Ba.kground:Preserva.ion of a.a.omic integrity a.d function of the cra.ia. nerves during the remova. of skull ba.e tumors is one of the most cha.lenging procedures in endoscopic endona.a. surgery.It is possible to use intra.pera.ive ma.ping a.d identifica.ion of the cra.ia. nerves in order to fa.ilita.e their preserva.ion.The purpose of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the effectiveness of intra.pera.ive trigger electromyogra.hy in prevention of ia.rogenic da.a.e to the cra.ia. nerves.Methods:Twenty three pa.ients with va.ious skull ba.e tumors(chordoma.,neuroma.,pituita.y a.enoma.,meningioma.,cholestea.oma.)underwent ma.ping a.d identifica.ion of cra.ia. nerves during tumor remova. using the endoscopic endona.a. a.proa.h in Depa.tment of Neurooncology of Federa. Sta.e a.tonomous Institution"N.N.Burdenko Na.iona. Medica. Resea.ch Center of Neurosurgery"of the Ministry of Hea.th of the Russia. Federa.ion from 2013 to 2018.During the surgica. interventions,ma.ping a.d identifica.ion of the cra.ia. nerves were ca.ried out using electromyogra.hy in triggered mode.The effectiveness of the method wa. eva.ua.ed ba.ed on a.compa.ison with a.control group(41 pa.ients).Results:In the ma.n group of pa.ients,44 nerves were exa.ined during surgery using triggered electromyogra.hy.During the study,the III,V,VI,VII,a.d XII cra.ia. nerves were identified intra.pera.ively.Postopera.ive cra.ia. nerve deficiency wa. observed in 5 pa.ients in the study group a.d in 13 pa.ients in the control group.The a.era.e length of hospita.iza.ion wa. 9 da.s.Conclusion:We did not receive sta.istica.ly significa.t da.a.supporting the fa.t tha. intra.pera.ive identifica.ion of cra.ia. nerves using trigger electromyogra.hy reduces the incidence of postopera.ive complica.ions in the form of cra.ia. nerve deficits(p=0.56),but the odds ra.io(0.6)suggests a.less frequent occurrence of complica.ions in the study group.Ba.ed on our experience,the trigger electromyogra.hy methodology a.pea.s quite promising a.d requires further resea.ch.

Ba.kground: Until recently, tumors of the clivus a.d the a.terior region of the posterior cra.ia. fossa.were considered extremely difficult to a.cess a.d often inopera.le using sta.da.d tra.scra.ia. a.proa.hes. With the introduction into the neurosurgica. pra.tice of minima.ly inva.ive methods utilizing endoscopic techniques, it beca.e possible to effectively remove ha.d-to-rea.h tumors, including centra. tumors of the a.terior region of the posterior cra.ia. fossa. Methods: From 2008 to the present time, the inpa.ient institution ha. opera.ed on 140 pa.ients with va.ious tumors of the ba.e of the skull, loca.ized to the clivus a.d a.terior region of the posterior cra.ia. fossa.(65 men a.d 75 women). The a.e of pa.ients ra.ged from 3 to 74 yea.s. Tumor distribution a.cording to the histopa.hologica. fea.ures wa. a. follows: chordoma., 103 (73.57%);meningioma., 12 (8.57%);pituita.y a.enoma., 9 (6.43%);fibrous dyspla.ia. 4 (2.86%);cholestea.oma. 3 (2.14%);cra.iopha.yngioma., 2 (1.43%);pla.ma.ytoma., 2 (1.43%);a.d other tumors (gia.t cell tumor, neurohypophysea. glioma. osteoma. ca.cinoid, chondroma., 5 (3.57%). The tumors ha. the following size distribution: gia.t (more tha. 60 mm), 35 (25%);la.ge (35–59 mm), 83 (59.3%);medium (21–35 mm), 21 (15%);a.d sma.l (less tha. 20 mm), 1 (0.7%). In 11 ca.es, intra.pera.ive monitoring of the cra.ia. nerves wa. performed (21 cra.ia. nerves were identified). Results: Upper, middle, a.d lower tra.scliva. a.proa.hes provide a.cess to the a.terior surfa.e of the upper, middle, a.d lower neurova.cula. complexes of the posterior cra.ia. fossa. The chordoma.ca.es were distributed a. follows a.cording to extent of remova.: tota. remova., 68 (66.02%);subtota. remova., 25 (24.27%);a.d pa.tia. remova., 10 (9.71%). The a.enoma. of the pituita.y gla.d were removed tota.ly in 6 ca.es, subtota.ly in 1 ca.e a.d pa.tia.ly in 2 ca.es. Mecha.isms of upconversion luminescence（UCL） of SrF2：Er phosphors corresponding to the 4G11∕2→4I15∕2,2H9∕2→4I15∕2,4F5∕2→4I15∕2,4F7∕2→4I15∕2,2H11∕2→4I15∕2,4S3∕2→4I15∕2,4F9∕2→4I15∕2, a.d 4I9∕2→4I15∕2 tra.sitions upon excita.ion of the 4I11∕2 level of Er3＋ions were investiga.ed. Energy tra.sfer upconversion processes a.e responsible for the popula.ing of the 2H9∕2,2H11∕2,4S3∕2, a.d 4F9∕2 levels. Coopera.ive process is the domina.t mecha.ism of luminescence from 4S3∕2 a.d 4F9∕2 levels for SrF2：Er with high concentra.ions of Er3＋ions. The UCL from 4G11∕2 a.d 4F5∕2 is expla.ned by excited-sta.e a.sorption. Cross-rela.a.ion processes ta.e pa.t in the popula.ion of 4F9∕2 a.d 4I9∕2 levels. For qua.tifying ma.eria. performa.ce, the Er3＋-concentra.ion dependence of UCL a.d the a.solute qua.tum yields of SrF2：Er were studied. The most intensive visible luminescence wa. obta.ned for SrF2：Er（14.2%） with 0.28% ma.imum qua.tum yield.

