The formula.ion of na.ocrysta.linc NiTi sha.e memory a.loys ha. potentia. effects in mecha.ica. stimula.ion a.d medica. im- pla.tology. The present work elucida.es the effect of milling time on the product＇s structura. cha.a.teristics, chemica. composition, a.d mi- croha.dness for NiTi synthesized by mecha.ica. a.loying for different milling dura.ions. Increa.ing the milling dura.ion led to the forma.ion of a.na.ocrysta.line NiTi intermeta.lic a. a.higher level. The forma.ion of na.ocrysta.line ma.eria.s wa. directed through cold fusion, fra.tur- ing, a.d the development of a.stea.y sta.e, which were influenced by the a.cumula.ion of stra.n energy. In the morphologica. study, uninter- rupted cold diffusion a.d fra.turing were visua.ized using tra.smission electron microscopy. Pa.ticle size a.a.ysis revea.ed tha. the mea. pa.ticle size wa. reduced to -93 μm a.ter 20 h of milling. The mecha.ica. strength wa. enha.ced by the forma.ion of a.na.ocrysta.line in- termeta.lic pha.e a. longer milling time, which wa. confirmed by the results of Vickers ha.dness a.a.yses.

Friction a.d wea. studies ena.le the investiga.ion of ma.eria. intera.tion between two sliding surfa.es in conta.t. In the present investiga.ion, the coefficient of friction a.d the wea. resista.ce of a.SI 316 L pa.ts were studied under self-ma.ing, dry sliding conditions using a.pin-on-disc type configura.ion. The experiments were conducted a. va.uum ba.ed high tempera.ure pin-on-disc tribometer. The 4 mm dia.eter pin a.d 180 mm dia.eter disc were subjected to va.ying sliding velocities(0.5, 0.75 a.d 1.5 m/s) a.d were opera.ed in 200, 400, 500 a.d 580 ℃ tempera.ure a. 600 Torr va.uum. The va.ia.ion of specific wea. ra.es with sliding velocities a.d different environmenta. conditions wa. studied. The morphology of sliding/rubbed surfa.es wa. observed using Sca.ning Electron Microscope. In summa.y, it wa. found tha. a.severe to mild wea. tra.sition occurred in sliding under opera.ing conditions. Increa.ed wea. ra.es ha.e been observed for 500 a.d 580 ℃ with increa.ing sliding velocity. a.hesive wea. ha. been found to be predomina.t a. 500 a.d 580 ℃ where a. de-la.ina.ion ha. been observed a. a.bient tempera.ure,200 a.d 400 ℃ in va.uum. Melioidosis is a.severe a.d fa.a. infectious disea.e in the tropics a.d subtropics. It presents a. a.febrile illness with protea. ma.ifesta.ion ra.ging from chronic loca.ized infection to a.ute fulmina.t septicemia.with dissemina.ion of infection to multiple orga.s cha.a.terized by a.scesses. Pneumonia.is the most common clinica. presenta.ion. Beca.se of the wide ra.ge of clinica. presenta.ions, physicia.s ma. often misdia.nose a.d mistrea. the disea.e for tuberculosis, pneumonia.or other pyogenic infections. The purpose of this pa.er is to present common pitfa.ls in dia.nosis a.d provide optima. a.proa.hes to ena.le ea.ly dia.nosis a.d prompt trea.ment of melidoidosis. Melioidosis ma. occur beyond the bounda.ies of endemic a.ea.. There is no pa.hognomonic fea.ure specific to a.dia.nosis of melioidosis. In endemic a.ea., physicia.s need to expa.d the dia.nostic work-up to include melioidosis when confronted with clinica. scena.ios of pyrexia.of unknown origin, progressive pneumonia.or sepsis. Ra.iologica. ima.ing is a. integra. pa.t of the dia.nostic workup. Knowledge of the modes of tra.smission a.d risk fa.tors will a.d support in clinica.ly suspected ca.es to initia.e thera.y. In situa.ions of clinica.ly highly proba.le or possible ca.es where la.ora.ory ba.teriologica. confirma.ion is not possible, a.plying evidence-ba.ed criteria.a.d empirica. trea.ment with a.timicrobia.s is recommended. It is of prime importa.ce tha. pa.ients undergo the full course of a.timicrobia. thera.y to a.oid rela.se a.d recurrence. Ea.ly dia.nosis a.d a.propria.e ma.a.ement is crucia. in reducing serious complica.ions lea.ing to high morta.ity, a.d in preventing recurrences of the disea.e. Thus, there is a.crucia. need for promoting a.a.eness a.ong physicia.s a. a.l levels a.d for improved dia.nostic microbiology services. Purpose-Extra.ting suita.le fea.ures to represent a. ima.e ba.ed on its content is a.very tedious *** in remote sensing we ha.e high-resolution ima.es with a.va.iety of objects on the Ea.th’s *** dista.ce metric is used to mea.ure the simila.ity between query a.d da.a.a.e *** low dista.ce obta.ned ima.e is indexed a. the top a. high releva.t informa.ion to the ***/methodology/a.proa.h-This pa.er a.ms to develop a. a.toma.ic fea.ure extra.tion system for remote sensing ima.e *** texture fea.ures ba.ed on Contourlet tra.sform a.e fused with sta.istica. fea.ures extra.ted from the Qua.Tree(QT)decomposition a.e developed a. fea.ure set to represent the input *** extra.ted fea.ures will retrieve simila. ima.es from the la.ge ima.e da.a.ets using a. ima.e-ba.ed query through the web-ba.ed user ***-The developed retrieva. system performa.ce ha. been a.a.yzed using precision a.d reca.l a.d F1 *** proposed fea.ure vector gives better performa.ce with 0.69 precision for the top 50 releva.t retrieved results over other existing multisca.e-ba.ed fea.ure extra.tion ***/va.ue-The ma.n contribution of this pa.er is developing a.texture fea.ure vector in a.multisca.e doma.n by combining the Ha.a.ick texture properties in the Contourlet doma.n a.d Sta.istica. fea.ures using QT *** fea.ures required to represent the ima.e is 207 which is very less dimension compa.e to other texture *** performa.ce shows superior tha. the other sta.e of a.t methods.
