A boxcar integrator is described which is suitable for the low-repetition-rate signal processing. This boxcar integrator, named fixed-interval mode boxcar integrator, is able to reject harmonics other than the first harmonic component. It can also decrease the effective time constant In many situations, the antialiasing filter with narrow bandwidth will cause distortion of the input signal. The fixed-interval mode boxcar integrator with suitable gate width can achieve relative high performance without signal distortion because the bandwidth of its antialiasing filter can be wider than that in the fixed-Point boxcar integrator. ms boxcar integrator is used as majn part of signalprocessing circult in the low resisance measurement of inductive load coil. The results of experiments show that the fixed-interval boxcar integrator is suitable for low-repetition-rate use.

There are several methods for rendering fractal images based on IFS (Iterated Function System) in computer graphic; but one concern of the computer graphic community has been the efficiency rendering algorithms. The invariant measures arising from IFSP (Iterate Function System with Probability) using the probabilistic algorithm are also known as chaos games. The role of these probabilities to generate the image of the attractor has been investigated using a multi-fractal analysis. The conventional choice of probability associated with each set /S/ to generate the attractor in least time possible is introduced, then a new method based on the self similarity and multi-fractal analysis is presented. The efficiency of the new method has been proved over the conventional method.

This paper introduces the concepts of individual efficient pair and group efficient pair for each alternative in group multi-objective programming, and corresponding to these concepts defines the concepts of individual joint efficient preference and group joint efficient preference, respectively. Based on the fundamental properties of the mapping from individual joint efficient preference to group joint efficient preference and group efficient number of alternative, a method of ordering alternatives for group multiobjective programming problems is given.

The coordination numbers in the molecular interaction volume model (MIVM) can be calculated from the commonphysical quantities of pure liquid metals. A notable feature of the model lie in its capability to predict the ther-modynamic properties of solutes in the Zn-Pb-In and Zn-Sn-Cd-Pb dilute solutions using only the binary infinitedilute activity coefficients, and the predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental data of the dilutesolutions.

The generalization ability of classification is often closely related to both the intra-class compactness and the inter-class *** to the fact that many current dimensionality reduction methods, regarded as a pre-processor, often lead to the poor classification performance on real-life data, in this paper, a new data preprocessing technique called manifold contraction(MC) is proposed for the classification-oriented learning *** main motivation behind MC lies in seeking a proper mapping of contracting the given multiple-manifold data such that the ratio of the intra-class to the inter-class scatters is ***, in order to properly control the contraction level in MC, an adaptive MC(AMC) criterion is developed in the semi-supervised *** to its generality, MC can be not only applied in original space and reproducing kernel Hilbert space(RKHS), but also easily incorporated with dimensionality reduction method for further improvement of classification *** final experimental results show that MC, as a data preprocessor, is effective and promising in the subsequent classification learning, especially in small-size labeled sample case.

A new structure of ESKD (expert system based on knowledge discovery system KD (D&K)) is first presented on the basis of KD (D&K)-a synthesized knowledge discovery system based on double-base (database and knowledge base) cooperating mechanism. With all new features, ESKD may form a new research direction and provide a great probability for solving the wealth of knowledge in the knowledge base. The general structural frame of ESKD and some sub-systems among ESKD have been described, and the dynamic knowledge base based on double-base cooperating mechanism has been emphased on. According to the result of demonstrative experi- ment, the structure of ESKD is effective and feasible.

Mammalian T-cell responses require synergism between the first signal and co-stimulatory ***,whether and how dual signaling regulates the T-cell response in early vertebrates remains *** the present study,we discovered that the Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)encodes key components of the LAT signalosome,namely,LAT,ITK,GRB2,VAV1,SLP-76,GADS,and PLC-γ*** components are evolutionarily conserved,and CD3εmAb-induced T-cell activation markedly increased their ***,at least ITK,GRB2,and VAV1 were found to interact with LAT for signalosome *** of the first signal,the NF-κB,MAPK/ERK,and PI3K-AKT pathways were activated upon CD3εmAb ***,treatment of lymphocytes with CD28 mAbs triggered the AKT-mTORC1 pathway downstream of the co-stimulatory *** CD3εand CD28 mAb stimulation enhanced ERK1/2 and S6 phosphorylation and elevated NFAT1,c-Fos,IL-2,CD122,and CD44 expression,thereby signifying T-cell ***,rather than relying on the first or co-stimulatory signal alone,both signals were required for T-cell *** T-cell activation was accompanied by marked apoptosis and cytotoxic *** findings suggest that tilapia relies on dual signaling to maintain an optimal T-cell response,providing a novel perspective for understanding the evolution of the adaptive immune system.

Band structures and electronic properties of two BaC2 isomers were calculated by using density func-tional theory(DFT) *** ionic bond features are all typical between cation(Ba) and anion clusters(C2) in both structures of the ***,a much stronger covalent bond exists in anion clusters which can be seen by inspecting the electron distribution contour that has a dull bell like shape between two carbon *** shortest distance between Ba2+ and C22? and the bond length in anion clusters are different in these isomers of BaC2,which are 0.2945 nm and 0.1185 nm for the structure with the I4/mmm space group and 0.2744 and 0.1136 nm with the C2/c type,*** structures were clarified by combining the DOS to indicate the ionic bonding features more *** analysis provided further evidence on these *** calculation results reveal that the transition temperature of these two polymorphs of BaC2 locates near 132 K,which is consistent with the recent experimental results.
