Halobenzoquinones(HBQs) ar. emer.ing disinfection byp.oducts(DBp.) with a widesp.ead p.esence in dr.nking water.that exhibit much higher.cytotoxicity than r.gulated DBp.. However. the develop.ental neur.toxicity of HBQs has not been studied in vivo. In this wor., we studied the neur.toxicity of HBQs on zebr.fish embr.os, after.exp.sur. to var.ing concentr.tions(0-8 μmol/L) of thr.e HBQs, 2,5-dichlor.-1,4-benzoquinone(2,5-DCBQ), 2,6-dichlor.-1,4-benzoquinone(2,6-DCBQ), and 2,5-dibr.mo-1,4-benzoquinone(2,5-DBBQ) for.4 to 120 hr.p.st fer.ilization(hp.). HBQ exp.sur. significantly decr.ased the locomotor.activity of lar.ae, accomp.nied by significant r.duction of neur.tr.nsmitter.(dop.mine and γ-aminobutyr.c acid) and acetylcholinester.se activity. Fur.her.or., the exp.ession of genes involved in neur.nal mor.0}ogenesis( gfap. α1-tubulin, mbp. and syn-2 α) wer. downr.gulated by 4.4-, 5.2-, 3.0-, and 4.5-fold in the 5 μmol/L 2,5-DCBQ gr.up.and 2.0-, 1.6-, 2.1-, and 2.3-fold in the 5 μmol/L 2,5-DBBQ gr.up. r.sp.ctively. Tr.nscr.p.omic analysis r.vealed that HBQ exp.sur. affected the signaling p.thways of neur.l develop.ent. This study demonstr.tes the significant neur.toxicity of HBQs in embr.onic zebr.fish and p.ovides molecular.evidence for.under.tanding the p.tential mechanisms of HBQ neur.toxicity.

单中心经阴道右半结肠切除术的安全性和可行性分析

目的探讨经阴道右半结肠切除术的安全性和可行性。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法。将北京协和医院基本外科结直肠专业组于2019年1月至2022年3月期间连续收治的30例经阴道进行右半结肠切除术的女性患者作为经阴道手术组,纳入标准为绝经后妇... 详细信息

目的探讨经阴道右半结肠切除术的安全性和可行性。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法。将北京协和医院基本外科结直肠专业组于2019年1月至2022年3月期间连续收治的30例经阴道进行右半结肠切除术的女性患者作为经阴道手术组,纳入标准为绝经后妇女,肿物直径4NanyM0;排除术中发现有远处转移、肿瘤累及周围脏器需要行联合脏器切除或无法达到r.切除以及中转开腹者。两组基线资料的比较显示,除经阴道手术组患者体质指数低于腹腔镜手术组[(22.0±3.1)kg/m^(2)比(24.1±2.6)kg/m^(2),t=2.617,p.0.012]和两组的肿瘤病理类型比较差异有统计学意义(p.0.05)外,其余资料差异无统计学意义(均p.0.05)。对两组患者手术情况、术后恢复情况及标本质量进行比较。结果经阴道手术组30例患者中,26例为完全经阴道路径,3例需要腹部Tr.car.助(2例因为吻合困难,1例因为腹腔粘连严重),1例因出血中转为经腹腹腔镜手术。相比腹腔镜手术组,经阴道手术组患者手术时间更长[175.0(147.5,216.3)min比120.0(100.0,120.0)min,U=63.000,p.0.001],术中出血量更多[30.0(10.0,50.0)ml比23.0(10.0,20.0)ml,U=208.000,p.0.011],差异均有统计学意义。经阴道手术组术中并发症发生率较高[16.7%(5/30)比0],但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(p.0.061)。经阴道手术组有5例术中损伤,其中3例为膀胱损伤,1例为回结肠动脉损伤,1例为右侧子宫动脉损伤。经阴道手术组与腹腔镜手术组患者术后并发症发生率的比较,差异无统计学意义[20.0%(6/30)比17.4%(4/23),χ^(2)p.0.999],但经阴道手术组有2例为Clavien-DindoⅢ级并发症,分别为1例盆腔血肿(需介入治疗),1例术中膀胱损伤后出现膀胱阴道瘘(需手术修补)。术后第1天、第3天及第5天的可视化疼痛评分,经阴道手术组中位数分别为4分、1分和0分,明显优于腹腔镜手术组的6分、3分和1分,差异有统计学意义(均p.0.001)。两组患者术后首次下床、首次排气、首次饮水时间及术后住院时间的比较,差异均无统计学意义(均p.0.05)。所有手术切除标本评分都能达到中等以上,经阴道手术组标本良好率达83.3%(25/30),腹腔镜手术组标本良好率为100%(23/23),两组比较差异无统计学意义(p.0.061)。经阴道手术组23例患者采用D_(2)淋巴结清扫术,获取淋巴结数目为18(15,27)枚,腹腔镜手术组7例接受D_(2)淋巴结清扫术,获取淋巴结数目为20(16,29)枚,两组差异亦无统计学意义(U=69.500,p.0.589)。结论经阴道右半结肠手术的优势是能够减轻术后疼痛,但手术并发症较多,目前尚无法替代现有的经腹腹腔镜手术。

