日本家庭教育价值取向及其背景——兼与中国的比较考察

当代日本家庭教育的价值取向具有如下几个特征:第一,日本家长对子女学习成绩、竞争能力、金钱地位等功利性取向期待值比较低;第二,日本家庭教育比较注重"与他人协调"等有关"群体"的教育内容,在家庭教育价值取向上表现出"他人本位"倾向;第三,日本家长比较注重子女的个性发展,对子女有"全方位"期待倾向。日本家庭教育呈现的这些价值取向特征,既是日本传统文化在家庭教育中的体现,又是当代日本教育、社会发展变化的结果。

＜正＞the high frequency attenuation performance of an EMI filter is often deteriorated greatly by the stray electromagnetic field existing in interior or exterior of a filter. In this paper, the stray electromagnetic coupling factors in an EMI common mode filter are investigated by different experiments after theory analysis. A novel metal insulated grids method is proposed to separate electric and magnetic field effect between two CM chokes. The parasitic parameter influence of passive components on insertion loss is also analyzed and compared with stray coupling effect. In the end, a novel equivalent paralleled capacitance decrease design is introduced and validated by experiment. Some coupling restrain methods are introduced in this paper too.

＜正＞Determination of stress intensity factors of cracks is a fundamental issue for the assessment of the performance safety and the prediction of the service lifetime of engineering *** the past decades,a number of finite element or boundary element methods have been developed to calculate numerically the stress intensity factors of *** these methods,however,the calculated stress intensity factors of a crack often show a dependence upon the characteristic sizes of the finite elements near the crack tip,and therefore very fine meshes are needed to improve the accuracy of the *** the present paper,a dislocation-based finite element method（DFEM） will be presented by successively implementing the solutions of edge and screw dislocations into the commercially finite element program,*** this method,the calculated stress intensity factors have little dependence upon the sizes of *** examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness and accuracy of this novel numerical ***,the application of DFEM in simulation of crack problems at micro scale is addressed.

Ethylene plays important roles in plant growth, development, and stress responses, and ethylene receptors have been identified and studied extensively in various plant species. Here we report the cloning of four ethylene receptor genes from soybean, i.e. GmETR1, GmERS1, GmETR2 and GmEIN4. Construction of the phylogenic tree showed that GmETR1 and GmERS1 belong to subfamily I whereas GmETR2 and GmEIN4 belong to subfamily II. The four ethylene receptor genes showed different tissue-specific expression patterns in roots, stems, leaves, cotyledons, flowers, pods and seeds of soybean. These genes were differentially regulated by various abiotic stresses and plant hormones. The possible roles of the four genes in soybean plant were also discussed.

Aim: To study the pharmacokinetics of sifuvirtide, a novel anti-human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） peptide, in monkeys and to compare the inhibitory concentrations of sifuvirtide and enfuvirtide on HIV-1-infected-cell fusion. Methods: Monkeys received 1.2 mg/kg iv or sc of sifuvirtide. An on-line solid-phase extraction procedure combined with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry （SPELC/MS/MS） was established and applied to determine the concentration of sifuvirtide in monkey plasma. A four-127I iodinated peptide was used as an internal standard. Fifty percent inhibitory concentration (IC50) of sifuvirtide on cell fusion was determined by co-cultivation assay. Results: The assay was validated with good precision and accuracy. The calibration curve for sifuvirtide in plasma was linear over a range of 4.88-5000μg/L, with correlation coefficients above 0.9923. After iv or sc administration, the observed peak concentrations of sifuvirtide were 10 626±2 886μg/L and 528±191μg/L, and the terminal imination half-lives (T1/2) were 6.3±0.9 h and 5.5±1.0 h, respectively. After sc, Tmaxwas 0.25-2h, and the absolute bioavailability was 49%±13%. Sifuvirtide inhibited the syncytium formation between HIV-1 chronically infected cells and uninfected cells with an IC50of 0.33μg/L. Conclusion: An on-line SPE-LC/MS/MS approach was established for peptide pharmacokinetic studies. Sifuvirtide was rapidly absorbed subcutaneously into the blood circulation. The T1/2of sifuvirtide was remarkably longer than that of its analog, enfuvirtide, reported in healthy monkeys and it conferred a long-term plasma concentration level which was higher than its IC50in vitro.

In this paper, the development issue of leading industries of beijing Kowloon Economic Belt is discussed. According to the regional base and the development conditions, the development strategy of beijing Kowloon Economic Belt should concentrate on developing the following leading industries: Machine building and electronics, textile and its deep processing industry, food processing, chemical industry, and power industry. Meantime, the industrial centers such as Nanchang, Jiujiang, shenzhen, Huizhou, Ji'an, Fuyang, Shangqiu, and so on should be constructed particularly.

Background and Aim: HCV genotypes have been documented in clinical *** goal of this study is to learn viral replication capacity of different HCV genotypes in human ***: 491 otherwise healthy Chinese blood donors with positive HCV antibody reaction were employed in the *** subjects were not being treated with antiviral drugs *** genotyping was determined followed by serum viral load *** antibody reaction against HCV Core,NS3,NS4 and NS5 epitope antigens was analyzed,respectively,for each of the ***: Genotyping analysis showed that among these individuals 6.7% was infected with genotype 1a,41.5% with 1b,36.0% with 2a,6.7% with 2b,2.6% with 3a,1.8% with 3b,2.4% with 6 and 2.0% *** 1b and 2a were the predominant ones in this Chinese cohort,causing 77.6% HCV *** the genotype groups,individuals infected with genotype 2a had a HCV RNA viral load （108copies/ml） over 100-fold （2.3log） higher than that infected with other genotypes （104-105copies/ml）,indicating a replication priority of genotype *** is no correlation between HCV genotype and antibody response against HCV Core,NS3,NS4 and NS5 epitope *** appears that the amplification advantage of genotype 2a results from its nature of favorable interaction with host cellular ***: HCV genotype 1b and 2a are both the predominant genotypes in china;of the seven HCV subtypes analyzed genotype 2a possesses a significant replication priority in this Chinese cohort.

A high quality cDNA library was constructed from the brown alga Laminaria japonica,with the titer of 1.2×10 5 pfu/*** average insert size of the cDNA library is about 1.6 *** the cDNA library,591 cDNA clones were randomly selected and *** a result,574 EST(expressed sequence tag) sequences were *** of the 574 ESTs were submitted to the dbEST database section of GenBank with the accession numbers from CX942625 to *** cDNA library was screened with a α-32 p labeled 453 bp T P S gene probe,which is a partial sequence yielded from Porphyra *** positive cDNA clones were screened and the sequencing data showed that these four cDNA clones covered majority of *** TPS cDNA *** PCR amplification,sequencing and assembling,the entire ORF(open reading frame) sequence of the T P S gene was obtained,which was named *** encodes a protein containing 908 amino acids with a calculated molecular mass of 101 674 *** LjTPS gene was successfully expressed in *** and *** LjTPS gene has potential application both in plant breeding to stress tolerance and in deciphering the T P S gene function and mechanism to stress tolerance.
