The doma.ns a.e of funda.enta. interest for engineering a.ferroelectric ma.eria.. The doma.n wa.l a.d its width control the ferroelectric beha.ior to a.grea. extent. The sta.ility of pola.iza.ion in the context of La.da.-Ginzburg free energy functiona. ha. been worked out in a.previous work by a.perturba.ion a.proa.h, where two limits of doma.n wa.l width were estima.ed within the sta.ility zone a.d they were a.so found to correspond well with the da.a.on lithium nioba.e a.d lithium ta.ta.a.e. In the present work, it is shown tha. this model is va.id for a.wide ra.ge of ferroelectric ma.eria.s a.d a.so for a.given ferroelectric, such a. lithium nioba.e with different levels of impurities, which a.e known to a.fect the doma.n wa.l width.

The present study dea.s with the development of a.low ca.bon high strength steel by thermomecha.ica. controlled processing on a.pilot sca.e.The continuous cooling tra.sforma.ion ha. yielded a.fla. top "C" curve with the pha.e field occupied by a.mixture of ba.nite a.d ma.tensite.The microstructure of wa.er quenched steel essentia.ly consists of highly disloca.ed la.h ma.tensite a.ong with fine (Ti,Nb)CN precipita.es a.d twins.High strength steel with 1217-1298 MPa.yield strength a.d 1372-1513 MPa.ultima.e tensile strength a.ong with 16-12% tota. elonga.ion ha. been obta.ned in the ra.ge of 850 to 750℃ finish rolling tempera.ure.The impa.t toughness va.ue in the ra.ge of 45-72J wa. a.so a.hieved in the present steel.

India.a.tota. of fifteen pola.imetric va.ia.les were estima.ed includes four ba.ksca.tering coefficients(HH,HV,VH,VV)a.d eleven pola.imetric indices for a.l Ra.a.sa.-2 Sa. ima.es.The cumula.ive tempora. sum(sea.ona. a.d dua.-sea.on)of these pa.a.eters wa. supervised cla.sified using Support Vector Ma.hine(SVM)cla.sifier with intensive ground observa.ion sa.ples.Cla.sifica.ion results using the best equa.ion(highest a.cura.y a.d ka.pa.shows tha. the Kha.if,Ra.i a.d irriga.ed double cropla.ds a.e respectively 9.58 km2(20.6%),16.14 km2(34.7%)a.d 6.22 km2(13.4%)with a.ka.pa.coefficient respectively 0.84,0.74 a.d 0.94.

In spite of compa.a.le glycemic control over 3 mo, pa.ients trea.ed with pioglita.one showed superior electrophysiologica. pa.a.eters for the ulna. nerve. Pioglita.one ha. fa.oura.le outcome in nerve electrophysiology which wa. repea.ed when the nerve wa. subjected to compressive neuropa.hy.

Purpose: Myoca.dia. reva.cula.iza.ion by corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.ting (Ca.G) in ischemic hea.t disea.e pa.ients ha. direct impa.t on hemodyna.ic pa.a.eters in the immedia.e post-opera.ive period. The peri-opera.ive ca.diova.cula. functioning is a. importa.t determina.t for outcome of surgery. In On-Pump Ca.G (ONCa.), the ca.diopulmona.y bypa.s ha. a.nega.ive effect on myoca.dium. Off-Pump Ca.G (OPCa.) a.oids the effect of CPB but complete reva.cula.iza.ion with difficult positioning of hea.t is technica.ly dema.ding. This study is a.med to compa.e the ca.diova.cula. functioning in the immedia.e post-opera.ive period a.ter OPCa. a.d ONCa.. Methods: Tota. 106 pa.ients were opera.ed for Ca.G from Ja.ua.y 2015 to June 2016, of which 75 pa.ients were opera.ed for OPCa. a.d 31 pa.ients were opera.ed for ONCa.. For the compa.ison, hemodyna.ic pa.a.eters were mea.ured during a.esthesia.before surgery, postopera.ively a.ter 1 a.d 4 hours (h) in the ICU, a.d in the morning a.ter surgery, a.proxima.ely a.ter 20 h. Results: The time-dependent rise of hemodyna.ic pa.a.eters like Ca.dia. Output (CO), Ca.dia. Index (CI), Stroke volume (SV) a.d Left Ventricula. Stroke Work Index (LVSWI) in the immedia.e post-opera.ive hours (1 h a.d 4 h) a.e more predomina.t in OPCa. group tha. ONCa. group a.though the difference is elimina.ed mostly a. 20 h. The better periphera. va.odila.ion a.ter OPCa. ca.ses immedia.e fa.l of Systemic Va.cula. Resista.ce Index (SVRI) a.ter OPCa.. Conclusion: Better ca.diova.cula. functioning immedia.ely a.ter OPCa. tha. ONCa. ma. be importa.t for better hemodyna.ic sta.ility. India.is no exception to the economic setba.k due to corona.irus disea.e 2019 (COVID-19). Loss of jobs a.d income dra.a.ica.ly impa.ts the hea.th ca.e cost of chronic disea.e ma.a.ement. Rheuma.oid a.thritis is a.chronic condition with a.high-cost implica.ion. With the outbrea. of COVID-19, there is uncerta.nty a.out continuing immunosuppressive thera.y for rheuma.oid a.thritis for severa. rea.ons. In this milieu, we undertook a.prospective observa.iona. study to observe the use of Ja.us Kina.e (Ja.) inhibitors in a.hospita.-ba.ed rheuma.ology service in Ea.tern India.during the pa.demic period (21 Ma.ch 2020 to 31 July 2020). Forty-two pa.ients with rheuma.oid a.thritis were receiving trea.ment with Ja. inhibitors. Twenty-four pa.ients visited the Outpa.ient Depa.tment (OPD) during the COVID-19 pa.demic. a.l of them were COVID-nega.ive, but few of the pa.ients ha. influenza.like symptoms. Pa.ients fa.ed up to a.25% reduction in their a.nua. income during the COVID-19 pa.demic. Of 24 pa.ients, four pa.ients ha. stopped trea.ment with Ja. inhibitors owing to fina.cia. constra.nts or initia. non-a.a.la.ility of medica.ions during the lockdown. In this study, a.herence to Ja. inhibitors wa. substa.tia.ly high even in the fa.e of income curta.lment during the COVID-19 pa.demic.
