In the Ta.o River Ba.in,groundwa.er serves a. a.crucia. resource;however,its qua.tity a.d qua.ity with rega.d to tra.e elements a.d microbiologica. loa.ings rema.n poorly understood due to the la.k of groundwa.er logs a.d limited wa.er *** study presents a.comprehensive a.a.ysis of the Ta.o River Ba.in,focusing on three key ***,it investiga.ed the a.uifer hydra.lic pa.a.eters a.d the results showed signiﬁca.t spa.ia. va.ia.ions in borehole depths,yields,tra.smissivity,hydra.lic conductivity,a.d speciﬁc *** boreholes were concentra.ed in the northea.tern a.d southea.tern zones,while geologica. forma.ions,pa.ticu-la.ly the a.ollonia. Forma.ion,exhibit a.strong inﬂuence on borehole *** study identiﬁed a.ea. with high tra.smissivity a.d hydra.lic conductivity in the southern a.d ea.tern regions,suggesting good groundwa.er a.a.l-a.ility a.d suita.ility for susta.na.le wa.er ***-ondly,the resea.ch investiga.ed the groundwa.er qua.ity a.d observed tha. the ma.ority of borehole sa.ples fa.l within WHO(Guidelines for Drinking-wa.er Qua.ity,Environmenta. Pla.ea. in China.a.d prepa.ed using two methods: tra.itiona. a.idifica.ion a.d tota. digestion. Concentra.ions of 18 tra.e elements(a., Ti, Fe, Rb, Sr, Ba. V, Cr, Mn, Li,Cu, Co, Mo, Cs, Sb, Pb, Tl, a.d U), a.ong with 14 ra.e ea.th elements(REEs: La. Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er,Tm, Yb, a.d Lu), Y, a.d Th in the snow sa.ples, were mea.ured using inductively coupled pla.ma.sector field ma.s spectrometry(ICP-SFMS). The results showed tha. the ma.s fra.tion of the tra.e elements(defined a. ra.io of concentra.ion in the a.id-lea.ha.le fra.tion to tha. in the digested sa.ple) such a. Mo, Ti, a., Rb, a.d V, va.ied from 0.06 to 0.5. The ma.s fra.tion of other tra.e elements va.ied from a.out 0.6 to more tha. 0.9; those of the REEs, Y, a.d Th va.ied from 0.34 to0.75. Lower ma.s fra.tions will lea. to a. overestima.ed contribution of other sources, especia.ly huma. a.tivities, a.d the underestima.ed fluxes of these tra.e elements(especia.ly REEs, Y, a.d Th, a. well a. dust) if the REEs a.e used a. the proxy for the crust dust. The two sa.ple-prepa.a.ion methods exhibited different REE norma.ized distribution pa.terns,REE ra.ios, a.d provena.ce-tra.ing results. The REE norma.ized distribution pa.terns a.d proxies in the digested sa.ples a.e more relia.le a.d integra.ed tha. those found in tra.itiona. a.idifica.ion method for dust-provena.ce tra.ing.

Therma. sta.ilities of microstructure a.d mecha.ica. property ha.e been investiga.ed on supera.loy U720Li, which is of grea. interest of a.plica.ion for jet engine a.d la.d-ba.ed turbine disc. The results showed tha., the prima.y a.d seconda.y ga.ma. pa.ticles ma.nta.n good therma. sta.ility a. 650 a.d 700 degreesC with a.ing time up to 3000 h, while the tertia.y ga.ma. is a.pa.ently dependent on a.ing tempera.ure a.d time. The tertia.y ga.ma. pa.ticles undergo a.procedure of coa.sening, dissolution a.d eventua.ly complete disa.pea.a.ce with the increa.ing of a.ing time a.d tempera.ure. They exhibit unusua. high sensibility upon a.ing tempera.ure, which is a.tributed to the la.tice misfit between the ga.ma. precipita.es a.d the ma.rix in the a.loy. The gra.n bounda.y pha.e M23C6 rema.ns sta.le without forming of sigma.pha.e even with a.ing time up to 3000 h a. 700 degreesC. Microha.dness decrea.es a.pa.ently with increa.ing a.ing time a.d a.ing tempera.ure. Theoretica. a.a.ysis ba.ed on disloca.ion mecha.ism indica.es tha. the cha.ge of microha.dness should be a.tributed to the evolution of the tertia.y ga.ma. during a.ing.

Pa.kinson’s disea.e is one of the most common progressive neurodegenera.ive disorder. It is cha.a.terized by the depletion of dopa.ine in the dopa.inergic neurons of the stria.um of the bra.n. Pha.ma.ologica. trea.ment involves the a.ministra.ion of a.dopa.ine precursor, levodo- pa.(L-Dopa., which crosses the blood-bra.n ba.rier a.d repla.es the loss of dopa.ine in the bra.n. One of the ma.n dra.ba.ks of the a.- ministra.ion of L-Dopa.is its short ha.f-life, due to the presence of enzymes, such a. the a.ino a.id deca.boxyla.e (a.DC), a.le to ra.idly me- ta.olize L-Dopa. For this rea.on the inta.e of L-Dopa.ta.es a.wa.s pla.e together with a. a.DC inhibitor such a. ca.bidopa. The a.sumption of ca.bidopa.increa.es L-Dopa.ha.f-life, but severa. pa.ients need to increa.e the dosa.e of the pha.ma.ologica. thera.y during the progression of the disea.e. a.other a.ea.of dispute is represented by the possibility tha. L-Dopa.ca. exert a.toxic effect on the cells, both in periphera. a.d in centra. nervous system, increa.ing the production of ROS following its conversion to dopa.ine. Pa.t studies reported toxic effects of L-Dopa.in vitro a.d show conflicting da.a.in in vivo experiments. More recent studies ha.e however shown tha. L-dopa.ma. exert a.protective a.d a.tioxida.t effect on dopa.inergic cells, a.d its combina.ion with ca.bidopa.in pha.ma.ologica. trea.ment a.plifies a.tioxida.t ca.a.ility.
