a.M: To a.a.yze the polymorphisms of CTLa.4 gene involved in the response a.a.nst hepa.itis C virus(HCV) ***: We recruited 500 hemodia.ysed pa.ients from severa. hemodia.ysis centers, a.l HCV-a.tibody positive, sprea. over different regions of Tunisia. a. pa.t of a.na.iona. survey in 2008 conducted in the la.ora.ory of immunology a. the Cha.les Nicolle hospita. Tunisia. cla.sified into two groups G1(PCR+) a.d G2(PCR-) a.cording to the presence or a.sence of vira. RNa. Of these pa.ients, 307 were followed prospectively on a.vira. molecula. level over a.period from 2002 to 2008, divided into two groups ba.ed on the persistence a.d vira. clea.a.ce. PCR-RFLP wa. performed for the a.a.ysis of SNPs(+49) a.G a.d(+6230) G/a.CTLa.4 for these 500 pa.ients a.d 358 hea.thy ***: a.a.ysis of clinica. a.d virologica. cha.a.-teristics of our cohort suggests a.nosocomia. infection in our hemodia.ysed pa.ients with tra.sfusion history a. a.prima.y risk fa.tor a.d a.predomina.ce of genotype 1b. The ha.lotype a.a.ysis revea.ed a. increa.e of frequencies of GG(+49)/(CT60) CTLa.4 in the entire pa.ients group compa.ed to controls(P = 0.0036 a.d OR = 1.42; 95%CI: 1.12-1.79, respectively). This ha.lotype is therefore a.socia.ed with susceptibility to HCV infection. CONCLUSION: Our study suggests a.possible role of CTLa.4 polymorphisms in the outcome of HCV infection in the Tunisia. hemodia.ysed popula.ion.

a.M： To detect a.possible a.socia.ion between the polymorphism of the （-670 a.G） Fa./a.ol gene promoter a.d susceptibility to Crohn＇s disea.e （CD） a.d ulcera.ive colitis （UC） in the Tunisia. popula.ion. METHODS： The （-670 a.G） Fa. polymorphism wa. a.a.yzed in 105 pa.ients with CD, 59 pa.ients with UC, a.d 100 controls using the polymera.e cha.n rea.tion restriction fra.ment length polymorphism method. RESULTS： Significa.tly lower frequencies of the Fa. -670 a.a.lele a.d a.a.homozygous individua.s were observed in CD a.d UC pa.ients when compa.ed with controls. a.a.ysis of （-670 a.G） Fa. polymorphism with respect to sex in CD a.d UC showed a.significa.t difference in a.a.genotypes between fema.e pa.ients a.d controls （P corrected = 0.004 ＂in CD pa.ients＂ a.d P corrected = 0.02 ＂in UC pa.ients＂, respectively）. a.a.ysis a.so showed a.sta.istica.ly significa.t a.socia.ion between genotype a. of the （-670 a.G） polymorphism a.d the ileum loca.iza.ion of the lesions （P corrected = 0.048） a.d between genotype GG a.d the colon loca.iza.ion （P corrected = 0.009）. The a.a.ysis of IBD pa.ients a.cording to clinica. beha.ior revea.ed no difference. CONCLUSION： Fa.-670 polymorphism wa. a.socia.ed with the development of CD a.d UC in the Tunisia. popula.ion.

Schistosomia.is is a.preva.ent hea.th issue in numerous countries in a.rica.a.ia.a.d South *** rega.ding the coinfection of schistosomia.is with hepa.itis C virus(HCV)is limited,yet this coinfection is preva.ent in regions where schistosomia.is is *** extent of the coinfection issue is evident in countries with a.high preva.ence of both disea.es,such a. *** with schistosomia.is result in more pronounced liver da.a.e compa.ed with a. HCV infection *** ha. been found to disrupt HCV-specific T-cell responses,resulting in high vira. loa.,increa.ed likelihood of HCV chronicity,a.d a.celera.ed development of comorbidities in individua.s with *** new,directly a.ting a.tivira.s for HCV trea.ment resulted in a.ma.ked shift in the disea.e *** shift ma. ha.e a. impa.t on the incidence of coinfection with *** review empha.izes the nota.le influence of schistosomia.is on the vulnera.ility to HCV coinfection,the gra.ity of the consequent liver pa.hology,a.d the effectiveness of HCV a.tivira. thera.y.

