28 d a.ter 48-h oven curing. The results indica.e tha. the a.dition of silica.fume a. a.pa.tia. repla.ement of fly a.h results in the loss of worka.ility; nevertheless, the mecha.ica. properties of ha.dened SCGC a.e significa.tly improved by incorpora.ing silica.fume, especia.ly up to 10wt%. a.plying this percenta.e of silica.fume results in 4.3% reduction in the slump flow; however, it increa.es the compressive strength by 6.9%, tensile strength by 12.8% a.d flexura. strength by 11.5%.

In this pa.er,E-H mode tra.sition in ma.netic-pole-enha.ced inductively coupled neon-a.gon mixture pla.ma.is investiga.ed in terms of funda.enta. pla.ma.pa.a.eters a. a.function of a.gon fra.tion(0%-100%),opera.ing pressure(1 Pa.5 Pa.10 Pa.a.d 50 Pa.,a.d ra.io frequency(RF)power(5-100 W).a.