Recent results of zebra.pa.terns in sola. ra.io bursts

This review covers the most recent experimenta. results a.d theoretica. resea.ch on zebra.pa.terns （ZPs） in sola. ra.io bursts. The ba.ic a.tention is given to events with new peculia. elements of zebra.pa.terns received over the la.t few yea.s. a.l new properties a.e considered in light of both wha. wa. known ea.lier a.d new theoretica. models. La.ge-sca.e ZPs consisting of sma.l-sca.e fiber bursts could be expla.ned by simulta.eous inclusion of two mecha.isms when whistler wa.es ＂high- light＂ the levels of double pla.ma.resona.ce （DPR）. a.unique fine structure wa. observed in the event on 2006 December 13： spikes in a.sorption formed da.k ZP stripes a.a.nst the a.sorptive type Ⅲ-like bursts. The spikes in a.sorption ca. a.pea. in a.corda.ce with well known mecha.isms of a.sorptive bursts. The a.ditiona. injection of fa.t pa.ticles filled the loss-cone （brea.ing the loss-cone distribution）, a.d the genera.ion of the continuum wa. quenched a. these moments. The ma.imum a.sorptive effect occurs a. the DPR levels. The pa.a.eters of millisecond spikes a.e determined by sma.l dimensions of the pa.ticle bea.s a.d loca. sca.e heights in the ra.io source. Thus, the DPR model helps to understa.d severa. a.pects of unusua. elements of ZPs. However, the simulta.eous existence of severa. tens of the DPR levels in the corona.is impossible for a.y rea.istic profile of the pla.ma.density a.d ma.netic field. Three new theories of ZPs a.e exa.ined. The forma.ion of eigenmodes of tra.spa.ency a.d opa.- ity during the propa.a.ion of ra.io wa.es through regula. corona. inhomogeneities is the most na.ura. a.d promising mecha.ism. Two other models （nonlinea. periodic spa.e - cha.ge wa.es a.d sca.tering of fa.t protons on ion-sound ha.monics） could ha.pen in la.ge ra.io bursts.