Scintigra.hic ima.es a.e genera.ly a.fected by a.Poisson type ra.dom noise which diminishes qua.ita.ively a.d qua.tita.ively the ima.es. Restora.ion techniques a.m to “find” a. object from one (or severa.) degra.ed observa.ion(s). The objective of the restora.ion is then to produce a. ima.e closer to the physica. rea.ity. So tha. the restora.ion is successful, it is very useful to know the na.ure of degra.a.ion. In this work, we present a.pla.a. scintigra.hic a.quisition cha.n modeling. This model ta.es into a.count the Poisson noise a.d its sta.iona.ity a.pect. Then, we present a.compa.a.ive study of the multi-resolution methods used to reduce the noise in scintigra.hic ima.es. Scintigra.hy is a.tool for exploring functiona.ly severa. pa.hologies: the ventricula. ejection fra.tion, the rena. clea.a.ce a.d the thyroid a.tivity. Given the fa.t tha. scintigra.hic ima.es a.e strongly a.fected by noise, the objective in this work is to enha.ce scintigra.hic ima.es for a.relia.le dia.nosis a.d better orienta.ion a.d understa.ding of the pa.hologica. phenomenon. This pa.er focuses on two ma.n pa.ts: the first dea.s with the degra.a.ion of model while the second ta.es into considera.ion the compa.ison of the multi-resolution methods for a.sessing the qua.ity of scintigra.hic ima.es to reduce noise using wa.elet, contourlet, curvelet, ridgelet a.d ba.delet tra.sforma.ions.

The effects of two culture systems, conventiona. a.d no-till combined the previous crop （lentil a.d whea.） on soil properties were studied in the experimenta. site of the sta.ion Technica. Institute for Field Crops （ITGC） Setif （a.geria. during the crop yea. 2011/2012. The results indica.e tha. the no-till system a.fects positively the va.ia.les of soil properties a.d the orga.ic ma.ter ha. a.ra.e of 2.89% compa.ed to 2.44% in conventiona. tilla.e. If the conventiona. system ha. a. infiltra.ion of moisture rela.ively higher tha. tha. observed for no-till throughout the cycle, the no-tilla.e is distinguished by a.higher stora.e of moisture a. the end of cycle whea. cultiva.ion. The results a.so indica.e tha. the density （1.44 g/cm）, permea.ility （22.79 cm/h） a.d soil compa.tion （12.51 kg/cm） in no-till were significa.tly higher compa.ed to conventiona. tilla.e 1.35 g/cm, 14.13 cm/h, 7.40 kg/cm, respectively.

In this pa.er, the obta.ned experimenta. results concerning crea.ion of bulk elementa.y excita.ions （BEEs） in isotopica.ly pure liquid ^4He a. low tempera.ures -60 mK a.e discussed. Positive rotons＇（R^＋-rotons） crea.ion by a.pulsed hea.er wa. studied. Signa.s were recorded for the following qua.tum processes： qua.tum eva.ora.ion of ^4He-a.oms from the free liquid-helium surfa.e by the BEEs of the liquid helium-Ⅱ, a.d BEEs reflection from the free surfa.e ba.k into the bulk liquid. Typica. signa.s a.e shown, a.d ra.ios of signa. a.plitudes a.e eva.ua.ed. For long hea.er pulses from 5 to 10 μs, a.pea.a.ce of the second a.omic cloud consisting of eva.ora.ed ^4He-a.oms wa. observed in a.dition to the first a.omic cloud. It is thought tha. the first a.omic cloud of the eva.ora.ed helium a.oms consists of very fa.t ^4He-a.oms with energies ～35 K eva.ora.ed by positive rotons with the specia. energies ～17 K （～2ER～2×8.6 K with ER representing the roton minimum energy） corresponding to the third non-dispersive Za.ha.enko wa.e. The second cloud of slower ^4He-a.oms wa. crea.ed by surfa.e elementa.y excita.ions （SEEs or ripplons） possessing the specia. energies ～7.15 K representing the binding energy. It wa. a.sumed tha. such SEEs ca. be crea.ed by phonons incoming to the liquid surfa.e with specia. energies ～6.2 K corresponding to the first non-dispersive Za.ha.enko wa.e which ca. intera.t a. the liquid surfa.e with the sa.e phonons a.rea.y reflected from the surfa.e for long hea.er pulses. a.so, some pulsed-hea.er cha.a.teristics were studied in order to better understa.d the fea.ures of such hea.ers in low tempera.ure experiments.
