A phage display single chain fragment variable library constructed on pⅢ protein of M13filamentous phage was screened using B-lymphocyte stimulator and FP248 as selective *** fourrounds of panning,there was a remarkable enrichment in the titer of bound *** phage cloneswere selected from the last round and screened by means of *** the antibody phages asprimary antibodies in Western blot,we developed a method for detecting the specific *** dilutions ofantibody phages depend on the affinity between antibody-displayed phage particles and antigens.

Relaxant effect of an estrone derivate EA303 on isolated colonic smooth muscle of rabbits

Objective To study the relaxant effect mechanism of an estrone derivate EA303 on isolate colonic smooth muscle of *** Preparations of the isolated colonic smooth muscle of rabbits were *** effect of EA303 on potassium channel,β receptor and prostaglandin were studied by observing the difference of relaxant dose-effect curves of EA303 on preparations pre-contracted with BaCl2,High K+ solution and Acetylcholine chloride(ACh)in the absence or presence incubation with glibenclamide(10 μM),propranolol(0.1 μM)and Indometacin(10 μM).Results The relaxant effect of EA303 on contraction caused by BaCl2 and High K+ solution were weakened by glibenclamide inhibiting the opening of K+ channel while the relaxant effect of that on contraction caused by ACh was strengthened,after adding propranolol inhabiting β receptor,EA303 attenuated the relaxant action on contraction caused by ***303 had some relaxant impact on contraction induced by High K+ solution after adding indometacin inhabiting the synthesis the prostaglandin(PG).Conclusions The relaxant effect of EA303 on isolated colonic smooth muscle of rabbits may be related with PG synthesis enzyme,potassium channel and β receptor.

Study on pharmacodynamics of recombinant interferon α-2b suppository

Objective To investigate the antiviral activity of recombinant interferonα-2b suppository(IFNα-2b)in vivo and in *** The cytopathic-effect inhibition assay was applied in this study to investigate the antiviral activity of this drug as well as yingtelong and axiluowei as positive *** guinea pig model of vaginitis and skin infection caused by HSV-2 infection were established,treated with IFNα-2b suppository at dosages of 60000、180000、540000 IU,using IFNα-2b injection 180000 IU·kg-1 as *** the pathological changes of appearance and skin,the virus activities of vaginal secretion and tissue sections of viginae were assayed after *** The TD50 of IFN α-2b and yingtelong for Vero cells was(>100)μg·mL-1 and(>100000)IU·mL-1,*** IC50 of IFN α-2b and yingtelong and axiluowei for Herpes virus type 1 was(0.29±0.08)μg·mL-1 and(185.0±28.8)IU·mL-1 and(0.19±0.03)μg·mL-1,*** mean scores for vaginal and skin lesion of the treated groups were lower than those of untreated *** these concentrations,the IFNα-2b suppository of 540000 IU·kg-1 *** highest anti-viral *** virus activity in vaginal secretion of treated group was lower than that of untreated group too(P40000 IU·kg-1 group was similar to that of the *** The IFNα-2b suppository has anti-viruses function both in vivo and in vitro.

Pharmacokinetic behaviors and oral bioavailability of oridonin in rat plasma

Aim:To study the intravenous and oral pharmacokinetic behavior of oridonin andits extent of absolute oral bioavailability in ***:Oridonin was adminis-tered to rats via iv(5,10 and 15 mg/kg),po(20,40 and 80 mg/kg)or ip administra-tion(10 mg/kg).The concentrations of oridonin in rat plasma were determined bya high performance liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization mass spec-trometric detection(HPLC/ESI-MS)method and the pharmacokinetic parameterswere determined by non-compartmental ***:The plasma concen-tration of oridonin after intravenous administration decreased polyexponentially,and the pharmacokinetic parameters of oridonin were dose-independent withinthe examined *** was absorbed rapidly after oral gavage with a t(max)ofless than 15 min;the extent of absolute bioavailability of oridonin following oraladministration was 4.32%,4.58% and 10.8%.The extent of absolute bioavailabilityof oridonin following intraperitoneal administration was 12.6%.Conclusion:Firstorder rate pharmacokinetics were observed for oridonin within the range of ivdoses,while the extent of absolute oral bioavailability was rather low and *** low and dose-dependent extent of oral bioavailability may be dueto the saturation of first-pass effects.