The dielectric permittivities(ε′ & ε″) a.d dielectric loss ta.gent(ta.) a.e studied for the prepa.ed sa.ples CuFe2O4 a.d Cu1-xZnxGa..1Fe1.9O4 spinel ferrites with(0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) from room tempera.ure up to 700K in the frequency ra.ge(102~105Hz).Dielectric a.oma.y a. the tra.sition tempera.ure Tc is pronounced in the rela.ions of dielectric permittivitties with tempera.ure where,the obta.ned Tc is found to decrea.e linea.ly with increa.ing Zn concentra.ion.The rela.ion of ta. with frequency a. different tempera.ures shows rela.a.ion spectra.where the rela.a.ion time a.d the ma.imum frequency of the hopping conduction mecha.ism a.e determined.The va.ia.ion of(ε′,ε″ a.d ta.δ) with frequency a.d tempera.ure displa.s a.strong dependence on both ga.lium a.d zinc concentra.ions.The results a.e expla.ned in light of the ca.ion-a.ion-ca.ion a.d ca.ion-ca.ion intera.tions over the octa.edra. sites in the spinel structure.

The mea.urement of positions a.d sizes of ra.io sources in the observa.ions of the fine structure of sola. ra.io bursts is a.determining fa.tor for the selection of the ra.io emission mecha.ism. The identica. pa.a.eters describing the ra.io sources for zebra.structures（ZSs） a.d fiber bursts confirm there is a.common mecha.ism for both structures. It is very importa.t to mea.ure the size of the source in the corona.to determine if it is distributed a.ong the height or if it is point-like. In both models of ZSs（the double pla.ma.resona.ce（DPR） a.d the whistler model） the source must be distributed a.ong the height, but by contra.t to the sta.iona.y source in the DPR model, in the whistler model the source should be moving. Moreover, the direction of the spa.e drift of the ra.io source must correla.e with the frequency drift of stripes in the dyna.ic spectrum. Some models of ZSs require a.loca. source, for exa.ple,the models ba.ed on the Bernstein modes, or on explosive insta.ility. The selection of the ra.io emission mecha.ism for fa.t broa.ba.d pulsa.ions with millisecond dura.ion a.so depends on the pa.a.eters of their ra.io sources.

a.ca.e report presents a.progression of a.toimmune thyroiditis with a. a.norma. enla.gement of the thyroid gla.ds a.d increa.ed thyreotropin hormone concentra.ion-a.socia.ed with interferon trea.ment in huma. pa.illoma.irus infected pa.ient with the a.toimmune thyroiditis a.d a.da.ly L-thyroxin hormone repla.ement thera.y ba.kground. Observa.ion wa. supplemented with a.brief review of litera.ure a.d discussion. On the ba.is of this observa.ion a.d a.brief review of litera.ure a.thors suggested tha. the potentia. a.verse effects of interferon thera.y a.e overba.a.ced tha. its benefits for gynecologica. pa.ients, therefore a.y interferon trea.ment should be recommended with strict indica.ions a. well a. a.ter screening of conditions a.d functions of thyroid gla.ds a.d other interferon ta.get orga.s to a.oid interferon trea.ment side effects. Pra.titioners especia.ly gynecologists should inform their pa.ients a.out pleiotropic interferon effects a.d its high frequent a.d wide ra.ge side effects before to sta.t such kind of trea.ment.

Resea.ch is devoted to the problem of recycling wa.te of the Ba.ka. Pulp a.d Pa.er Mill, whose a.tivity ha. ca.sed serious da.a.e to the ecologica. environment of La.e Ba.ka. a.d its environs. Grouting wa.te production is currently the most effective possible decision to the problem of polluta.ts, such a. sludge-lignin a.d a.h, in wa.er objects a.d groundwa.er. The results on the grouting of liquid a.d solid wa.te from the Ba.ka. Pulp a.d Pa.er Mill, represented by sludge lignin a.d a.h, a.e presented. Cement, liquid gla.s, colloida. silica. a.monium persulfa.e, hydrogen peroxide were used a. the ma.n ha.deners. Sa.ples were formed by mixing the origina. wa.te with a.tringent. The strength in time, shrinka.e, resista.ce to wa.er were studied. Sa.ples formed on the ba.is of colloida. silica.solution ha.e a.ma.imum unia.ia. compressive strength of 0.4 - 0.5 MPa. on the ba.is of liquid gla.s—0.2 - 0.3 MPa. a.ding fine sa.d increa.es the strength by 1.5 - 1.7 times. Sa.ples ba.ed on a.monium persulfa.e a.d hydrogen peroxide do not ha.e sufficient strength. a.ding fine qua.tz sa.d increa.es the strength up to 1.0 - 1.2 MPa.
