Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

This paper sets out to summarize the literatures based on immobilized enzyme bio-chromatography and its application in inhibitors screening in the last *** order to screen enzyme inhibitors from a mass of compounds in preliminary screening,multi-pore materials with good biocompatibility are used for the supports of immobilizing enzymes,and then the immobilized enzyme reactor applied as the immobilized enzyme stationary phase in ***,a technology platform of high throughput screening is gradually established to screen the enzyme inhibitors as new anti-tumor ***,we briefly summarize the selective methods of supports,immobilization techniques,co-immobilized enzymes system and the screening model.

借助网络分析可对基因调控、蛋白质互作和信号转导等细胞活动进行全局和局部性质分析.以细胞黏附的蛋白质相互作用为对象,通过数据挖掘和可视化软件构建了整合蛋白介导的黏附分子互作网络,该分子互作网络由156种蛋白质通过690种相互作用相连,其平均节点度为8.66、平均聚集系数为0.2.,平均路径长度为2.6.黏附分子互作网络中包含数个功能模块,这些模块涉及网络内部多种分子相互作用的启动与停止,并进一步影响细胞的黏附、迁移和骨架组织.对黏附分子网络进行模体筛选和比较,发现一些数量相对较少、以三元复合物为主要结构的关键模体,同时对各网络模块和模体对细胞黏附的调控作用进行了探讨.

BACKGROUND: The pharmacological action of traditional Chinese medicine compound is the comprehensive effect of the various ingredients, and the interactions of various ingredients are closely correlated with the final effect. In order to reveal the compatibility mechanism of BHD's prescription in treating and preventing ischemic cerebrovascular disease, we needed explore the effect and relation of ingredients in the prescription. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BHD) and Astragalus mongholicus on the activity of platelet activating factor receptor (PAFR) in the platelet of rabbits in vitro, and investigate the mechanism of Astragalus mongholicus. DESIGN: A decomposed recipes study. SETTING: Guangzhou university of Traditional Chinese Medicine. MATERIALS: Five New Zealand rabbits, weighing 2.3 kg, both sexes, were used. BHD was composed of Sheng Huang Qi 12. g, Dang Gui Wei 6 g, Chi Shao 4.5 g, Chuan Xiong 3 g, Di Long 3 g, Tao Ren 3 g, Hong Hua 3 g. The prescription for activating blood circulation consisted of Dang Gui Wei 6 g, Chi Shao 4.5 g, Chuan Xiong 3 g, Di Long 3 g, Tao Ren 3 g and Hong Hua 3 g. The prescription for invigorating qi consisted of 12. g Sheng Huang Qi. The prepared herbal pieces were purchased from the traditional Chinese medicine Dispensary of Foshan Second People's Hospital, and appraised by Professor Xu from Science of Chinese Materia Medica college, Guangzhou university of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 3H-PAF was supplied by Amersham Co., Ltd. (specific activity: 6. 475 TBq/mmol; batch number: 2.0402.; PAF standard by Biomol Co., Ltd. (batch number: P1318V). Aim:The present work was designed to investigate the effects of nine commonlyused antibypertensive drugs on blood pressure(BP)and blood pressure variabil-ity(BPV)in conscious sinoaortic-denervated(SAD)***:Seventy-twoSAD rats were randomly divided into nine *** were respectively givennifedipine 3 mg/kg,nitrendipine 5 mg/kg,amlodipine 1mg/kg,clonidine 10 μg/kg,prazosin 0.5 mg/kg,atenolol 2. mg/kg,telmisartan 2. mg/kg,hydrochlorothiazide40 mg/kg or captopril 50 mg/*** drugs were given via a catheter previouslyimplanted into the *** was recorded for 5 h from 1 h before drug admin-istration to 4 h after drug administration in conscious,freely moving ***:It was found that all these nine drugs significantly decreased BP in SAD *** these drugs(nifedipine,nitrendipine,amlodipine,clonidine,prazosin andatenolol)significantly decreased BPV in SAD rats,but the remaining three drugsdid *** and atenolol increased the heart period and the others did *** drugs affected the heart period ***:Among nine antihy-pertensive drugs from different classes,calcium antagonists and sympatheticinhibitors decreased BPV in SAD rats.

Aim:To investigate the effect of icariin on the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator-1 alpha (PGC-1 α),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα),and nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF-1) oncardiomyocyte differentiation of murine embryonic stem (ES) cells in ***:The cardiomyocytes derived from murine ES cells were verified byimmunocytochemistry using confocal laser scanning ***-specific sarcomeric proteins (ie α-actinin,troponin T) were evaluated when em-bryoid bodies (EB) were treated with icariin or retinoid *** expression ofPGC-1α,PPARα,and NRF-1 were analyzed using both semiquantitative RT-PCRand Western blotting in cardiomyocyte *** phosphorylation ofthe p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) was studied in the differentia-tion process,and its specific inhibitor SB2.3580 was employed to confirm thefunction of the p38 MAPK on icariin-induced cardiac ***:The application of icariin significantly induced the cardiomyocyte differentiationof EB as indicated by the promoted expression of α-actinin and troponin *** of PGC-1α,PPARα,and NRF-1 increased coincidently in early differ-entiation and the increase was dose-dependently upregulated by icariin *** phosphorylation of the p38 MAPK peaked on d 6 and decreased after d 8,andthe activation was further enhanced and prolonged when the EB were subjectedto icariin,which was concurrent with the elevation of PGC-1α,PPARα,and ***,the inhibition of the p38 MAPK pathway by SB2.3580 efficientlyabolished icariin-stimulated cardiomyocyte differentiation and resulted in the cap-ture of the upregulation of PGC-1α,PPARα,and ***:Takentogether,icariin promoted the expression of PGC-1α,PPARα,and NRF-1 duringcardiomyocyte differentiation of murine ES cells in vitro and the effect was partlyresponsible for the activation of the p38 MAPK.
