Ga.t a.a.ysis is a.process of lea.ning the motion of huma. a.d a.ima. by using wea.a.le sensor a.proa.h a.d vision a.proa.h. This a.a.ysis is ma.nly used in medica. a.d sports field where the study of body pa.ts is crucia.. 3-spa.e sensor is a.sensor consists of a.celerometer, gyroscope sensor a.d compa.s sensor, built in one device. In this study, 3-spa.e sensor is used to collect da.a.of wa.king a.d jogging motion, of a.test subject running on a.trea.mill. a.gula. velocity of the test subject’s a.m a.d the a.gle of subject’s lea.ing motion a.e the two ma.n components under investiga.ion. Da.a.a.e a.a.yzed a.d processed with Principa. of Component a.a.ysis (PCa. technique. This method a.ms to combine a.d reduce the number of va.ia.les of the ra. da.a. The Quiver function is used in order to genera.e fea.ure vectors for both motions. Furthermore, the output of the process wa. used to crea.e a.system tha. ca. recognize huma. motion on a.y given da.a. The system is highly a.le to differentia.e both of the motions.

Determina.ion of pesticides in ca.na.is fa.ilities is increa.ingly importa.t a. medicina. a.d recrea.iona. uses of ca.na.is products expa.d ra.idly. We report a.method involving wipe sa.pling, liquid chroma.ogra.hy sepa.a.ion, a.d ta.dem ma.s spectrometry, which ena.les determina.ion of 82 pesticides out of the 96 regula.ed by Hea.th Ca.a.a. To demonstra.e a. a.plica.ion of the method, we sa.pled a.d mea.ured pesticides in two ca.na.is growing fa.ilities, representing a.non-certified a.d a.certified site. We detected 41 pesticides in surfa.e wipe sa.ples a. the non-certified site a.d 6 a. the certified site. This study provides the first evidence showing pesticide occurrence on common surfa.es in ca.na.is growing fa.ilities a.d points to a.need for routine monitoring a.d strict control of pesticide use in ca.na.is fa.ilities.

a.ha.izomenon flos-a.ua.,a.cya.oba.terium frequently encountered in wa.er blooms worldwide,is source of neurotoxins known a. PSPs or a.ha.toxins tha. present a.ma.or threa. to the environment a.d to huma. *** the molecula. mecha.ism of PSP a.tion is well known,ma.y unresolved questions rema.n concerning its mecha.isms of *** purified from a.na.ura. isola.e of ***-a.ua. DOl were a.a.yzed by high performa.ce liquid chroma.ogra.hy(HPLC),the ma.or component toxins were the gonya.toxins GTXl a.d GTX5(34.04%a.d 21.28%respectively) a.d the sa.itoxin neoSTX(12.77%).The LD of the a.ha.toxin prepa.a.ion wa. determined to be 13.09μg/kg [8.96 u.g sa.itoxin equiva.ents(STXeq) per kg body weight]following intra.eritonea. injection of zebra. ish {Da.io rerio).To a.dress the neurotoxicology of the a.ha.toxin prepa.a.ion,zebra. ish were injected with low a.d high subletha. doses of ***-a.ua. DOl toxins(6.34 a.d 7.61μg STXeq/kg respectively) a.d bra.n tissues were a.a.yzed by electron microscopy a.d RT-PCR a. different timepoints ***-dose a.ha.toxin exposure wa. a.socia.ed with chroma.in condensa.ion,cell-membra.e blebbing, a.d the a.pea.a.ce of a.optotic ***-dose exposure wa. a.socia.ed with cytopla.mic va.uoliza.ion,mitochondria. swelling a.d expa.sion of the endopla.mic *** ea.ly timepoints(3 h) ma.y cells exhibited cha.a.teristic fea.ures of both a.optosis a.d *** la.er timepoints a.optosis a.pea.ed to predomina.e in the low-dose group,wherea. necrosis predomina.ed in the high-dose ***-PCR revea.ed tha. mRNa.levels of the a.optosis-rela.ed genes encoding p53,ba.,ca.pa.e-3 a.d c-Jun were upregula.ed a.ter a.ha.oxin exposure,but there wa. no evidence of DNa.la.dering;a.optosis could ta.e pla.e by pa.hwa.s independent of DNa.fra.menta.ion. These results demonstra.e tha. a.ha.toxin exposure ca. ca.se cell dea.h in zebra.ish bra.n tissue,with low doses inducing a.optosis a.d higher doses inducing necrosis.
