Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

The spectroscopic properties of a new chlorophyll derivate photosensitizer (CDP) are studied under the excitation wavelengths at 800 and 400 nm using femtosecond pulses from a Ti: sapphire laser. The damaging effect of CDP on the BEL-7402 cancer cells is also investigated upon two-photon illumination at 800 nm. The normalized fluorescence spectra of CDP in tetrahydrofuran (THF) show that two-photon and one-photon spectra have the same distributions and the same emission bands (675 nm). The lifetimes of two- and one-photon induced fluorescence of this molecule are of the order of 5.0 ns. By comparing the data it is shown that there is some difference between the two lifetimes, but the difference is less than one nanosecond. The two-photon absorption cross section of the molecule is also measured at 800 nm and estimated as about σ'_2 ≈ 31.5x10^(-50)cm^4·s·photon^(-1). The results of two-photon photodynamic therapy (TPPDT) tests show that CDP can kill all of the tested cancer cells according to the usual Eosine assessment. Our results indicate that the two-photon-induced photophysical, photochemical and photosensitizing processes of CDP may be basically similar to those of one-photon excitation. These behaviors of the sample suggest that one may find other possible methods to estimate some photosensitizers' effects in details such as their distribution in cells and the reactive targets of the sub-cellular parts of some tumor cells via two-photon excitation techniques.

AIM:To evaluate the efficiency and safety of an optimized CO2 Laser glaucoma surgery system for laser sclerectomy with ***:Rabbit trials were performed to evaluate the efficiency and ***:IOP was significantly decreased in laser group compared with trabeculectomy group(P<0.05) from 7th postoperative day to 60th *** with trabeculectomy group,histopathology studies confirmed fewer complications and better effects were found in laser ***:CO2 laser sclerectomy with iridectomy is effective and safe in terms of IOP lowering.

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.) seeds were flown on a recoverable satellite for 18 days(the average radiation dose in the flight recovery module was 0.102 mGy/d, the distance from flight apogee to earth was 350 km, gravity 10-6). After returning to earth, the seeds were germinated and grown to maturity. The parallel ground-based seeds were also planted under the same conditions. The leaves of licorice were used for inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) analysis and the two main secondary me-tabolites in one-year-old roots were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Among 22 random primers used in this experiment, 6 primers generated different DNA band types. Analysis of HPLC showed that the content of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) and liquiritin (LQ) in the roots from seeds flown in space was respectively 2.19, 1.18 times higher than that of the control group. The results demonstrated that the extraterrestrial environment induced mutagenic effects on licorice and affected its secondary metabolites. These changes indicated that extraterrestrial orbit is possible means of breeding of licorice so as to preserve this endangered medicinal plant.

目前,国内对于勃起功能障碍(ED)/早泄(PE)共病的中西医结合诊疗和管理缺乏共识,为制订ED/PE共病中西医结合临床诊疗策略,根据近年来国内外发布的ED/PE共病指南并结合全国多家泌尿外科、男科研究单位的临床实践,中国性学会中医性学分会组织相关临床专家根据现有的循证医学证据,经共识起草、学会审核、专家函审访谈、审稿会的程序充分讨论形成本共识。该共识针对中西医结合的诊疗定位和价值,基于医生临床经验、研究证据、患者意愿和生活环境因素,综合评估做出ED/PE共病的中西医结合诊治规范,为更多患者在诊疗进程中获益。中医诊断注重望诊、闻诊、问诊、切诊四诊信息的收集,并据此进行《伤寒论》六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、脏腑辨证。基于中西医协同方式,发挥中医药整体调节的优势,实施个性化中西医结合治疗。中药内服治疗根据《中医外科学》第四章外科疾病的辨证第二节阴阳辨证。《类经·阴阳类》“人之疾病……必有所本,或本于阴,或本于阳,病变虽多,其本则一。”《黄帝内经·素问·阴阳应象大论》“善诊者,察色按脉,先别阴阳。”该共识依据“八纲辨证,首辨阴阳”分为阳证、阴证两类。此外,对ED/PE共病的证型证候,基于异病同治有应用柴胡桂枝汤、温经汤、补中益气汤治疗本病,可以参考。
