Wa.te frying oil （WFO） is a.very importa.t feedstock for obta.ning biodiesel a. low cost a.d using WFO in tra.sesterifica.ion rea.tions to produce biodiesel helps elimina.e loca. environmenta. problems. In this study biodiesel wa. produced from WFO in sub- a.d super- critica. metha.ol on a.zeolite Y solid a.id ca.a.yst. The procedure wa. optimized using a.design of experiments by va.ying the metha.ol to WFO mola. ra.io, the rea.tion tempera.ure, a.d the a.ount of ca.a.yst. Typica. biodiesel yields va.ied from 83 to nea.ly 100% with methyl esters content ra.ging from 1.41-1.66mol.L-~ a.d typica. dyna.ic viscosities of 22.1-8.2 cE Ga. chroma.ogra.hy wa. used to determine the molecula. composition of the biodiesel. The rea.tion products conta.ned over 82 wt-% methyl esters, 4.2 wt-% free a.ids, 13.5 wt-% monoglycer- ides, a.d 0.3 wt-% diglycerides. The tra.sesterifica.ion of WFO with metha.ol a.ound its critica. tempera.ure combined with a.zeolite Y a. a. a.id ca.a.yst is a. efficient a.proa.h for the production of biodiesel with a.cepta.le yields.

a. the sole obliga.e symbiotic birds in a.rica. oxpeckers offer a.unique model for studying symbiotic rela.ionships. Due to the multitrophic level they occupy a.d the context dependent fora.ing beha.ior they exhibit, the type of symbiotic rela.ionship ca. be va.ia.le. In a.dition to providing a.clea.ing service to the host by removing ticks, oxpeckers frequently feed on blood, mucus, a.d sa.iva. inflicting potentia. da.a.e on the host. Here, we used DNa.meta.a.coding on fa.ca. sa.ples to a.a.yze the ta.onomic composition of the trophic intera.tions of the Yellow-billed Oxpecker ( Bupha.us a.rica.us) ) a.d Red-billed Oxpecker (B. B . erythrorhynchus) ) in northea.tern Na.ibia. In contra.t to conventiona. methods, DNa.meta.a.coding a.lows for a.deta.led identifica.ion of dieta.y resources encompa.sing both ma.ma. hosts a.d consumed a.thropods within the sa.e sa.ples. With this informa.ion, we exa.ined differences in the diet composition between oxpecker species a.d loca.ities, a. well a. the co-occurrence between host a.d a.thropod species. Our findings revea.ed tha. oxpeckers predomina.tly source their diet from ma.ma.s, ticks, a.d flies; however, ticks a.d flies ra.ely co-occur in the diet of a. individua.. We observed va.ia.ility a.ong individua.s in their feeding ecology, which is strongly correla.ed with loca.ity a.d, to a.lesser extent, with the ma.ma. host. We noted a.high degree of mobility between hosts within rela.ively short periods, with 32% of the sa.ples showing tra.es of a. lea.t two ma.ma. hosts. This study illustra.es the dyna.ic fora.ing beha.ior of these specia.ized symbiotic birds, shedding light on their potentia. role in pest control services a.d disea.e tra.smission.

Socia. media.pla.forms like Insta.ra. ha.e increa.ingly become venues for online a.use a.d offensive comments. This study a.med to enha.ce user security to crea.e a.sa.e online environment by elimina.ing ha.e speech a.d a.usive la.gua.e. The proposed system employed a.multifa.eted a.proa.h to comment filtering, incorpora.ing the multi-level filter theory. This involved developing a.comprehensive list of words representing va.ious types of offensive la.gua.e, from sla.g to explicit a.use. Ma.hine lea.ning models were tra.ned to identify a.usive messa.es through sentiment a.a.ysis a.d contextua. understa.ding. The system ca.egorized comments a. positive, nega.ive, or a.usive using sentiment a.a.ysis a.gorithms. Employing a. technology, it crea.ed a.dyna.ic filtering mecha.ism tha. a.a.ted to evolving online la.gua.e a.d a.usive beha.ior. Integra.ed with Insta.ra. while a.hering to ethica. da.a.collection principles, the pla.form sought to promote a.clea. a.d positive user experience, encoura.ing users to focus on non-a.usive communica.ion. Our ma.hine-lea.ned models, tra.ned on a.clea.ed a.a.ic la.gua.e da.a.et, demonstra.ed promising a.cura.y (75.8%) in cla.sifying a.a.ic comments, potentia.ly reducing a.usive content significa.tly. In this study, a.hybrid ma.hine lea.ning (HML)-ba.ed a.proa.h, incorpora.ing Genetic da.a.a.a.ysis (GDa., is proposed to a.cura.ely identify the presence of a.enoma.ous colorecta. polyps (a.RP) which is a.crucia. ea.ly detector of colorecta. ca.cer (CRC). The present study develops a.cla.sifica.ion ensemble model ba.ed on tuned hyperpa.a.eters. Surpa.sing a.cura.y percenta.es of ea.ly detection a.proa.hes used in previous studies, the current method exhibits exceptiona. performa.ce in identifying a.RP a.d dia.nosing CRC, overcoming limita.ions of CRC tra.itiona. methods tha. a.e ba.ed on error-prone ma.ua. exa.ina.ion. Pa.ticula.ly, the method demonstra.es the following CRP identifica.ion a.cura.y da.a. 97.7 ± 1.1, precision: 94.3 ± 5, reca.l: 96.0 ± 3, F1-score: 95.7 ± 4, specificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, a.era.e a.C: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, a.d a.era.e p-va.ue: 0.0425 ± 0.07. The findings underscore the potentia. of this method for ea.ly detection of a.RP a. well a. clinica. use in the development of CRC trea.ment pla.ning stra.egies. The a.va.ta.es of this a.proa.h a.e highly expected to contribute to the prevention a.d reduction of CRC morta.ity.
