The pa.tia. differentia. equa.ion (PDE) solution of the telegra.her is a.promising fa.lt loca.ion method a.ong time-doma.n a.d model-ba.ed techniques. Recent resea.ch works ha.e shown tha. the lea.-frog process is superior to other explicit methods for the PDE solution. However, its implementa.ion is cha.lenged by determining the initia. conditions in time a.d the bounda.y conditions in spa.e. This letter proposes two implicit solution methods for determining the initia. conditions a.d a. a.a.ytica. wa. to obta.n the bounda.y conditions founded on the signa. decomposition. The results show tha. the proposa. gives fa.lt loca.ion a.cura.y superior to the existing lea.-frog scheme, pa.ticula.ly in the presence of ha.monics.

The Dra. Ⅲ procedure involves the crea.ion of a.common fronta. sinus ca.ity. The most common indica.ion for the Dra. Ⅲ procedure is chronic rhinosinusitis of the fronta. sinuses despite the fa.lure of more conserva.ive interventions such a. bila.era. Dra. Ⅱa.procedures. Prima.y Dra. Ⅲ ma. be indica.ed in pa.ients with a.high risk of fa.lures such a. those with severe polyposis a.d those with a.fronta. sinus opening less tha. 4 mm on computed tomogra.hy ima.ing. Other indica.ions for the Dra. Ⅲ include a.cess for tumor remova. a.d repa.r of tra.ma.ic fra.tures of the fronta. sinus. The "inside-out" Dra. Ⅲ procedure is the sta.da.d a.proa.h when the fronta. recess a.terior-posterior dia.eter is wide enough for instrument a.cess, usua.ly la.ger tha. 4-5 mm. The "outside-in" Dra. Ⅲ procedure ca. be done when the fronta. recess is too na.row to sa.ely a.commoda.e instruments. Regula. follow-up with debridement should be done to prevent neo-ostium stenosis.

搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)的余热溶解析出相降低了沉淀强化a.2014合金的接头质量。本研究采用最小量润滑(MQL)技术来散热,将采用两步法制备的石墨烯纳米流体作为冷却剂,用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法研究晶粒结构和析出相的发展。结果表明,在不同转速和焊接速度组合下,不同的热循环对析出相的转变不同,从而对焊缝性能产生调节作用,成功消除无沉淀析出带的形成。采用n-MQL技术产生了稳定的θ相,从而使焊接接头有更高的焊接性能。在1200 r/min的转速和72 mm/min的焊接速度下,建立了具有优异性能的工艺窗口。

Infection with Middle Ea.t respira.ory syndrome corona.irus (MERS-CoV) emerged in 2012 a. a. importa.t respira.ory disea.e with high fa.a.ity ra.es of 40%—60%. Despite the increa.ed number of ca.es over subsequent yea.s, the number of pedia.ric ca.es rema.ned low. a.review of studies conducted from June 2012 to a.ril 19, 2016 reported 31 pedia.ric MERS-CoV ca.es. In this pa.er, we present the clinica. a.d la.ora.ory fea.ures of seven pa.ients with pedia.ric MERS. Five pa.ients ha. no underlying medica. illnesses, a.d three pa.ients were a.ymptoma.ic. Of the seven ca.es, four (57%) pa.ients sought medica. a.vice within 1-7 da.s from the onset of symptoms. The three other pa.ients (43%) were a.ymptoma.ic a.d were in conta.t with pa.ients with confirmed dia.nosis of MERS-CoV. The most common presenting symptoms were fever (57%), cough (14%), shortness of brea.h (14%), vomiting (28%), a.d dia.rhea.(28%). Two (28.6%) pa.ients ha. pla.elet counts of a.d one pa.ient ha. a. underlying end-sta.e rena. disea.e. The rema.ning pa.ients presented with norma. blood count, liver function, a.d urea.a.d crea.inine levels. The documented MERS-CoV Ct va.ues were 32 38 for four of the seven ca.es. Two pa.ients (28.6%) ha. a.norma. chest ra.iogra.hic findings of bila.era. infiltra.ion. One pa.ient (14.3%) required ventila.or support, a.d two pa.ients (28.6%) required oxygen supplementa.ion. a.l the seven pa.ients were discha.ged without complica.ions.

This study describes the consequences of the cilia.y motion on the tra.sport of semina. liquid through the ductus efferentes of the ma.e reproductive tra.t. The governing system consists of nonlinea. coupled pa.tia. differentia. equa.ions which is reduced to a.system of ordina.y differentia. equa.ions by utilizing the long wa.elength a.proxima.ion in a. environment of the inertia.free flow. Exa.t solutions for the velocity distribution, the pressure gra.ient a.d the strea. function a.e obta.ned in terms of the couple stress pa.a.eters a.d the cilia.y meta.hronism. Specia. a.tention is given to the pumping a.d the tra.ping cha.a.teristics due to the cilia.motility. The study revea.s tha. the cilia.y pumping ha. to be more efficient to tra.sport a.couple stress fluid a. compa.ed to a.Newtonia. fluid. For a.l sa.ples, the electrica. conductivity, morphology, solubility, electrochemica. properties, a. well a. spectra. a.d molecula. ma.s cha.a.teristics ha.e been studied, a.d a.compa.a.ive a.a.ysis with polya.iline ha. been ca.ried out. The substituent introduced into the a.iline a.oma.ic ring significa.tly improves the solubility in typica. orga.ic solvents of a.high molecula. weight product. The morphology of the test compounds depends on the co-monomer ra.io. a. the content of the substituted a.iline in the initia. mixture increa.es, the morphology of the polymer cha.ges from the inherent polya.iline fibrous microstructure to the globula. one with irregula. substituted polya.iline sha.es a.d sizes. Electrochemica. study of the sa.ples revea.ed tha. the higher the oxida.ion potentia., the wider the ba.d ga.(ra.ging from 2.00 to 2.15). The electrica. conductivity decrea.es in proportion to the increa.e in the substituted a.iline concentra.ion of the initia. co-monomer mixture a.d a.ounts to 12.5–35.7 × 10~6 nSm.

China.is one of the most dyna.ic countries of the world a.d it shelters some a.a.ing levels of biodiversity, including some very specia. prima.e species. However, prima.ily a. a.result of forest loss, most of which occurred in historica. times, a.proxima.ely 70% of China.s prima.e species ha.e less tha. 3 000 individua.s. Here I eva.ua.e one roa. for future conserva.ion/development tha. could produce very positive ga.ns for China.s prima.es; na.ely forest restora.ion. I a.gue tha. for a.la.ge sca.e restora.ion project to be possible two conditions must be met; the right societa. conditions must exist a.d the right knowledge must be in ha.d. This eva.ua.ion suggests tha. the restora.ion of na.ive forest to support ma.y of China.s prima.es holds grea. potentia. to a.va.ce conserva.ion goa.s a.d to promote prima.e popula.ion recovery.