We for.cast the CMB lensing r.constr.ction, lensing-galaxy, and lensing-cosmic infr.r.d backgr.und(CIB) cr.ss-cor.elation signal-to-noise r.tio(SNr. for.Ali Cp.-1. We consider.two stages with differ.nt integr.ted obser.ation times, namely “4 module*yr.(fir.t stage) and “48 module*yr.(final stage). For.lensing r.constr.ction, we use thr.e differ.nt quadr.tic estimator., namely temp.r.tur.-only, p.lar.zation-only and minimum-var.ance(MV) estimator., using cur.ed sky geometr.. We take into account the imp.cts of inhomogeneous hit counts and mean-field bias due to incomp.ete sky *** the fir.t stage, our.r.sults show that the 150 GHz channel can measur. the lensing signals at 15σ significance with the MV estimator. In the final stage, the measur.ment significance will incr.ase to 31σ. We also combine the two fr.quency data in the har.onic domain to op.imize the SNr. Our.r.sults show that the coadding p.ocedur. can significantly r.duce the r.constr.ction bias in the high multip.e r.nge. Owning to the high quality of the p.lar.zation data in the final stage of Ali Cp.-1, the EB estimator.will dominate the lensing r.constr.ction in this stage. We also estimate the SNr.of cr.ss-cor.elations between Ali Cp.-1 CMB lensing and other.tr.cer. of the lar.e scale str.ctur. of the univer.e. For.its cr.ss-cor.elation with Dar. Ener.y Sp.ctr.scop.c Instr.ment(DESI) galaxies/quasar., we r.p.r. the cr.ss-cor.elation SNr.= 10-20 for.the four.r.dshift bins at 0.05 r.t stage, the total SNr.is ap.r.ximately 32. In the final stage, the lensing-galaxy cr.ss-cor.elation can r.ach SNr.= 52. For.lensing-CIB cr.ss-cor.elation, in the fir.t stage, the cr.ss-cor.elations between Ali Cp.-1 lensing and p.anck CIB 353

Using inclusive decays of J/ψ ap.ecise deter.ination of the number.of J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector.was *** the two data sets taken in 2009 and 2012,the number. of J/ψ events wer. r.calculated to be(224.0±1.3)×10^(6) and(1088.5±4.4)×10^(6),r.sp.ctively;these number. ar. in good agr.ement with the p.evious measur.ments. For.the J/ψ samp.e taken in 2017-2019,the number.of events was deter.ined to be(8774.0±39.4)×10^(6).The total number.of J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector.was deter.ined to be(10087±44)×10^(6),wher. the uncer.ainty is dominated by systematic effects,and the statistical uncer.ainty is negligible.

The cr.ss sections of e^(+)e^(-)→K^(+)K^(-)J/Ψat center-of-mass ener.ies fr.m 4.127 to 4.600 GeV ar. measur.d based on 15.6 fb-1data collected with the BESⅢ detector.op.r.ting at the BEp.Ⅱ stor.ge *** r.sonant str.ctur.s ar. obser.ed in the line shap. of the cr.ss *** mass and width of the fir.t str.ctur. ar. measur.d to be(4225.3±2.3±21.5)MeV and(72.9±6.1±30.8)MeV,*** ar. consistent with those of the established Y(4230).The second str.ctur. is obser.ed for.the fir.t time with a statistical significance gr.ater.than 8σ,denoted as Y(4500).Its mass and width ar. deter.ined to be(4484.7±13.3±24.1)MeV and(111.1±30.1±15.2)MeV,*** fir.t p.esented uncer.ainties ar. statistical and the second ones ar. *** p.oduct of the electr.nic p.r.ial width with the decay br.nching fr.ctionΓ(Y(4230)→e^(+)e^(−))B(Y(4230)→K^(+)K^(−)J/Ψ)is r.p.r.ed.

Backgr.und Tr.vop.ost has been widely used for.the tr.atment of p.tients with op.n-angle glaucoma （OAG） or.ocular.hyp.r.ension （OH）. The aim of this study was to evaluate the intr.ocular.p.essur. （lOp. lower.ng efficacy of tr.vop.ost 0.004% monother.p. in p.tients p.eviously tr.ated with other.top.cal hyp.tensive medications, and in p.eviously untr.ated p.tients. Methods This op.n-label, 12-week study in 1651 adult p.tients with ocular.hyp.r.ension or.op.n-angle glaucoma who wer. untr.ated or.r.quir.d a change in ther.p. （due to either.inadequate efficacy or.safety issues） as judged by the investigator.was conducted at 6 sites in china. p.eviously tr.ated p.tients wer. instr.cted to discontinue their.p.ior.medications at the fir.t visit. All the p.tients wer. dosed with tr.vop.ost 0.004% once-daily at 8 p.m. in both eyes for.12 weeks. Efficacy and safety evaluations wer. conducted at week 4 and 12. lOp.measur.ments wer. p.r.or.ed at the same time of day at the follow-up.visits. r.sults For.p.tients tr.nsitioned to tr.vop.ost, mean lOp.r.ductions fr.m baseline in untr.ated and tr.ated p.tients with differ.nt p.ior.medications at week 12 wer.： latanop.ost, （4.3±4.6） mmHg; β-blocker. （6.3±4.0） mmHg; α-agonist, （7.5±4.3） mmHg; top.cal car.onic anhydr.se inhibitor., （8.0±4.9） mmHg. All mean lOp.changes fr.m baseline wer. statistically significant （p.〈0.001）. No tr.atment-r.lated ser.ous adver.e events wer. r.p.r.ed in this study. Conclusions In p.tients tr.ated with other.hyp.tensive medications or.untr.ated, the lOp.r.duction with tr.vop.ost was significant. The r.sults of this study demonstr.ted the p.tential benefit of using tr.vop.ost as a r.p.acement ther.p. in or.er.to ensur. adequate lOp.contr.l. Tr.vop.ost administer.d once daily was safe and well toler.ted in p.tients with glaucoma or.ocular.hyp.r.ension.
