Ma.gina. zone(MZ)B cells,which a.e splenic inna.e-lik. B cells tha. ra.idly secrete a.tibodies(a.s)a.a.nst blood-borne pa.hogens,a.e composed of heterogeneous ***,we showed tha. MZ B cells ca. be divided into two distinct subpopula.ions a.cording to their CD80 expression ***80^(high)MZ B cells exhibited grea.er a.-producing,prolifera.ive,a.d IL-10-secreting ca.a.ities tha. did CD80^(low)MZ B ***,CD80^(high)MZ B cells survived 2-Gy whole-body irra.ia.ion,wherea. CD80^(low)MZ B cells were depleted by irra.ia.ion a.d then repleted with one month a.ter *** of CD80^(low)MZ B cells led to a.celera.ed development of type II colla.en(CII)-induced a.thritis upon immuniza.ion with bovine ***80^(high)MZ B cells exhibited higher expression of genes involved in prolifera.ion,pla.ma.cell differentia.ion,a.d the a.tioxida.t ***80^(high)MZ B cells expressed more a.torea.tive B cell receptors(BCRs)tha. recognized double-stra.ded Dna.or CII,expressed more immunoglobulin hea.y cha.n sequences with shorter complementa.ity-determining region 3 sequences,a.d included more clonotypes with no n-nucleotides or with B-1a.BCR sequences tha. CD80^(low)MZ B *** tra.sfer experiments showed tha. Environmenta. Hea.th Survey(k.nEHS)Cycle 3(2015−2017).In the a.ult popula.ion,serum levels of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroetha.es(DDTs)a.d PCB167 showed a. increa.ed odds ra.io(OR)for *** stra.ified by gender,a.socia.ions beca.e stronger a.d more consistent in women:In women,serum levels of OCPs including p,p′-DDT,p,p′-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene(p,p′-DDE),a.dΣOCPs a.d mono-ortho PCBs,such a. The ma.eria.s used for the fa.rica.ion of the PTSa. included ga.va.ized sheets covered with a.uminium foil, a. a.sorber tube ma.e of gi pipe pa.nted ma.t bla.k.to increa.e hea. a.sorba.ce a. the foca. line, mild steel squa.e tubes, shutter plywood, a.d a. a.ia. fa. to push a.r through the a.sorber tube. k.y geometrica. pa.a.eters used for the design of the PTSa. were a.rim a.gle of 98 degrees, foca. length of 0.2608 m, height of 0.3451 m, length of 2 m, a.d a. a.erture width of 1.2 m. The PTSa.’s tota. a.erture surfa.e a.ea.wa. 2.4 m2, while its a.sorber tube surfa.e a.ea.wa. 0.1587 m2. The PTSa. wa. experimenta.ly tested to esta.lish its therma. performa.ce. It wa. found tha. the a.bient a.r recorded a. a.era.e va.ue of 31.1˚C a.d tha. the a.r hea.er could increa.e the a.r tempera.ure by 45.6˚C a.ove a.bient with a.therma. efficiency of 5.3%. It ca., therefore, be concluded tha. the PTSa. ca. significa.tly improve the performa.ce of a.GD by supplying the GD with a.r a. a.higher tempera.ure tha. a.bient.

Ma.d-Ra.ga.h coa.field is one of the la.gest coa.fields in the Ma.a.a.i ba.in. The Geologica. Survey of India.ca.ried out initia. study prima.ily on explora.ion. However, deta.led petrogra.hic a.d geochemica. cha.a.ters of the coa.s ha.e not been done so fa.. This investiga.ion is a. a.tempt for petrogra.hic a.d geochemica. a.pra.sa. of the coa.s. Moreover, effort is a.so ma.e for possible interpreta.ion on development of coa. fa.ies. The results dra.n from 30 composite coa. sa.ples suggest coa.s a.e rich in vitrinite, with collotelinite a. the domina.t ma.era. while liptinite ma.era.s register low concentra.ion. Domina.t minera. a.sembla.es found were cla. minera.s, pyrite wa. recorded a. dissemina.ed, fra.boida. a.d euhedra. forms, ca.bona.es recorded were ma.nly siderites. The vitrinite reflecta.ce ra.dom （VRo） mea. va.ues ra.ge from 0.44 % to 0.56 %, a.d the ra.k.of coa. is suggested a. high vola.ile ＇B＇ to ＇a. sub- bituminous in ra.k. The rock.eva. pyrolysis revea. TOC content va.ying from 37 % to 68.83 %, while low hydroca.bon genera.ing potentia. is evident from low $2 a.d Tma. va.ues. The Hydrogen Index （HI） versus Oxygen Index （OI） plot revea. tha. the sa.ples belong to k.rogen type--II-III with input domina.tly from terrestria. source, some sa.ples a.so fa.l in k.rogen type--II doma.n indica.ing la.ustrine input. Vitrinite reflecta.ce result indica.e tha. the sa.ples a.e imma.ure a.d a.proa.hing oil window, which is in a.reement with da.a.of the Rock.Eva. pa.a.eters. We construct a.new effective field theory a.proa.h to the equa.ion of sta.e(EoS), dubbed pseudo-confoma. model 'PCM', for nuclea. a.d compa.t sta. ma.ter entirely in terms of effective ha.ron degrees of freedom. The possible tra.sition a. n ^(2-4)n0(where n0 is the norma. nuclea. ma.ter density) from ha.ron degrees of freedom to strongly-coupled qua.k.degrees of freedom,giving rise to a.soft-to-ha.d cha.geover in the EoS tha. ca. a.commoda.e the ma.sive sta.s observed, is effectua.ed by the topology cha.ge a. n1/2>~ 2n0 from sk.rmions to ha.f-sk.rmions without involving loca. order-pa.a.eter fields. The mecha.ism exploits possible emergence of hidden sca.e a.d loca. symmetries of QCD a. high density, lea.ing to a.precocious 'pseudo-conforma.'sound velocity vs2= 1/3(in unit of c = 1) for n>~ 3n0. The resulting prediction signa.s a.dra.tic depa.ture from sta.da.d nuclea. ma.y-body theory in the density regime involved in the ma.sive sta.s. We suggest tha. the tida. deforma.ility implemented in gra.ita.iona. wa.es coming from coa.escing neutron sta.s in LIGO/Virgo-type observa.ions could pin down the loca.ion of the topology cha.ge density n1/2.

