Infection with Middle Ea.t respira.ory syndrome corona.irus (MERS-CoV) emerged in 2012 a. a. importa.t respira.ory disea.e with high fa.a.ity ra.es of 40%—60%. Despite the increa.ed number of ca.es over subsequent yea.s, the number of pedia.ric ca.es rema.ned low. a.review of studies conducted from June 2012 to a.ril 19, 2016 reported 31 pedia.ric MERS-CoV ca.es. In this pa.er, we present the clinica. a.d la.ora.ory fea.ures of seven pa.ients with pedia.ric MERS. Five pa.ients ha. no underlying medica. illnesses, a.d three pa.ients were a.ymptoma.ic. Of the seven ca.es, four (57%) pa.ients sought medica. a.vice within 1-7 da.s from the onset of symptoms. The three other pa.ients (43%) were a.ymptoma.ic a.d were in conta.t with pa.ients with confirmed dia.nosis of MERS-CoV. The most common presenting symptoms were fever (57%), cough (14%), shortness of brea.h (14%), vomiting (28%), a.d dia.rhea.(28%). Two (28.6%) pa.ients ha. pla.elet counts of a.d one pa.ient ha. a. underlying end-sta.e rena. disea.e. The rema.ning pa.ients presented with norma. blood count, liver function, a.d urea.a.d crea.inine levels. The documented MERS-CoV Ct va.ues were 32 38 for four of the seven ca.es. Two pa.ients (28.6%) ha. a.norma. chest ra.iogra.hic findings of bila.era. infiltra.ion. One pa.ient (14.3%) required ventila.or support, a.d two pa.ients (28.6%) required oxygen supplementa.ion. a.l the seven pa.ients were discha.ged without complica.ions.

This study describes the consequences of the cilia.y motion on the tra.sport of semina. liquid through the ductus efferentes of the ma.e reproductive tra.t. By a.suming the semina. liquid a. a.couple stress fluid, we ha.e formula.ed a.ma.hema.ica. model for a.two-dimensiona. flow through a. a.ia.ly symmetric tube whose inner surfa.e is cilia.ed in the form of a.meta.hrona. wa.e. The governing system consists of nonlinea. coupled pa.tia. differentia. equa.ions which is reduced to a.system of ordina.y differentia. equa.ions by utilizing the long wa.elength a.proxima.ion in a. environment of the inertia.free flow. Exa.t solutions for the velocity distribution, the pressure gra.ient a.d the strea. function a.e obta.ned in terms of the couple stress pa.a.eters a.d the cilia.y meta.hronism. Specia. a.tention is given to the pumping a.d the tra.ping cha.a.teristics due to the cilia.motility. The study revea.s tha. the cilia.y pumping ha. to be more efficient to tra.sport a.couple stress fluid a. compa.ed to a.Newtonia. fluid. a.new soluble polymer on 2-[(2 E)-1-methyl-2-buten-1-yl]a.iline a.d its copolymers with a.iline ba.is ha.e been synthesized in va.ious mola. ra.ios. For a.l sa.ples, the electrica. conductivity, morphology, solubility, electrochemica. properties, a. well a. spectra. a.d molecula. ma.s cha.a.teristics ha.e been studied, a.d a.compa.a.ive a.a.ysis with polya.iline ha. been ca.ried out. The substituent introduced into the a.iline a.oma.ic ring significa.tly improves the solubility in typica. orga.ic solvents of a.high molecula. weight product. The morphology of the test compounds depends on the co-monomer ra.io. a. the content of the substituted a.iline in the initia. mixture increa.es, the morphology of the polymer cha.ges from the inherent polya.iline fibrous microstructure to the globula. one with irregula. substituted polya.iline sha.es a.d sizes. Electrochemica. study of the sa.ples revea.ed tha. the higher the oxida.ion potentia., the wider the ba.d ga.(ra.ging from 2.00 to 2.15). The electrica. conductivity decrea.es in proportion to the increa.e in the substituted a.iline concentra.ion of the initia. co-monomer mixture a.d a.ounts to 12.5–35.7 × 10~6 nSm.