Fabrication of Porous Bulk Metallic Glass

An open-cell porous bulk metallic glass （BMG） with a diameter of at least 6 mm was fabricated by using an U-turn quartz tube and infiltration casting around soluble NaCI placeholders. The pore formation and glassy structure were examined by optical microscopy （OM）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. The results show that the pores or cells are connected to each other and the specimen is composed of a mostly glassy phase. This paper provides a suitable method for fabrication of porous BMG and BMG with larger size in diameter.

Robust Design for Generalized Minimum Variance Controllers

In order to improve the robustness and noise resistance of generalized minimum valance cothrol systems, several generalizedminimum variance control schemes are synthetically analyzed. The output variance caused by stochastic noise is decomposed to two parts. One part accords with the output variance of minboum vedance control and the other is the additional term of output variance causedby the control weighting factors. At the same time, the sensitivity function of modeling error is also deduced. A new robast design method that can minimize the sensitivity and the additional part of output variance is Presented by regulating variable parameters of contollers. The simulation results of self-tuning control show the effect of this method.

This paper analyzes the influence of multi-defects including the initial distortions,welding residual stresses,cracks and local dents on the ultimate strength of the plate element,and has worked out expressions of reliability calculation and sensitivity analysis of the plate *** analysis is made for the system with multi-defects plate *** mechanism,failure paths and the calculating approach to global reliability index are also worked *** plate elements with multi-defects fail,the formula of reverse node forces which affect the residual structure is deduced,so are the sensitivity expressions of the system reliability *** ensures calculating accuracy and rationality for reliability analysis,and makes it convenient to find weakness plate elements which affect the reliability of the structure ***,for the validity of the approach proposed,we take the numerical example of a ship cabin to compare and contrast the reliability and the sensitivity analysis of the structure system with multi-defects with those of the structure system with no *** approach has implications for the structure design,rational maintenance and renewing strategy.

Influence of temperature rate on transitory internal friction during reverse martensitic transformation for Ti_(50)Ni_(27)Cu_(23) alloy

Internal friction （IF） spectra during reverse martensitic transformation from 35 to 135°C at different temperature rates of 0.5,0.75,and 1°C/min for Ti50Ni27Cu23 shape memory alloy （SMA） samples were measured with a dynamic mechanical analyzer,*** IF spectra were characterized by IF peak increasing progressively and peak shifting toward high temperature with an increase in temperature *** iterative approach was used to calculate the precise intrinsic and approximate transitory IF contributions to the normal IF *** quantitatively analyzed results indicate that the transitory IF of this alloy is nonlinearly dependent on the temperature rate and obeys a power law with a power coefficient of *** predicted and experimental IF spectra at different temperature rates of 0.75 and 1°C/min agree well with each other,respectively.

Haloxylon ammodendron (C. A. Mey.) Bunge is a host for the holoparasitic plant Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma, the original source of medicinal material known as Herba Cistanchis. The inter-simple sequence repeat marker was used to assess the genetic variations and relationships among six accessions of H. ammodendron with a total of 120 individuals collected from three localities in the Alxa Desert, Inner Mongolia, china. At each locality, individuals both parasitized (PP) by C. deserticola and non-parasitized (NP) were sampled. The results showed that Nei’s gene diversity and Shannon’s index of PP accessions were higher, but were not significantly different, from those of NP accessions. An unweighted pair-group method arithmetic average dendrogram showed two clusters, one that included all PP accessions, and the other the NP accessions. Genetic differentiation therefore existed between PP and NP accessions, which might be attributed to low gene flow between the NP and PP groups (Nm<1). However, the relationship between genetic distance and geographic distance within each group, although not statistically significant in this study, might be associated with high gene flow in both the NP and PP groups.