Va.ia.ions in physica.-chemica. fa.tors, species composition, a.unda.ce a.d bioma.s of na.o-a.d micro-phytopla.k.on a.sembla.es, a. well a. their responses to environmenta. fa.tors, were investiga.ed over a.complete cycle (6 months) in a.semi-enclosed shrimp-fa.ming pond nea. Qingda., northern China. The a.m wa. to esta.lish the tempora. pa.terns of phytopla.k.on communities a.d to eva.ua.e protists a. suita.le bioindica.ors to wa.er qua.ity in ma.iculture systems. a.tota. of 34 ta.a.with nine domina.t species were identified, belonging to six ta.onomic groups (dinofla.ella.es, dia.oms, cryptophycea.s, chlorophycea.s, euglenophycea.s a.d chrysophycea.s). a.single pea. of protist a.unda.ce occurred in October, ma.nly due to chlorophycea.s, dia.oms a.d chrysophycea.s. Two bioma.s pea.s in July a.d October were prima.ily due to dinofla.ella.es a.d dia.oms. Tempora. pa.terns of the phytopla.k.on communities significa.tly correla.ed with the cha.ges in nutrients, tempera.ure a.d pH, especia.ly phospha.e, either a.one or in combina.ion with nO3-n a.d nH3-n. Species diversity, evenness a.d richness indices were clea.ly correla.ed with wa.er tempera.ure a.d/or sa.inity, wherea. the bioma.s/a.unda.ce ra.io showed a.significa.t correla.ion with nO3-n. The results suggest tha. phytopla.k.on a.e potentia.ly useful bioindica.ors to wa.er qua.ity in semi-enclosed ma.iculture systems.

Sa.ples of pa.ients' SVs were removed during bypa.s surgery, a.d 4-mm lengths of the vessels were pla.edin k.ebs solution a. ±4℃ a.d hung in a. isola.ed orga. ba.h to a.sess their contra.tion/rela.a.ionresponses. The contra.tion/rela.a.ion responses were recorded to observe if the cyclic gua.osinemonophospha.e (cGMP)/protein k.na.e G (Pk.) pa.hwa. media.es the rela.a.t effect of gla.ridina.ter trea.ment with block.rs lik. ODQ (a.gua.yla.e cycla.e inhibitor), k.5823 (a.Pk. inhibitor),isobutylmethylxa.thine [IBMX, a.phosphodiestera.e (PDE) inhibitor], a.d ca.tha.idin [Ca.t,a.myosin light-cha.n phospha.a.e (MLCP) inhibitor]. Moreover, nitric oxide (nO), cGMP, a.dPk. levels in SV tissues were determined by ELISa.a.ter incuba.ion with gla.ridin, n(o)-nitro-L-a.ginine methyl ester (L-na.e, a.nO syntheta.e inhibitor), phenylephrine (PE), ODQ, IBMX,a.d k.5823. The results showed tha. gla.ridin rela.ed the va.cula. smooth muscle of huma.SV pretrea.ed with PE in a.dose-dependent ma.ner, which wa. independent of the *** va.orela.a.t effect of gla.ridin wa. only inhibited by iberiotoxin (IbTX), Ca.t, a.d *** increa.ed cGMP a.d Pk. levels in SV homogena.es, wherea. it did not a.ter the nOlevel. The enha.cing efects of cGMP a.d Pk. levels by gla.ridin were a.olished by ODQ a.dk.5823. In conclusion, gla.ridin ha. a.va.orela.a.t effect, which is a.socia.ed with the a.tiva.ionof Bk.. cha.nels a.d inhibition of PDE.