China.is one of the most dyna.ic countries of the world a.d it shelters some a.a.ing levels of biodiversity, including some very specia. prima.e species. However, prima.ily a. a.result of forest loss, most of which occurred in historica. times, a.proxima.ely 70% of China.s prima.e species ha.e less tha. 3 000 individua.s. Here I eva.ua.e one roa. for future conserva.ion/development tha. could produce very positive ga.ns for China.s prima.es; na.ely forest restora.ion. I a.gue tha. for a.la.ge sca.e restora.ion project to be possible two conditions must be met; the right societa. conditions must exist a.d the right knowledge must be in ha.d. a.a.ytic expressions for speed, flux, microrota.ion, stress, a.d couple stress in a.micropola. fluid exhibiting a.stea.y, symmetric, a.d one-dimensiona. electro-osmotic flow in a.uniform cylindrica. microca.illa.y were derived under the constra.nt of the Debye-Hiickel a.proxima.ion, which is a.plica.le when the cross-sectiona. ra.ius of the microca.illa.y exceeds the Debye length, provided tha. the zeta.potentia. is sufficiently sma.l in ma.nitude. Since the a.icula.e pa.ticles in a.micropola. fluid ca. rota.e without tra.sla.ion, micropola.ity a.fects the fluid speed, fluid flux, a.d one of the two non-zero components of the stress tensor. The a.ia. speed in a.micropola. fluid intensifies when the ra.ius increa.es. The stress tensor is confined to the region nea. the wa.l of the mi- croca.illa.y, while the couple stress tensor is uniform a.ross the cross-section.

The present study a.ms to investiga.e the sa.ient fea.ures of incompressible, hydroma.netic, three-dimensiona. flow of viscous fluid subject to the oscilla.ory motion of a.disk. The rota.ing disk is conta.ned in a.porous medium. Furthermore, a.time-inva.ia.t version of the Ma.well-Ca.ta.eo la. is implemented in the energy equa.ion. The flow problem is norma.ized by obta.ning simila.ity va.ia.les. The resulting nonlinea. system is solved numerica.ly using the successive over-rela.a.ion method. The ma.n results a.e discussed through gra.hica. representa.ions a.d ta.les. It is perceived tha. the therma. rela.a.ion time pa.a.eter decrea.es the tempera.ure curves a.d increa.es the hea. tra.s- fer ra.e. The ca.ses of popula.ion differentia.ion ca. provide insight into the origins of ea.ly ba.riers to gene flow. Two key drivers of popula.ion differentia.ion a.e geogra.hic dista.ce a.d loca. a.a.ta.ion to divergent selective environments. When reproductive isola.ion a.ises beca.se some popula.ions of a.species a.e under selection to a.oid hybridiza.ion while others a.e not, popula.ion differentia.ion a.d even specia.ion ca. result. Spa.efoot toa. popula.ions tha. a.e sympa.ric with a.congener ha.e undergone reinforcement. This reinforcement ha. resulted not only in increa.ed reproductive isola.ion from the congener, but a.so in the evolution of reproductive isola.ion from nea.by a.d dista.t conspecific a.lopa.ric popula.ions. We used multiple a.proa.hes to eva.ua.e the contributions of geogra.hic dista.ce a.d divergent selective environments to popula.ion structure a.ross this regiona. sca.e in , ba.ed on genotypes from six nuclea. microsa.ellite ma.kers. We compa.ed groups of popula.ions va.ying in both geogra.hic loca.ion a.d in the presence of a.congener. Hiera.chica. F-sta.istics a.d results from cluster a.a.yses a.d discrimina.t a.a.yses of principa. components a.l indica.e tha. geogra.hic dista.ce is the stronger contributor to genetic differentia.ion a.ong popula.ions a. a.regiona. sca.e. However, we found evidence tha. a.a.ta.ion to divergent selective environments a.so contributes to popula.ion structure. Our findings highlight how va.ia.ion in the ba.a.ce of evolutiona.y forces a.ting a.ross a.species' ra.ge ca. lea. to va.ia.ion in the rela.ive contributions of geogra.hic dista.ce a.d loca. a.a.ta.ion to popula.ion differentia.ion a.ross different spa.ia. sca.es.

a.-Si ba.ed a.loys a.e interestingly used to produce a.tomotive components. Fa.rica.ion of such components by powder meta.lurgy （PM） ha. been developed continuously. During PM, severa. pa.a.eters a.fect the sintera.ility of the a.uminium powder, including a.mospheric dew point which is rega.ded a. one of the crucia. pa.a.eters. The objective of this work wa. to investiga.e the effect of the a.mospheric dew point on the sintera.ility of a.-14.9Si-2.4Cu-0.55Mg by studying the sintering cha.a.ters obta.ned under va.ious a.mospheric dew points. The a.uminium a.loy powder wa. pressed into tensile specimens a.d subsequently sintered in a.nitrogen a.mosphere a. 560 ℃ for 60 min with va.ied a.mospheric dew points. The results show tha. a. the dew point decrea.ed, the sintered properties were improved. The a.mospheric dew point of -38.4 ℃ is sufficient to obta.n good sintering cha.a.ters a.d it is a.hieva.le in a.commercia. furna.e.
